The story has change to a joke, it was not a joke, if it was a joke then skynews in the UK wont carry the news.

Now, after back clash, it is now called a joke.

I would expect White Brits to take offense and make a big deal about it.

I wouldn't expect another black person to take it personally

This goes to show how brainwashed you are. You post content by white supremacist thinking you are hurting black Americans. You're spreading their message grin grin this is a colonial mentality. You willingly fight the white mans battle against black Americans.

Judging by history and the current state of Nigeria it is not surprising .

What has allying with foreign entities against other black people gained you ?

Oil is over so the British have no use of you anymore.

We will see what the Arabs have in store for you in due time

You are the conquered, always divisive, you wear and drive everything made by the colonial masters and even speak their language, use their banks and live in their country, stop culturally appropriating white culture.

A black American makes a joke about a white person and the Queen's colonial minions get offended grin

Sleekfingers:

but we need to invest more in our league.....back in the day, people do watch our league....

You dont expect me to sit down and watch that thrash now....zero security etc......maybe if they do the necessary i might change my mind......
Instead of me to watch our league...i go rather watch south africa , egypt and tunisia leagues

It all goes back to my original comment. Investment in our own is where it begins at. Those in a position within our respective community we consider leaders won't make those investments.

I remember Dangote was trying to buy Arsenal.

Theres to many Nigerian billionaires emotionally invested in European leagues than building their own. They take more pride in being involved in European clubs than anything Nigerian related.

You see this in all areas of life as it relates to black people globally.

Black boule think they can sell their own people anything and shame us for not supporting them. They spend money on marketing " buy black" but no money in quality of the product they sell us. They will go above and beyond if they market the same product to white people or they are in a white market

It's because of a colonial mindset. Black people globally don't respect or place value in anything black. The proximity to whiteness increases the value of anything as it relates to black people

In the 80's or 90's US was in the market for lobsters, Nigeria gave them lobsters, loads of the stuff and, shortly, US and other producers bulked at the competition from Nigeria. Next, it was declared that Nigerian lobsters were polluted, and that was the end of that for Nigeria. Similar happened with wheat, if memory serves me well, this was in the late 80's, i was young, and so I rather caught the news in the peripheries of my young awareness of life outside fun. I believe US threatened Nigeria, something to do with, balance of trade, i.e. US stated Nigeria wasn’t buying as much from the US as the US was buying from Nigeria.

I guess I’m stating that world trade somewhat sanctions Africa, which is why Fair Trade products came to be. Some of this accounts for Africa’s relative poverty.

Read up on Politics of Hunger where you will learn how in Agriculture, for instance, by EU, America, Asia and South America sanctioning what African nations can sell in the international market, African nations find themselves growing a narrow range of stuff. Since the range is narrow, many African nations grow the same or similar produce that then creates a glut, driving down prices for thire goods.

Well with all the oil spills there have been in Nigeria I would assume the lobsters were polluted as well.

Most of Americas spiny lobsters come from the Caribbean and South America. It's not about black nation's because Bahamas , Belize and Jamaica export allot of lobsters to America.

Black people have been "conditioned " through colonialisn and slavery to compete with one another. We were punished for collaborating with one another. This mental disease exist in all black people scattered around the world. We will step on a black man to get closer to whiteness which we've been c conditioned to believe is the epitome of success.

No other race does this

The Indian will always choose to work with Indians

The Chinese will always steal from the white man for the betterment of china

The Jew will always seek out other Jews

Blacks will sell blacks for trinkets from the oyinbo in order to seek the white mans approval

Demanding such from single shop owners amount to madness.

You don't pay 1 million . The one million must be in capital. If Nigerians don't like it then get a Ghanaian business partner. Simple , problem solved

Oga you made a statement which led to this... My analogy seem flawed to you because you simply can't recall the statement you made earlier........ only petty person would describe others as being proud because of how how they walk and talk. You expect them to respect you just because they are non indegenes. Out there in cities, everyone is equal, stop expecting adults to worship you because you re an indegenes and if they don't you call them proud, arrogant.... Wake up sir, it ll never happen

We'll just have to agree to disagree. It's a waste of time trying to have certain nuanced discussion with certain people. With wisdom comes understanding. I wish you nothing but gods blessings. Maybe god someday will open your mind and heart to understand

my brother no need for plenty shalaye.... What is your definition of humble and respectful? And note that my analogy was about one from taxas who live in Newyork besides our relatives in taxas are living and no one has harrase them for "walking in a certain way" according to you

Does a Nigerian not understand the definition of humble and respectful ? Maybe that's why trouble seems to follow some people.

You're analogy is backwards because the topic was about Nigerians moving to Ghana.

There's a sentiment that if u can make it in Lagos you can make it anywhere. That isn't necessarily true. Yes that may apply to New York because it's a similar environment. That does not apply to Texas.

A real Texan will never move to New York voluntarily. It's a different culture with different societal norms.

So your analogy is flawed and should be a new Yorker moving to texas

What is your definition of "behave accordingly"... Is it being law abiding or ass licking locals? Is it paying you taxes or the way you walk?

Texas is a conservative and laid back . The hustle mentality you see in NY won't get you far in Texas. Locals wont tolerate any perceived disrespect. Texas is gun country so you might end up getting shot and nobody cares. Texas is where you can walk the street with an M16 and police cant stop you. In order to make it in Texas you have to be humble and respectful. The opposite of new York. The hustle mentality won't get you far in Texas

Oga you are just being petty..... For an educated man to talk this way is really sad. You want them to act timid because they are "they re newly brought from the village"? Really? A nigerian feeling at home in Nigeria has now become a bad thing and even seen as pride.

" the way they walk show pride" bros what kind of statement is this? Should they change their step because they are in your state? Oga nothing is wrong with them it's just you that expects them to act timid that's disappointed by their boldness so pls stop calling them proud. Lagos doesn't belong to your family, we will all die and the land will remain where it is.

Imagine an American from Newyork saying an American from taxas should behave in a certain way because he came to Newyork to live and do business... Expecting him to talk and walk in a certain way because he shouldn't be proud in Newyork since he is not from there. Are we really normal in this country? This is witchcraft

You've obviously never been to Texas.
A new Yorker will definitely behave accordingly if he travels to Texas

Jakumo:
The dogs in that video are Pit Bulls, and in the US, one of the most common ILLEGAL "sports" held in the poor black and Mexican ghettos is Pit Bull fighting, financed with cash bets placed by onlookers seeking to correctly predict the outcome of the fight, which more often than not results in the death or mortal injury of one, or BOTH combatant dogs.

This sort of activity has created a whole cottage industry in the USA's many squalid ghettos, populated by uneducated, impoverished, drug-dealing blacks who get involved in breeding and fight-training of Pit Bulls, as a source of illegal gambling income.

Obviously a few Nigerians who spent many years living in drug-infested American ghettos or jails, most likely wound up getting deported back to their homeland, where they decided to go ahead and ape the dog-fighting crimes they witnessed in the "hood, back when they lived stateside.

All imports are welcomed into Nigeria, from the good, to the bad to the downright criminal, and this video shows one of those nasty imports in progress.
