PoliticsRe: CCB Didn't Interrogate Saraki Before Filing Charges Against Him. EFCC Detective. by Montaque(m): 7:40pm On Apr 21, 2016
freeze001:
It is obvious that Danladi Umar is not impartial or neutral on this matter. His interjections already show that he is operating from a tailored script tailored towards a predetermined result.

What did he seek to achieve by stating that the CCT was autonomous and didn't take instructions from anyone while a witness was being cross examined? Is the CCT under trial or the witness? Why descend into the arena of dispute?
Danladi umar has obviously shown bias before now.
Anyway let him play out his part, albeit a short one

Should the lawyer be sued too?
sue the landlord and the woman in possession. the lawyer will defend them
PropertiesRe: We Paid For An Apartment But Could Not Occupy It, Yet No Refund Made by Montaque(m): 9:57am On Apr 15, 2016
There isnt much issue here.
Get a lawyer to sue in breach of contract and for specific performance of the contract or refund of your money. make sure u use the undefended procedure when filing cos the landlord has no veritable reason why he didnt let u into possession.
I am just concerned about the time it will take, but u can just look for alternative and keep ur mind off the money n property till judgment.
Na so life in nigeria be.

I hope the court grants their plea it will teach those trigger happy soldiers that they job is to protect Nigerians not murder them
Will the fg yield to court orders?
Thats the problem. When nigerians see the ECOWAS court, ICC n ICJ as the only courts that can compel its president to do something, then u know something is wrong.

PoliticsRe: Saraki’s Ally, Baraje Attacks APC by Montaque(m): 8:22am On Apr 11, 2016
Aufbauh:
I am very weary when men like Baraje suddenly make case for the common man as if he truly bears the brunt.
A man that can afford to run a generator 24/7 without a blink of an eye and get fuel without queuing up, all thanks to Government empowerment and subjugation of the same common man lack the integrity to speak up.
His grouse may either be that he his not getting the expected patronage from the present administration or the seeming cloud of corruption hanging on his major benefactor Saraki.
you are just attacking the messenger, not the message.
PoliticsRe: El-rufai’s Religious Bill In Kaduna ‘absolutely Wrong’ – Senator Shehu Sani by Montaque(m): 8:18am On Apr 11, 2016
Chiefpriest1:
About this bill, I think people should learn to separate politics from what is rational.

I consider myself a Christian, so I cannot support anything that would hurt those who believe in the gospel of christ.

I 've gone through the bill and apart from a little fine-tuning that it needs, I really don't think it's a bad one.

Some quick questions:

1. How many of you enjoy churches or mosques that are almost making you go insane in your area? Sometimes, it's just 5 members inside a cubicle making your life unbearable.

2. Is the bill only for christians?

3. How much do you like islamic preachers or pastors that preach hate.

4. Shouldn't religion be a private endeavour? Why should a muslim loudspeaker wake me up by 5am or a Christian vigil keep me awake all night.

Ps: I have my reservations about the licensing thing because it can be abused, though it's not even the government that's doing the licensing.

I believe that there has to be a way of curbing the excesses of these zealots, but dont hate that bill because you hate el-rufai.

By the way, the senator is a political arch-enemy of el-rufai, so must know where he's coming from. Let's not always follow the crowd
The bill is just duplicating what NESREA ought to be doing. I will support that nesrea is charged up to do their work because if left to elrufai, he can go beyond what is normal since its his brainchild. And their is now fear of future amendments to incorporate things that are against a particular religion.
BTW I had a logerhead with one new prayer house in my street who r bent on conducting vigils with 4 waferdale loudspeakers. They made last week unbearable for me. They will hear from me soon sha.

Check the last tweet on this link, Jibrin Admitted to what they inserted!!

Check & see..
the tweet didnt show it wasnt in the budget originally. what he meant was that unused money in the budget was allocated to those project ie. they increased its allocation.

Shame.

Chief, we nor need to descend into name calling gutter territory but don't you feel it's ridiculous that the Southern Senators sat like Dende Alata & didn't even think of inserting anything to favor the south?

Another angle here is that the Senators claimed they took out some things & added some , all one could see is an expansive constituency project budget, dazall!!

There is a transcript of the Budget defence, the Nass should let us have it in the public domain, then we'd know who is for or against Nigerians!!

Rural Solar Lights? Really??
dont blame them the ss senators . if its not there initially; they cant add it QED

To say that the senate deleted the lagos-calabar rail project when it wasnt captured initially is what nigerians will chew for a week till he gets back.
PoliticsRe: Where Were Niger-Delta Senators & Reps When Lagos Calabar Rail Was Removed? by Montaque(m): 8:33pm On Apr 10, 2016
it is unfortunate that people like kayode ogundamisi seeks to have this country divided.
Abdulmumim jibril has said that the project was never captured in the original budget.
and a picture of buhari yemi n udoma was released to make it look as if the senate is against nigeria.
why should people be this mischievous
PoliticsRe: Where Were Niger-Delta Senators & Reps When Lagos Calabar Rail Was Removed? by Montaque(m): 2:35pm On Apr 10, 2016
tuale4u:
Ok. Put it in d budget now. If they can sniff in other tins that was not in d original budget, what stop our senstors from putting dis important rail project.

please u are not making sense.
just to state few things.
If we can confirm that the original budget doesnt include expenditures for Lagos_calabar rail line, u cant, infact the senators cannot add a project not captured, they can remove, downsize or pass it. but cannot add a new project in it.
in this case, I will blame the ss senators for not raising the issue at plenary so that the executives will consider it and include it in a subsequent or supplementary budget.
happy sunday

One thing I have come to terms with on PMB frequent trips is his "no response or un movable" body posture. It take a strong willed man to have that attitude. He is more convinced that in his set motion and nothing any man can do about it. Some may call it arrogance or I don't attitude. To me, I call courage.

Time may not be good for us now, but I have always ask myself, why do we have to import fuel in the first place? Why have we not built refineries before now or better still maintain the one we have before? Why have we not develop our infrastructure when there was oil boom? Why are our leader so wicked and derive pleasure in looting the our common wealth?

Now the bubble has burst, nigeria energy and water. But we have not ask ourself how do we here.
He was this 'courageous' during his rule as military head of state. dont make it a virtue now. ok?
And u better start adjusting to reality
