Lady you are preparing yourself to get scammed. Announcing that you have a lot of money to spend is a sure way of attracting the scam agents on this thread to you.

go to www.google.com search for tour agencies and companies in the UAE. contact any one of them and ask them to sponsor you.

Salary depends on the company. Some companies pay about AED2,000 for cleaners while some pay AED 800

When it comes to changing jobs I will say that you need a lot of grace. I saw a CV of a kenyan guy who was working as an accountant in his country then came to Dubai 2 years ago and has been working as a security guard. I asked our HR personnel why she rejected the guys CV and she said that the disparity between his current and previous job is just too much and she cannot employ a security guard as a junior executive...

So, if you have a good job back home, don't leave it and ruin your work history just because you want to come to Dubai. It might not be worth it.

Lol. 100k a month is like approx. AED 2300, so saving 60k means you are living on just 40k a month which is approx. AED 900. It is possible so long as there is no flexing, you eat reasonably and no buying of unnecessary items

It depends. Some of the shared accommodation are actually nice while some are not fit for pigs to stay in. It depends on the company and your job position. Also, most of the jobs in Dubai do NOT come with accommodation (although accommodation allowance is usually added to the salary in such cases). Many (not all) of the jobs that usually come with accommodation are those low level jobs like security, construction workers, maids, cleaners etc

It may be annoying but it is necessary and required. Atleast you can satisfy yourself that you have done your part in warning people. This way no one can claim they were ignorant and got scammed.

Experience has shown that people will always do what they want especially since most are lazy and like the "backyard" way of doing this. There are many wolves in sheep clothing. They come with different new monikers and try to dupe people. We have seen it recently in the thread and we will still see it. Its only a matter of time.

No one can tell you the kind of job you can get here because no one is in charge of your destiny here. Some come here and search and get nothing, some get menial jobs and some get good jobs. So if you are waiting for someone to tell you that you can get an office job you go wait tire.

No hotel or airline will stop you from going about your business. If you want to search for job they will not stop you.

First, what is your reason for wanting to come to the UAE? Job hunt, vacation or business? This will help people give u a more streamlined response.

If you are coming for job search then start reading from page 1 or even from the middle sef. By the time you are done you will have all the information you need and more.

If you are coming for a vacation or business then also read the previous pages and consider contacting some hotels directly to sponsor you seeing as you will not be staying long.

DO NOT CONTACT OR RESPOND TO ANYONE WHO CONTACTS YOU PRIVATELY. If you do that and you get scammed don't come and start crying here. you will carry your cross yourself.

Harsh true but maybe if Nigeria had been "Harsh" we will not be in this predicament now. I don't blame them. They are scared and feel thats the best way to protect themselves.

I advise you do as justi said and postpone your trip. Better safe than sorry.

Do not risk it. Some airlines have started stopping flights to affected countries. Also, Saudi cancelled thousands of Hajj visas because of the ebola scare. What happens if you are chilling in Nigeria and then you hear that a ban has been placed on all flights? My neighbors company told her straight up that if she travels to Nigeria anytime soon she should consider her appointment terminated…….

Having a south African residency visa does not give you visa free entry into the uae. You can call any of the major airlines and confirm this as I am not 100% sure.

Regarding your flights, it should not be a big deal for airlines that fly those routes. Check out emirates airline and Qatar airways. Maybe even British airways
