shanga:From what I can see the ECO is not satisfied with your personal and financial circumstances. The account is mostly use for business. Business account is not use for vacation. The ECO expects you to also have your personal account which I can use for vacation, on the ground that you have sufficient money in the account that can sustain your trip to the UK. My advice for next application relax for six months and run a comprehensive statement of account for business and personal account. |

babsadeoye:Statement of account from your uncle is not necessary. But If he is the one sponsoring the whole trip then he need to provide his statement of account. All your uncle need to do is provide his tenancy agreement, water and light bills as proof of address, then what he does for a living and where he works. U need his driver license, data page of his passport and work ID. Your uncle should state in the invitation letter that he will take care of your accommodation and feeding or living expenses in the UK and also state it in your cover letter that your uncle will take care of your accommodation and feeding. Please try to explain big credit entries in your account. Explain to ECO that your salary account also serves as your business account. Explain that you have two sources of income every Month, one from your permanent job and self employed business . Make a small business profile of your business to let the ECO know the kind of business. Then calculate all your sources of income every month and let ECO know how much you make every Month. Example: From all sources of income I make 700k after tax. I make 250k from my permanent job and 450k from my private business. Remember your staff ID card. Make an estimate budget of your trip The total estimate for my trip to the UK is 350k Flight fare(Return ticket) 280k Remaining balance for visiting tourist attractions and shopping. 1 Like 1 Share |

It is not rare asking for return ticket. Bc I have never bin asked for any return ticket. But safer to carry along return ticket. |

How long will his cousin accommodate him? As a visitor he can't rent an apartment bc landlords will check his status in the UK bf giving apartment. Your friend will not leave a free life, always living in fear of immigration. He will stay in the UK for 20years bf any lawyer can assist him to legalise his stay. Is that what your friend want? Not an easy life. My friend's cousin in London talked about getting married to a citizen of UK (later later) and she'll be the one to file for him to get a work and resident permit. I just want to ask, can it work out like that ?. Even if your friend marry a British citizen, he will still come bk to Nigeria with his British wife to do court marriage and apply for spouse visa. Moreso the British wife have to meet all the spouse visa requirements bf he can bring your friend bk to UK and your friend will be refused spouse visa for overstaying. But there is still probability of him getting the spouse visa later on in future. My advice to your friend let him go for his visit, stay the duration of time he put in his application and apply again for two years. It is better for him to be visiting and come bk to Nigeria than overstaying his visa. Not an easy life in the UK overstaying your visa. 1 Like |

U av to explain to the ECO that from all sources of your monthly income you make 150k every month after tax deduction. Your permanent job you make 70k while your additional job you make 80k. Attached a small profile of your additional job to show the subjects you teach, if what you studied in school is what you are teaching, attached the degree certificate. Provide your permanent job payslips with tax deduction, six months statement of account and make sure there are credit entries from your additional job. Your aunt need to write letter of invitation, and send her status in the UK and passport data page. Make a good buget of your trip. 1 Like |

lantres000:Within March till date i have been joggling two jobs,my regular job and a consultancy job in which the salary is very irregular but huge because the contract i signed with the company is on "call out bases". You will need to explain all these sources of income in a cover letter to the ECO with all the necessary documents. For the 2nd source of income which is the consultancy job. U need to explain to ECO that u have additional job but the salary is irregular, you make atleast xxxxx any time you do the job. U will have to explain with prove. Get prove from the company you are doing the 2nd job. Let the credit entries of the salary reflect on your account with the name of the company. If the name of the company is not reflecting, u will have to explain to ECO the salary credits entry with date and month. E.g on the 28th of march a credit entry of xxxxx from my additional job. 1. For your monthly expenses it is usually the amount you spend on your living expenses, your dependant, y accommodation, all payment of bills. ( Light, water, etc.). Calculate how much you spend every month on all these and balance it with your regular job. E.g If you earn 50k in regular job, then your monthly expenses will be like 20k or 25k. You have to explain to ECO that usually your monthly expenses is Xxxxxx but in the month March and April from your savings or 2nd income you purchased a land and car that you want to use for Uber. Attached evidence and pictures of purchased items. U can also state the date and month the total amount was debited from your account to prove to ECO that the money use for the purchase was from your sources of income. E.g on the 28th of March a debit of xxxxx was made from my UBA Bank for the purchase of land. 2. If all the sources of your income from y jobs are genuine and you have all evidence to back them up, then u will be fine. Just explain details in paragraph for the ECO to understand and with evidence. 3. You will have to submit all the Landed property documents in your name. And the pictures of the land . 4. Since this is your 3rd denial you need to be careful and get it right this time. Just make sure that all sources of income are genuine with evidence, you have a comprehensive statement of account, explain well all credit entries and debit in your account. I believe u will be ok. My only advice let the conference u are attending be something that is relating to your field of study or relating to your job. People have gotten visa for USA without traveling history. Seeyat:First explain your monthly salary . My monthly income from my employment after tax is xxxxxx which the salary credits that enter my account usually end of the month paid by my employer. However, there are other details of genuine funds that come to my salary account or personal account ( Depending where there is irregularities of funds) which I find it necessary to explain. On the 26th of June 2019 credit entry of N250 in my UBA account from my brother for family use Keep listing the funds. U will also need to back it up with evidence. 3 Likes 1 Share |

saintobi009:You have a good job that you earn 400k every month, which is good. Try to make sure the 400k reflect on your account monthly and matches with the payslips. For you to set up your account properly you need your account to be active. Balance well your credit and debit entries, especially the credit entries in your account, be more care with the credit entries, especially credit entries of large money which is not part of your monthly income. If you have two sources of income every month let it be what will reflect mostly on your account. Any other credit entries apart from your two sources of income should be noted with dates and explain to the ECO in cover letter . e.g on the 13th of June, credit entry of 50k being money for family use from my mum. If there are other money apart from your two sources of income, write in cover letter explaining to ECO, that apart from your sources of income that you have other credit entries in your account which you need to explain. For comprehensive account, try to make payment with your ATM at stores, all these also help. Just make you account active. Balance inflow and outflow flow of cash. U are paid 400k, try to make sure you remove some certain amount of money every month for up keep. D'nt just leave the money there without withdrawing some, so that ECO will not feel that u are not withdrawing and only trying to safe for the trip. Let them not see your account as bin stigin to your self. Try to withdraw money when you get alert. Since you live with your mum and d'nt have any dependant. Just write No dependant. Calculate how much you spend on your self alone and put the amount there. No body can tell you the amount. The amount u know that you spent every month on yr self write it there for them. For your thrift explain everything on cover letter with proof. The opening balance is perfect. So from all your sources of income after tax you are earning 470k every month. 1 Like |

Innopre983:My dear it is well. If he provided all these and the ECO still denied him, there is something that the ECO is not satisfied with. Probably the huge logment of money suddenly to make his account big. The ECO might have seen something in his statement of account, that makes him not to be satisfied. May be the credit and debit entries in his account bf the logment is not really flowing in well, the money in his account before the logment is not big. The ECO study very well the account and see how the main salary you stated flows. If from January, the amount in his account is 250k for salary, he withdraw it out immediately, the account is empty, with no inflow of little money or saving. Then Feb he received another salary and withdraw all, no saving. Then towards the time of submission, logement just enter inside. So it makes the ECO not to be satisfied with his personal and financial circumstances. So he can't even afford to travel with his salary. |

Innopre983:Did your brother provided all the documents about his house that his estate agent paid? The ECO need to see that he is the owner of the house with all supporting documents? Is the property genuinely owned by your brother? The ECO is not satisfied with the unexplainable amount, that was the reason he was denied. In his next application he will need to explain that money and give proof that the property is owned by him. Since your brother do collect house rent and if he is the real owner of the property, in his next application let him state that he has another source of income that comes in his account yearly and provide all documents. |
