He's currently being prosecuted by the EFCC. I hope he would not be declared a "saint" now that he's cross carpeted to the APC? Just kidding... |

You mean these people will have the effrontery to come to Abuja to bomb NNPC HQ? They're simply deceiving themselves. 14 Likes 1 Share |

Their time of reckoning is fast approaching. It's nearer than they can ever imagine. The annoying thing is that egging them on will begin crying 'genocide' when their punishment begin. |

iamexcelblog:Hmmmm....you are making sense sha. But I'm just appalled by the fact that Igbos seem to be unduly incensed against the man because of his being in APC. |

Dont these old men feel ashamed eyeing young girls they are old enough to be fathers or even grandfather's of? Buhari will be deviating from the norm of wealthy northerners if finally a young man gets to marry Zahra during his stint as President. Aren't their children shaming on their behalf? ![]() 1 Like |

Thank God for this. It is a sign of peace. But just wondering why some are being pessimistic concerning a news that should ordinarily elicit positive comments. |

May God continue to punish Boko Haram and as for people who are indirectly sympathetic to their evil mission, I pity you. Just pray neither you nor your family becomes a victim one day. |

Goke7:FFK shouting Donald Trump every second as if Trump were contesting for the position of the president of the world, if such position even exist. Any discerning fellow will know he's not sincere with all these epistles. He's just trying to win the hearts of gullible youths. |

Fani Kayode, I pity you, sir. So all you do nowadays is writing about Fulani and Dan Fodio. All these are repetitions of what you've been writing since the beginning of this year, pls bring something new. |

herzern: If truly you do prison evangelism and you are uttering some of the things you post here, then it doesn't fit your claim. Something is wrong somewhere. Pls make changes. |

"You bathed in the blood of Biafrans, you crushed their bones and stripped away their dignity and self-respect just to keep Nigeria one. Now you say their children have no right to ask for self-determination simply because you killed their fathers and mothers during the war and shattered their dreams."When did this thing happen? This man is leading his gullible followers astray through exaggeration and blatant lies, and then quote Bible to deceive them more. May God have mercy upon Fani Kayode, in Jesus Name. Amen. |

Those are the kind of images taken from Lagos slums that our Niger Delta brethren upload to win sympathy for the scavengers. They won't show you these....

I hope they double check his speech to avoid another plagiarism, this time, at the International scene. Garba and Femi should stop embarrassing our president and nation. 2 Likes 1 Share |

Igbos are very talented and gifted, no doubt. But successful people are found everywhere - no tribe has a monopoly of them. 7 Likes |

As far as Nigerians are concerned, we don't need foreign media's jaundiced reports for we to know that bh once used to be as powerful as anyone could think of,and that they are not just decimated, but probably now a tiny fraction of what they used to be. Have we forgotten so soon how they were busy seizing one towns upon another? Yes, they once occupied Mubi that in American parlance would be considered a full-fledged city - it actually is. They also not once or twice "chased out" our soldiers either into Cameroon or somewhere. But today, they cannot boast of anything close to that. Why should we then buy into the stale narrative of "Nigerians army stifles information" coming from NE? |

The death is unfortunate, but I see no hand of the military there. They were only doing their job. They couldn't have stopped people from running. And is Tompolo now beginning to know how sacred life is? When they drowned soldiers, where was their sense? 1 Like |

Cramjones, take your evil predictions away. None will see the light of the day. Economic growth is not overnight and you can't claim ignorance of the cause of the current economic problem, of which Nigeria is not alone. You didn't believe Dangote when he said Nigeria will begin exporting refined fuel by 2018, but want us to believe these evil prophesies. |

Nice one, but I hope he sites it in a place other than Lagos and Abuja because these two places are being overfed unduly. In some climes you will hardly be able to differentiate between their national capital and the rest of the country because they're almost evenly developed or/and industrialized. Thumbs up Mr Elumelu. 11 Likes 1 Share |

I thought they were busy shouting that soldiers should leave their land.... Oh they've suddenly changed mind. I think Nigeria is getting it right thing time around. No individual or group should be allowed to hold the nation to ransom. Good riddance to the era of appeasing terrorists or militants. 1 Like |

How come this story is appearing in only one newspaper website? The op is just being mischievous. Why didn't he post the story, but only gave the link and then went ahead vomiting personal vituperation? Is that how he's been reading news here on Nairaland? I checked the story and I saw that it could possibly be for the release of the Chibok girls? Is that not what many of them have been suggesting that the FG releases BH detainees to get the girls back? Why the anger again if that is what the FG is trying to do? Didn't the US have to release high-ranking Taliban terrorists last year just to get back a single soldier? |

Mr Dele never fails to convey his message clearly. This is no longer time for behavioral campaign. This should have been done more than a year ago. What Nigerians want now is concrete changes in infrastructure, and economic growth. 37 Likes 2 Shares |

Terrorists thrive on propaganda, and unfortunately Salkida, has been an easy conduit for BH to churn out their lies. Even when the NA claimed they'd killed Shekau, and provided an incontrovertible evidence in pix, BH told him otherwise and he was busy broadcasting "Shekau is alive and well". He ought to be arrested to serve as deterrence to other self claimed "investigative journalists " who go about sourcing for lies from terrorists groups just to earn name and prestige. 4 Likes 1 Share |

UN and their divisive and in accurate statistics. Was it not two weeks ago one of their sister agencies said 2 million people are still living under BH? |

That's the unfortunate thing about sin. In an effort to cover up your sin you need to continue to commit more for the cover up. Why on earth would a Christian name his daughter Aisha? May God have mercy on the man. |

I see a lot of sense in what this woman is saying. Though former president also had his own fault, Mrs Oby took a hardliner stance on the rescue of the girls as if Jonathan was directly responsible for their kidnap. Some years ago, islamist terrorists took over a cinema in Russia - that was a lone wolf attack. Could the Russian president have been rightly blamed for that incident? Mrs Oby has somewhat started what she may find very difficult to stop. When will the BBOG campaign come to an end? Because it's already a public knowledge many of the girls are already dead, unfortunately. She can continue to put the govt on its feet concerning the rescue of the remaining girls, but there's a need to be more civil. She mustn't attack the govt scathingly to do that. Unfortunately she has unwittingly made her self an enemy of the past president and is also on the verge of repeating same mistake now. 31 Likes 2 Shares |

It's very unfortunate, but keep hope alive while you continue to pray and seek for more concrete advice on how to handle it. But you said you gave birth 7 months after marriage - what does that say about abstinence until marriage...? Marriage is not a one-day wedding ceremony, but many people are usually blinded by emotions that they fail to reason long-term. I wish you God's mercy and peace. |
