The problem is that you are not getting enough juice to replenish your power usage. If you are your using system in day, that ROY guy is very stupid, there is no way it can cope with your usage and still charge your batteries on just the three panels 900w that we are not even sure of how much is getting down.

My advice is to get mppt, just close eyes buy may be fangpusun 60a or 80a depending on your pocket, then be on look out for anyone here that want to sell fairly used batteries, before you are strong enough to buy new ones.
