Omik1: Those remarks doesn't seem like one for kids, it's more like a secondary school report cards.. Pry school can't play truance, keep gangs to my best of knowledge
If any has been a teacher before he or she would understand better.. The level of premium parents and school onwers place on their kids is the kind of results they get on the kids..
I thought in a pry school for seven years and graduated 5sets of pry 6 pupils. The ones that their parents allowed to be deciplined were far better than those who were the " leave my child, after all I pay school fees".
You all saying call the parents for a meeting, I can tell you categorically that any parent that would reject a true comments about the child would not come for meeting. You will hear "I'm busy let them do their job"
Any mind you, anything a child does at school, he or she must have done it at home. And the parents directly or indirectly know about it, they just want it to be corrected in school "after all, they pay school fees"
This is a pry school experience not SSS and school on mainland. Is that the reason you don't know the difference between thought and taught. I wonder what you teach those students of yours. Anyway, I'm sure you would have destroyed the lives of many students with your archaic mentality of discipline and correcting children |

He's supposed to be jailed not just sacked. That's how one idiot wrote some nonsense in mY report card.the idiot is dead now, good riddance and no pity. A good teacher don't condemn and judge a child nor compare children. But they help children by looking at their loopholes and how they can be corrected/molded to become better.
If children were perfect, there won't be need of going to school, a school should teach both moral and academics, and condemning a child is not teaching the child. Most useless teachers like this only end up destroying children confidence, and making them become worst |

amidel: This is awesome OP. Lecturers who encourage mediocrity, lack of funds, no research. The government killed the confidence of the lecturers and they're just doing same to the students; It's garbage in garbage out..
We have been made to believe that getting a certificate from a tertiary institution is what will help us in the long run by our parents and guardians. And our fear oftentimes comes from not wanting to disappoint them. That's why we accept the rubbish from lecturers.
On another note, the fear of going against the norms and being considered a misfit is why we tolerate such bullsh!t and also remember that when you speak up, you will be left alone to bear the cross. #ENDSARS protest as an instance when certain persons had their bank accounts frozen(I can't say if it was frozen because of their roles in the protest). And I believe you know that if you fight against the system, the system (those in charge of it now) will fight back and not so many persons are ready to fight this system.
If majority of the youths can agree to stand as one we can turn things around. I agree. The reason why students don't voice against what is wrong is because they fear punishment, what if we create a system where universities is more of passion and not necessarily about the certificate. When students have nothing to loose, I believe they will have more courage to speak against bad acts. They can even help the lecturers as well to fight for their rights |

Politics › Only The Youths Can Save Nigeria, But They Are All In Prison by ModestGal(op): 5:47am On Apr 25, 2021*. Modified: 8:09am On Apr 25, 2021 |
The only people that can save this country is her youths, but unfortunately, 70% of those worthy youths are in Prison. And the prison is Nigerian Universities. Our Universities only breed cowards, our university lecturers only instill fears in students. Even the course they teach has no benefit for the students, most of them will still learn handskills before they feed
I'm so angry about slashing the House officers salary, I'm thinking about how the poor people in public hospitals would fare now, because they are the ones that would suffer all these. What about the pregnant one's, those about to give birth. The house officers/residents does the bulk of jobs in hospitals. How about kidnapping here and there? So many problems already but the government is happy creating more traumas
The only people that can help are the Youths, meanwhile, they are in Nigerian Universities enslaved, they are so suppressed that they can't even voice out. What lecturers do to students is to kill their confidence, subdue them to traumatic experiences and make them loose their identities. If you choose not to, then you face consequences of being rusticated, or punished by the school system. All these training, makes them become WEAK naturally and they loose the power to fight for their rights. And the most painful part is that, after everything, this same Youths would still need to learn 6months skills before they can feed, most of them will eventually feed in an area that has nothing to do with what they studied in universities. What is now the essence of the traumas they experience while in universities? The stress? The subjugation? The threats? The unending assignments? etc The only education left in these many youths after graduation is FEAR and cowardice
Am I saying Education is bad? Nah, I'm only saying our higher education is doing more waste to people's time than good. |

Romance › Re: How You Should THINK - Excelling With People by ModestGal(f): 4:06am On Apr 13, 2021 |
Yusufisraelj: It begs to mention to infinity that how far anyone will ever go highly depends on his/her ability to manage strategic (advantageous) relationships.
Even If you are the best and yet no human being better or more connected than you could help you reach out to those who can recognize and reward what you carry, you will end up helpless.
So it is safe to say that HUMAN BEINGS matter on this planet, if they so matter how comes very few have spent time to really understand the motivation behind an average person and how to work well with them?
Believe me who likes you matters, who also hates you matters
Good or evil comes to anyone bkos of the factor called humans, even if it's village people, the fact that someone is involve, should tell you that the person beside you matters!
So how do we become effective in dealing with people and getting that which we desire?
This not some manipulative, sociopathic, redpill or simp doctrines on how to get to people.
Falsehood was never designed to last, it fails over time, so if you are false people will find out with time, and you will pay a big price for that level of betrayal. This is a narrative of being truthful and straight with people and build healthy relationships, so let's dig in.
THE MOTIVATION THAT DRIVES HUMANS
1. SECURITY - this has to do with the state of sufficiency psychologically, emotionally and financially, this why some gentlemen/ladies prefer a rich person, it's also the reason people go to work, build businesses not just to generate money, but to have the leverage to protect themselves and their loved ones. So if you can sincerely provide for someone in a time of need you can build friendship through that.
2. Variety - monotony (doing the same thing) kills drive, routine bores people, that why married couples change sex positions, you change your meals, you go on date in different places, that's why we like new things. The ability to improve people's experience will do you good.
3. Significance - a place of respect and honour for people, their achievements, beauty, shape, looks, efforts and contributions. If you form habit of always seeing the bad in people (there's a place for that), you will hardly make genuine friends, no matter how little, respect and honour people.
4. Love and acceptance - we are emotional beings and so when we find what is attractive to us, the need to come close is in view, people love to belong, that's why religion, political parties, fraternity and social groups captures people. Rejection is not something people take lightly, hence the need to appreciate those who value what they have and those willing to accept them for their person, however you must establish boundaries based on your convictions. But this works 100%.
5. Growth - nobody loves to remain in the same state for long, that's why salary increase is important, more profit looks good, changing to higher positions is attractive. delay is dangerous, personally I hate it growth makes us become better people in society. So if you can help someone move up, be sure you have friend.
6. Impact and contributions - when you give out money to family, how do you feel (good right!) This is the reason behind foundations (Bill and Melinda Gates) comes to mind, it's not about the money but the betterment of lives and society. People love to contribute bkos it makes us feel good and gives us a sense of fulfilment. When last did you feel fulfilled?
So next time you want to settle quarrels in your home or relationships or want to make a big man or anybody your friend, scan any of these six and apply
Enjoy!!! Nice one, so how much have you grown in 2021? |

seyicodes: For over 6 months i have been thinking of how to start this 3 untapped business in Nigeria.. Before i decided to put it online to see if anyone will be willing to go into the business that doesn't require much funds and you will make huge profile from it buy spend little money on instagram advert , nairaland advert , google advert.
1. Online One Stop print Shop Like www.vistaprint.com in America..
I have been thinking on how to start this one stop printshop here in Nigeria.. This is a kind of store where you can order for all kind of printing business online.. I can create a website that has all the functionalities that vistaprint has.. but no support. This is a very huge business that doesnt require much funds..
What is need is just a hosting and a domain name.. script to build the store and some modules to add some functionalities to make the script work perfectly as a print shop..
2. Online robust shop where you can sell strictly native wears and materials .. You need to check online.. There is no one stop shop online where you can get any kind of native materials that you want.. The largest fabrics stop in Lagos is brasas Fabrics which has a lot of fabrics in her store and i can authoritatively tell you that this store make nothing less than 20 Million Naira Daily.. Yes there are people who sell native materials on Konga and Jumia but thats just a section on their website.. What i am trying to come up with is a kind of robust website like konga and jumia but it will be strictly for native materials alone ..
3. Online Vehicle Spare Part Store Just like https://www.autozone.com in america
This is another great business idea which people has not really tapped into. One of the greatest nightmare of car owners is Mechanical Engineer and Rewire.. They are not honest in anyway.. because a car part may cost 3k and your mechanic will tell you that the part cost 10k - 11k .. that is why i decided to create a website like autozone.com where i will upload all vehicle spare parts mostly tokunbo at Ladipo but this project alone will take more than 2 years to complete because what i am talking about here is not just for a particular car because a single ca alone has more than 30,000 spare parts. i am talking about a website where you can get all vehicle part from year 2000 till date.. Just name your car and you will find all the part here.. i can build a website that is 99% similar to autozone.com .. Now this is where the challenge is .. which i also have solution to.. The challenge of this project is Mechanics .. Even if you are selling the first grade spare part.. mechanics are ready to twist car owner brain that they dont trust the part you are bring.. that is why i think of starting a free car diagnostic where i will scan your vehicle for you for free sell the part for you at affordable price ( Original Part ) and still fix it for you will guarantee .. But even if after diagnosing you car for you and you still feel you dont want us to fix it for you.. You are free to go elsewhere .. Its not a must we fix it for you nor a must you purchase part from us .. but what we are coming up with is to make life easy for car owner so i have group of mechanics who are will to work with me on this project. if you want to do this project you are free.. Chat me on WhatsApp with my number on signature |

michlins: Osu are living sacrifice to the gods. An individual might be having issues with his neighbor who is more powerful than him or her. The person can go to a deity and pledge his life to the deity asking for protection and whatnot. Whoever that hurts him or her automatically draws the wrath of the said deity and will also be under the bound of "Osu". The downside is that the person who pledged allegiance and whoever that comes after him or her either by marriage or via birth is bound by same. In some cases,a community might forcefully conscript a clan or family into the "Osu" caste system for whatever reason they want. In the land of Israel, the "Osu" are the Levites. They are allowed to eat the food of sacrifice and nothing will happen to them because already they're one with the deity
Ohu on the other hand, are slaves So what concern government with that? Abi what's the essence of the fallacy? Spirituality is falsehood, wetin concern anyone with that? Doesn't make sense at all By the way, so we still have human being in the 21st century practising such? |

I will employ genius in all sectors in Nigeria, I'm going to lay off all teachers in the country, enroll them in another job or just lay off those not intrested, especially NCE holders from some schools, same pay, look for genius to employ to teach from primary to higher institutions.
I will create thousands of activists in all sectors
I'm going to replace all the university lecturers with high thinking, innovative, modern thinking people. I will train all of them in psychology I'm going to look for ways to attract investors
I will make sure that in my 8years tenure, I create several warloads, activists, strong minds, inventors to be etc I'm going to use the media as a good instrument to promote love, tolerance, and diversity.
I'm going to cancel Nolywood movies or compelled them to write stories that would make the weakest mind to be agile, strong and ready for war. And they will start writing stories on how a poor boy becomes rich through his ideas, intuition, etc I will create role models for teens and pupil's |

The issue here is people like Reno.

This is the issue.

Even if Buhari had left Nigeria the way it was, all our leaders would still be going abroad for treatment cause the health sector would still be shitty and delapidated.
Obj and Gej left them shitty. If they had fixed the presidential hospital themselves would Buhari need to fix it again?
This is what we are discussng. Lol, so your excuse is that because previous government didn't fix it, then Buhari is right by making it worst? So the people voted him so he could make Nigeria worst? Then why was he promising up and down? He should have just said, the previous administration didn't do well, so please do not expect me to make things better, I will just be there to make it worst. Again you have no point if after 4years he cant fix Presidential ear clinic, just the ear clinic alone, you have to look for excuses for him by blaming past administrations. Well, we know that past administrations was BAD, that's why we voted for him, to make it better not to make it worst. Each administration of foreign countries make things better that's why they are where they are,not make things worst Keep on supporting him, its turn by turn, maybe by the time they kidnapp you or your child, you will know how bad Nigeria has become under Buhari |
