If that's the case then the youth down south should also become tyrants : raid the CBN mint , Vandalize oil pipelines , destroy embassies , kidnap europeans and americans AFTER ALL the southerners are frustrated and are under poor governance too.
Politics › Re: Boko Haram: Oyelese Hints Of Strange Movements In South West by Mrchippychappy(m): 10:10am On Jul 12, 2012
youngies: IBADAN—FORMER Minister of Power and Steel, Elder Wole Oyelese, has hinted of strange movements in the South-Western part of the country, calling security agencies to swing into action to arrest the situation.

He advised President Goodluck Jonathan to act with urgency as there was no time to waste under the circumstances.

He added that the best way to stop daily insurgency of the Islamic sect, Boko Haram, was to declare a state of emergency on Immigratipn and Customs along the northern borders of the country.

Oyelese, in a statement in Ibadan, said if this advice was heeded, the country would keep the terrorists outside and cut their line of supply and prevent future attacks on innocent citizens.

The step, if taken, would no doubt, make the country hit hard on the citizens of “our northern neighbours and also engage in search and onslaught but then, this is what emergencies are all about. There is no time for sentiment or a situation to play the big brother.”

He wondered when military fatigue and bullet proof vests became part of the paraphernalia of Fulani herdsmen.

Beaf: Who else attacks with daggers and walks around with bows and arrows. Call a spade a spade.
This might just be the end of nomadic herdsmen, it was only a matter of time for them to greatly overstep their bounds. They will soon learn how red military mens eyes can get. If any of them is related to you, send money to charter a cab to bring the fellow home asap, cos e no go easy.

They are just agents of Peter obi on Nairaland. Chino is just bored because their is no Peter obi article to argue on currently or propaganda to protect. We are all Ndiigbo and that's all that matters.

Lets ignore these Id/iots and stick with the topic please.

ACM10: @Mr.Chippychappy and Olodostein,
I don't know why you guys should be taking dig at Anambrarians all in the name of attacking Chino11. The comments from u guys is highly regrettable. Can u imagine if we behave like both of u? We've already repudiated Chino's attitude towards our brothers, but u guys continue to have none of it. We have issued disclaimer too. Don't let me believe that u guys are massaging your little insecurities. As far as I'm concerned, we are more embarrassed by Chino than u guys. Sometimes I wonder if he's truly an Anambrarian or an Yoruba troll. So pls keep us out of your attacks. Take a personal dig at Chino. Throwing disparaging comments at Anambrarians by u guys amounts to collateral damage. And this is unacceptable.
Sorry for taking a dig at the Anambrarians its just that Chino isn't the only Anambrarian guilty of arrogance , I have met TONS that share the same idealolgy as Chino but anyway i believe this Chino could be an Yoruba /Yoruba "Trojan horse" , he might not be Igbo after all.

I think you need to go back to school to learn how to read, spell and write correctly. 'LovePeddler begets LovePeddler', thats food for thought for you today.

Anambra is the root of Igbo race and we have been calling the shot since the days of great Zik, Ikemba Nnewi Emeka Ojukwu, Ekwueme, Orizu, Achebe and the rest of them, its not by might but of God that Blessed Anambra- the Light of the Nation. Learn to live with it bro.
You are very stup!d for making such comment . Anambra calling the shots ? Haha what a f00l . Civil war saboteurs . Abeg Olodostein and CO ignore this "UPPER IWEKA" illiterate who just stumbled across the internet . I don't have any problem with Anambra people but i think this ignorant and arrogant attitude that the average Anambra man exhibits is something that must be dealt with . I have heard instances in the past where the Federal Government would want to establish something (example the petrochemical plant) in the east and then all of a sudden the Anambra folks would start acting up by saying "If anything wants to be established in the east it must be in Anambra state and blah blah blah" . Anambra folks on this forum do us a favour change your stinking attitude , Most of the sterotypes associated with igbos by other Nigerians came as a result of the personality of the average Anambra man . You keep mentioning Zik , ZIK , ZIK what the 4k did ZIK do for we igbos? He couldn't even use his influence to speak to UN or help out during the civil war . Oga chino FYI the average igbo man (i don't know about you anambra clowns) doesn't see ZIK as a hero
Politics › Armed Nigerian Herdsmen Attack Village by Mrchippychappy(op): 6:52pm On Jul 07, 2012

Suspected Fulani herdsmen have attacked a village, populated by Christians in the central Nigeria’s Plateau State early Saturday, killing yet-to-be counted number of people, officials said.
The attack on Kankuru village in Riyom local government area and near the flashpoint state capital of Jos happened around 7:00 a.m,today they said.

“Presently the casualty figures are not yet known. But there are casualties,” Captain Salisu Mustapha, a spokesman for the military special task force deployed in the region, told AFP.

He said the gunmen, suspected to be Muslim Fulani herdsmen, stormed the mainly Christian village with guns and matchetes, adding that the military had taken over the area to contain the violence.
Plateau state police spokesman Emmanuel Abuh said his men had also moved in.

Riyom is near Jos where thousands have died in communal and sectarian clashes in recent years.
Just on Thursday, the anti-bomb squad of the Nigerian police evacuated a high calibre bomb planted in an area of the capital, called Congo Russia.
There have also been a number of attacks attributed to Islamist group Boko Haram in recent months.
