UK & US ARE OVER-RATED NIGERIA IS STILL BETTER in terms of cost of living see a practical example why doing a price comparison: 1 pound to 1 naira today is N1,001 so are you saying with £10 x N1,001 = N10,001 you cannot buy everything in that basket and collect change in Nigeria today?

2 Spaghetti = N1400
1 Gesha = N600
1 live chicken = N3,000
1 75cl soya Oil = N1,400
1 Midium size Butter = N600
2 Gino Tomato paste = N1,000

Total = N8,800 so your change is N1,200 that's if you exchange pound to naira at offical rate and buying at the most expensive stores or high brands. over 13 years ago i saw an advert in punch Newspaper on seminar/ training on how to export. Till today there are many people offering such trainings. I was wondering then that if they were making money they wont have time to be organizing training. Just like forex trading the trainers are making money from training and not actual trading 🤣

I've said this over and over again. Those organizing training for forex are making money from the ebook and training fee. They're not traders. I bought a bot from someone that says the robot trades for him. Not knowing he's not even using it. Now, the robot has been very good. I've been using it close to a year now. We became close since we talk almost daily, he opened up to me that he wasn't using the robot. Just sell to people and that's where he makes money from. My results encouraged him to start using the robot.

That's how they are.

Now I don't even talk about the robot because I no wan cast am. Doing it on my own.

I encourage you reading this to consider getting a piece of property around Ibeju Lekki to Ode Omi if you can afford it because that location will be probably the most expensive property market in Africa in the next few years

It is still a win win for the Landlord. The Landlord will simply tell her to fix the apartment the way she met it and collect her caution fees. Na now she buy market that may take her to prison for malicious damage.
There is no way you will park into a house and the house will remain the same when you are parking out. What of the wear and tear on the house fittings like the doors, tiles, wardrobe, wall paints etc

She deserves to be arrested, is the caution fee worth the amount of damages she caused? How many months did she live there rent free? Tenants believe if they're given six months quit notice, they're free to live in the apartment rentfree till the duration elapses. How much did she stay without paying rent before finally moving out? The landlord must make sure she pays for every single damage caused, pay for the extra months she stayed then give her the caution fee. Insufferable people like these is why some of us are weary about building apartments for rent.

He can authoritatively say Benin found Lagos, but he had to put “Maybe” some part of Lagos later.

Before they started using ruler to share the country, do you understand that if you migrate from a Yoruba state and settle in a place where no one has settled. Then you start to expand, do you know you're the founder of that place.
