Handy Manny: People will just behaving as if they control the way people vote in other countries. It is simply by the Grace of God that Melvin is still in the game. Wait until he is nominated along side Dilish and Bimp is the HOH. I know people will personally write and apology letter begging Pokello and Hakeem for votes. Rubbish.LOL. That won't happen and even if it does, it will only be a minority who do so. |
Yinkade: namibia would leave delish and vote melvin because na epa dem come sell for bba abi.......you think delish does not want the money tooLMAO . I believe he meant if Melvin is up and Dillish isn't. |
I will say again, there is no clear favorite, at this stage anyone could be evicted based on whom they are put up with. It is looking like a lot of voting loopholes have been closed this year and I like it. Put your money where your favorite hms is, else prepare to be shocked on Sunday. SMS is the way. |
ochongonoko: All this bassey fans, shut da fucck up jor.. I love bassey more than dellish but we had to vote dillish cos of melvin, if twas cos of that liar, she won't even see a single voteNot had to, chose to, and that is perfectly legitimate. |
Likely Annabel or Pokello to follow. Angelo and Dillish should be safe. |
I don't this exaggerated concern for Melvin if Bassey and Dillish leave. Melvin may not be my fave hm, but the guy has focus and discipline in droves. He came in there focused on being an individual and playing his own independent game, free from over machinations in the house and has stayed the course admirably. Yes Bassey and Dillish can sometimes gloss over his lack of "interestingness" at times, but he is still more than capable of keeping his focus without them. Besides even if he does become duller without them around, the consistent agitation of other hms regarding him, will ensure he doesn't just disappear into the background and give him even greater opportunities to flourish without having to stick his neck out. Of the 2 only Dillish can be guaranteed to never nominate him and its hardly like he will be losing a powerful ally if she leaves. For what its worth I don't see Dillish being evicted anyway. Its likely Bassey and possibly Annabel. |
Funny everyone was hyping Adnan, meanwhile Lingard was even more impressive yesterday and not much has been said regarding him. |
what is the name of the song presently playing? |
Fabville: I hope he doesn't get him too. I prefer we buy Fellaini. There will be no competition for him in the market and he is a much improved player that we need in our defensive midfield.Carrick already plays the DM position for United, so it makes no sense to bring in another one. What we need is an energetic mobile, tactically sound central midfield partner for Carrick. Besides we would have to pay the "English tax" on Fellaini, who could wind up costing almost the same as a Fabregas. |
Maybe it's me adjusting my standards but I really think he would work very well with Carrick in a 4-3-2-1 formation.
Exactly. |
Fabville: As it stands, i will prefer us going for Fellaini. He has improved his game a lot considering his performances during last season.I vehemently disagree, Martinez is better. Fellaini is too static for my liking. I also feel he can be pretty average when he has to play deeper (outside the final third) and in a position where more discipline is required, his indiscipline tackling and positioning wise I don't like. |
Esejojo: I've heard severally that Beverly is a video chic. Pls, what video(s) has she featured in?Oleku |
lekpalicious: where is pokelo?Probably still applying her make-up for the day. ![]() |
Elikem and Eveva bonding. |
safarigirl: But this is the same Dillish that said the other night that she hates to cuddle..and she rarely even allows stephen cuddle her.Tease me by Chaka Demus & Pliers is the song they should play when she is leaving. ![]() |
If Fabregas is not available, which players should we be looking at. Seeing as it is likely we will be signing only one midfielder, it will have to be someone of obvious quality (i.e Kondogbia, Mendy, Cabaye e.t.c won't be good enough). |
It all started with a drop in Rooney’s levels at Manchester United. Without the old thrust and zip, he is a static player who can hope to influence games only with isolated moments of brilliance. If younger opponents go shooting by him, he is vulnerable to the rival claims of team-mates who possess the speed and energy to regain possession. Carrying more bulk than he should, he is bound to perspire and tire too early in matches and therefore look exposed by modern football’s hyper-activeness. This has nothing to do with politics, pay, reputation or managerial favouritism. It was one of the most fundamental principles of Sir Alex Ferguson’s management that players would play for United only if they could meet the standard the club demanded. It was one of the distinctive strengths of the Ferguson era that no player could guarantee himself a place in the side on the basis of who he was. In his halcyon years, Rooney gave United what they asked for. He delivered on the promise of his wonderful precocity. With Cristiano Ronaldo he formed one of the club’s most potent partnerships. When Ronaldo moved to Real Madrid, he assumed the mantle of talisman and chief destroyer, for a while. But there was rarely a sense that he was applying himself to the job as conscientiously as the world’s truly great players. In the current stand-off, many will trace the roots of the conflict to the autumn of 2010, when Rooney returned from an abysmal World Cup campaign to face newspaper revelations about his private life, and then came close to joining Manchester City after putting his name to a statement questioning United’s “ambitions”. This laughable suggestion that the most relentlessly successful club in England were failing to match the aspirations of a player who had just bombed at a World Cup ended with United’s American owners electing to inflate his salary to make him stay. But you can only play that game once with a billion-pound corporation when the manager has a track record of seeing off troublemakers. Even then Rooney might have settled down to become a United luminary at an establishment paying him £250,000 a week. One or two colleagues were understandably offended by his scripted accusation that the club were failing to compete in the transfer market. “Who is he to look down on me?” the recent arrivals might have said. Yet ill-feeling of that type generally subsides so long as there is no repetition. It is common, in discussions about England’s senior striker, to say that he is “badly advised,” which is code for: his agent is a pain. It was reasonable to detect the hand of Paul Stretford in the statement of October 2010, and fair to ask why newspapers reported this week that Rooney was “angry and confused” about his treatment by United. Stretford is plainly a handful for United’s board, but no 27-year-old multi-millionaire can hide behind his agent forever. Stretford is not to blame for Ferguson taking Rooney off in games last season, or for him being left out altogether for a Champions League home second-leg against Real Madrid. His fall from grace last term was evidence-based. The responsibility for it rests with him. From Rooney’s own perspective, Robin van Persie’s arrival from Arsenal must have been dispiriting, so soon after Ronaldo’s gilded reign. The purchase of Shinji Kagawa might also have pointed to a lack of faith in him in the playmaking role. With Rooney, any lowering of his spirits is likely to undermine his social discipline, with further damage to his effectiveness. And so the cycle continues, to the point where he – not realising that Ferguson is about to retire – indicates a desire to leave, for the second time, soon after United have wrapped up their 20th league title against Aston Villa. A severance between the two sides now looks as inevitable as it is desirable. United’s fans will never fully embrace him again. Rooney himself appears alienated and needs to start again. But United will not place his private needs before their own, especially after this latest clumsy PR move (the “angry and confused” approach). Jose Mourinho’s Chelsea look the prime threat to United’s dominance, and the Glazers would need to be offered an astronomical sum to overcome their reluctance to sell him to a Premier League rival. Rooney was made a special case three years ago, and there is no urge to yield to him again. The problem started with him, as a footballer, however much he dances around that. http://www.telegraph.co.uk/sport/football/teams/manchester-united/10189071/Wayne-Rooney-has-only-himself-to-blame-as-departure-from-Manchester-United-to-Chelsea-seems-inevitable.html |
dillish is up for eviction, so I would view her newfound closeness to melvin through a more strategic lens. the girl is sharp and clever and I don't beef it. |
beverly says expo center can hold 3 million for a concert. haba even maracana cant contain 3mill. |
bassey playfully teasing dillish. Honestly you are not my type. you are too short, you are too dark and you a bit of belle. |
coogar: the likes of giggs? yet again? you guys have not learnt your lessons. the derby at old trafford and the west brom game should tell any football fan giggs should never play for us again. experience is overrated. if it is, luiz ronaldo wouldn't be world's best player at 20.I am not talking about on the pitch, but off it. Why do you think we in the past kept aging veterans even when they rarely played (e.g Robson, David May, Irwin, Bruce). I am meant what he can bring off the pitch in his player/coach position. |
Moyes needs to sort this out quick. He also needs to let the media know that if they are intent on twisting his words to write hit pieces, he will use his significant authority as United manager to ensure they feel the consequences and have a hard time working with him. I loved that about SAF, because it showed an absolute single mindedness to put United in the best light possible, no matter whose ox was gored or how it made people perceive him. |
I just hope all of our players are ready for war. Whatever happens those first 2 months of the coming campaign will tough, and the media are circling like vultures to do their best to blast us off course. This is where the likes of Giggs will be useful, with his wealth of experience, knowledge of the club and top draw professionalism. |
This is absolute rubbish. How come Dillish is included with only 2 votes, yet others with 2 votes in Ruby were left out? They have been doing this unfair practice during nominations too much, including hms inconsistently just to swell the eviction lists. This partiality is too much. Dillish was not allowed to use the power of no on herself, but Natasha was allowed to do so. No explanation necessary. This subjective application of core game rules is disgusting. |
Hms with 2 votes shouldn't be put up. |
Moyes is beginning to confuse me with his comments regarding Rooney? |
dademola: bt serzly, is it dt we cant sign playrs dt interest oda big clubs, or wot exactly is d problem??It is that we have taken an oath that we will not invest in our central midfield. Won't be surprised to see us shell a significant sum on another striker, even though we have gaping holes in central midfield. Since 2008 we have not signed a single central midfielder, yet during the intervening period we have signed goalies, full backs, center backs, wingers, strikers, every position but central midfield. |
elampiro: Andnan Januzaj. This was how CR7, Neymar and Giggs started. This guy will rule Old Trafford. When I watched him today I told myself he will be great. He was every where trying out great things.People shouldn't kill this boy with hype. I have seen numerous United youngster set the world alight in preseason/reserves, yet never make the grade e.g Mad Timms, Frazier Campbell, Nardiello. |
The Glazers tied SAF hands, but the mans sheer force of will dragged this team to success, even with what was generally considered his most flawed United squad in decades. Now they have brought Moyes because they hope he can do a SAF, and dredge every last ounce out of squad, with a little net spending as possible. |
Didn't he already sign for spurs? Anyways at this rate Southampton midfield will be bett than ours. I'm just waiting for the breaking news confirming scholes and phil Neville coming out of retirement to solve our midfield issues.
ROTFLMAO |
