The government has made meaningful progress in keeping to it's mandate. It has beefed up security (applicants no longer pay to apply for government vacancies) and also commenced implementation of it's social intervention programs.

What I expect you to do is write an even longer epistle asking all those who have stolen and stashed our foreign exchange in their bedrooms and faraway lands and banks to return the money. We as a country never practiced a home grown popular constIiitution. All we have had since 1960 is an imposed laws thought out by few mighty men.

I am not a lawyer but from a layman's perspective Mr. Joseph Dauda's request is not unreasonable. Why charge a man on same issues in two different courts? What is wrong in consolidating them into one, wouldn't it in fact save us the time and resources Justice Yusuf is complaining about? Except there is something else behind this whole drama...I don't see what the fuss is all about especially if the prosecutors are certain of their facts to nail the guy! In my opinion, having two identical cases running at the same time is fishy.
