Recently I fell in love for the first time with this 23 year old. It felt great. this was the first time someone is calling me baby and having sleepless nights because of me (before you people begin to ask how old I am, I was born in 1992).

She deserves to be arrested, is the caution fee worth the amount of damages she caused? How many months did she live there rent free? Tenants believe if they're given six months quit notice, they're free to live in the apartment rentfree till the duration elapses. How much did she stay without paying rent before finally moving out? The landlord must make sure she pays for every single damage caused, pay for the extra months she stayed then give her the caution fee. Insufferable people like these is why some of us are weary about building apartments for rent.

My dear, it look like it's the norm now.

This is very obvious because you don't just plan a wedding in 2 days. She's aware that ha has someone in his life and he's about to settle down. And she thinking getting pregnant for him would eventually make him hers.

Let me use myself as an example.

I used to date a girl and everything was smooth until she made some friends and she started keeping late night out. I can't say she was into hook-up because I didn't catch her neither did I see her as a person of such. But I complained about her new found friends and their way of life.

Good day beautiful people,
I am in a bit of a fix and need advice on how best to confront this situation .

There is this mama put restaurant besides my house in lagos but separated by a fence.
However the said restaurant is built attached to the fence in the next compound and that makes it awfully close to my windows and they cook with firewood not even charcoal but all manner of firewood.

The owner of the mama-put a yoruba woman ( very hard working ) starts cooking by 6 a.m up till 11 p.m with smokes going up and into the windows of my bedroom ( upstairs) and other rooms in my house making my room very stuffy and causing me to keep shutting all my windows .

Personally I can't stand any form of smoke be it cigarettes or smokes from burning stuffs

With the high cost of fuel I can't keep running Gen to keep my rooms ventilated and power supply is poor in my area .

I have thought of approaching her concerning this matter but from my observation the woman is very harsh n raze and I fear she might not reason with me .

I understand it's her means of livelihood but I am suffering cus of it and all my cloths in my wardrobes are all smelling smoke ... My room has smoke smell as a result of this , it only reduces if I keep my windows shut for weeks .
I hate problems and I avoid conflicts in every way ... But I have been suffering this for long now

Is there any authority I can report to ?

Or is there a better way to make her understand my plight and switch to cooking with gas without appearing like her enemy of progress ?

You need to approach her before you die like a rabbit inside a hole smoked out.

Tell her and see if she won't apologize and you can them suggest a charcoal to her. She might not be aware of how fast and less stressful a charcoal is
