And wat is the contribution of the North eastern part of the country to the federal purse if I may ask since u ve decided to juxtapose N. E. D. C with N. D. D. C, let me give u some hints; VAT collection (almost zero for north east) while only Lagos generates a minimum of about 80% of the country's VAT ,also mineral resources ( zero for the North east as well, though there might be some prospects bt no exploitation that I know of yet),while the south southern part of the country contributes a huge chunk of the country's wealth. If we were practising true federalism, many northern states won't be able to fend for themselves and would definitely go bankrupt just like the state of Illinois is experiencing presently.

Can those in charge of budget implementation really boast of just ordinary 20% implementation of the present budget?

Nope, I don't think anything like that will happen, most of these high rise buildings are constructed using the best materials, so many of such built circa early 60's and 70's re still standing with no defects,apart from natural disasters like earthquakes,i dont think there is any other reason to doubt their safety.

Moreover if anything of such happens,it would be a serious dent on the construction firm's reputation and no firm wants a thing like that.

Here are my questions. Nd if you have answers provide.

2. How can 21 girls of Chibok come back and there is no jubilation in Chibok, no picture of an excited mother trekking to Abuja to come and embrace her daughter after 2 years.

3. Lai Mohammed said nothing was exchanged for their release. Another news said 4 commanders of Bokoharam were released.

4 No siblings, cousins, uncles or educated family members of any of these girls writing on facebook or tweeting my sister has been rescued. We see Ali Ndume and no family members.

5. Chibok school, no news of excitement from those in school now that some of their seniors have been released.

6. You claimed you brought them back and flew them to Abuja where it will make news and took them to DSS clinic where they will not have the press take a close look and ask few questions. I never knew that DSS clinic is the best to rehabilitate emotionally wounded people.

7. 21 Chibok girls... girls whose families are smart enough to let them go to school have no families on twitter and facebook that are gping crazy with joy and excitement. They have no streets bursting into celebration... no Local government chairman and governor goiing to welcome them. Almost 100 found or escaped now, still no interview. Each one is spiritedoff to Sudan and some other country for "education."

7. In another 2 weeks the 21 girls will disappear into thin air with no trace for interview like others before them.
