Justblow: The husband marriage to an eu citizen gave him his eu status in the UK. It is not everybody in the UK that is qualified, in fact, he is a very luck man for marrying an eu, he got the status because he is documented on the home office data base as an eu citizen.
He is free for life, in fact next year he is a British citizen if he wants to, see first attachment the bottom.
Bring spouse... Read attachment.... Many thanks@ Justblow. I appreciate |

Justblow: Congrats to your friend.... Yes of course, he can go ahead and apply for her. In fact from the home office website on EU settlement scheme, he is entitled to a British citizenship after a year. And please note, there are two status on the scheme... Pre settled and settled... The settled status is the indefinite that he has. Thanks . But what application is he going to apply, is it the normal spouse visa that everyone does and pay huge money? The husband is not EU citizen but was married to EU citizen but divorced. So this settled status means the husband now have a permanent resident and free from immigration? What are really the benefits of the settled status and pre settled in the UK? |

Lexusgs430: The beauty about this application is that, it is FREE.... In comparison to the other version, that would cost you an arm and a leg..........
He just ensure his documentation is 100% in date..... One missing day, straight refusal....... Thanks for your response. How is this application free? The hubby is not an EU nation, he is Nigeria but was a family member of EU under five years route. The husband was married bf to EU nation and they have divorced . So he now have this indenfite leave under the EU settlement scheme. A bit confused, is the application free or will the husband go through the normal spouse application requirements like meeting the fianance requirement, relationship, accommodation and paying the NHS and visa fees of £1500? Please clarify me |

justwise: Apart from medical treatment which should be one of excuse per person the rest are abuse of your visa especially when you work, run business in Nigeria.
Your cousin sister stayed 5 months looking after her sister then after a while she returned again to stay another 5 months looking after the same person? Yes of course. |

justwise: Name that unique circumstances that will make you spend 5months on visiting visa each time you visit the UK 1. If you have family members in the UK that need your assistance. My cousin sister had a five years UK visiting visa and her younger sister who is British gave birth to twins Dec 2017, their mother is late, so she decided to use her five years visa and stayed for five months last year 2018, from Jan - May to assist her sister because she delivered 2ru operation. This year March she left again to UK and just returned last month July to Nigeria. She said at the POE when she was asked how long she spent the last time, she said five months, she explained to them the reason and when she tried to show the immigration officer the proof of pictures and details of her sister, the immigration officer just wave it off and asked how long she will be staying and she said five months and she allowed her entry. 2. If ones partner lives in the UK . I had a colleague that went on secondment and the wife visited him and stayed for five months on each visits. 3. Medical Treatment : - Ones medical treatment might extend for six months based on doctors report. |

owo12: Hi everyone Please i need your advice and what am going to do to be able to grant another two years uk visa. Have been two years visa which expired April 2019. During my visit I stayed up to five months on each trip to UK which I traveled for three time during my last two years visa. Now am intend to apply for another two years visa but the problem is that i stayed up to 5 months on my each trip. Please what can do or document to prepare for to be able to grant another visa. Have taken two years visa twice. Please kindly help with any usef My advice since u are frequent visitor in the UK why not save money and apply for five or ten years to safe you time and gathering documents. ( I know it is expensive but it is the best u can do for your self) Just apply for your visa and be honest in the duration of time u spent in the UK. Since you did not break immigration rules for overstaying more than 180 days in each visit. What u have is two years multiple visa and it is also meant for frequent travelers. They are different circumstances that can make one to stay five months in the UK. I believe that ECO will not deny you visa if u are honest in y application and give geniue reasons for frequent trips. Expect if ECO sees that through y frequent visit, that you are trying to make UK your second home that is where he can make objection. My second advice, give your self some time before you apply again. If you don't have a job look for one, through a job u can get documents to make another application. |

Darvick: Writing a letter isn’t a problem but what you wanna tell ECO about your 15months stay its what is important, people only give legal advice here. You just have to be smart for yourself.
Well you didn’t breach the immigration law so you should be alright.
TBH I don’t think they do ask how long you stayed in previous travel, think the form only asks you how long you wanna stay for the proposed travel. What matters is you are back and you didn’t overstayed.
Not your first time application, you should know the docs you need to submit. Good luck WRONGThey do ask the question how long you stayed in each trip on the application form. Check the application form u will see it. If you go to the drop box they stated it days, weekly, monthly and yearly.

ijeshaoflondon: Justwise n co.... Good Morning ... will 800k fly for someone being invited by her Sister... his salary is 176k, married and has a child. He stays in one of his fathers properties and drives a companys vehicle which has really reduced his monthly expenses to like 50k...kindly let me have your view 800k is too much for one that earns 176k. It means that he wants to dispose about six months of his salary to just visit the UK. 800k too much money for one that the sister is inviting. I advice he cut down his budget to something reasonable for ECO to be convinced on his personal and financial circumstances. |

Menakay: You still don't get. Its s very smart move, when you cancel that cheap booking after the application is out, it doesn't mean you will not book another hotel of your choice at any cost when travelling. I know quite alright that at the POE they always confirm your hotel booking which can lead to deportation if its canceled or fake. Let me put it this way, at the time of making an application, u ll see BA flight for £1400, Royal airmaroc £600. Expensive hotel for £700, cheap hostel for £140. BA flight and expensive hotel= £2,100 Royal airmaroc and cheap hostel= £740 If you decide to go with BA flight + expensive hotel + living expenses = more than £2,500 when making your application even if you can afford it, this is on the higher side which the ECO can use that against you by saying the total cost of your trip is 5 times over your monthly disposable income. But when you go with Royal airmaroc + hostel + living expenses = less dan £1,500. Getting your application approved with proof of cheapdr flight and hostel does not mean that you must travel with that same cheaper flight and stay at that cheap hostel. You can book your BA flight and expensive hotel to make your trip if you know you can afford it. U are perfectly correct! True talk. Eco doesn't even like visa applicants to dispose all your money for the sake of tourist visa. Even the so called white pple still manage their travelling expenses. One should try by all means to make his or her budget reasonable enough. The best is if you have some one in the uk that can accommodate you for the period of time, better bc it reduces your budget or better still get a cheaper hostel or hotel. There is no crime using a cheaper hostel. It is what you can afford u offer ,provided u have a stable job, good income and sufficient money in your account. |

Menakay: I have used it for several applications with no issues, d good thing about it is, it reduces d cost of ur trip when making application. Exactly! The most important thing is that ECO have seen your evidence of accommodation. Even most white tourists made use of hostel. Every one is trying to reduce cost which the ECO understands. |

Years ago while on school picnic i used one in London and Wales , no security, no privacy, infact you take your stuff while going to have a shower because you are sharing a room with strangers.
The price tells you everything.
Whether it will fly remains to be seen. My colleague used it for her visa application and she was granted a tourist visa. |

Flight fare return= 270k Accommodation= 76k ( I advice he use cheaper hostel to maintain his buget not to exceed his two months salary) Then the remaining money left for living expenses, shopping and visiting tourist attractions. |

Graceee: I have a cousin who earns N250k a month and intend to spend £1,100 in uk for 5 days during his leave. His closing balance is about 1.7 million has properties like 2 of them. fixed deposit of 2 million He doesn't know anyone in U.k. He has also been to dubai. Please can this fly?? My advice let him make his trip 14 days or 10days, atleast 10days trip is reasonable enough. Spending all this flight fare and £1100 just for five days will be a red flag. £1100 is very ok for 10days trip. |
