I'll tell u once again maybe this time u'll hear, I DO NOT KNOW SHIT ABOUT KENNIS and their marketing strategies, the same goes for millions of people around the world. We did not have a problem voting for 2face and nobody had to beg us to vote 4 him. In my college then we had an association "ISA" (International Students' Association) which consists of students from all over the world, everyone knew who 2face was and were willing to vote 4 him even though some of them had nominees from their countries just because they love him, no presence of Kennis. When the dude won, the news spread because they thought he deserved it. Remember, this is made up of students from all over the world. Honestly, it was only 2face's music that everyone could really vibe to together without ppl complaining about playing music from specific nationalities. Do not act like 2face didn't deserve the award. If Kennis shouted over there, they sure didn't make any noise here and ppl voted for him in huge numbers.

If you've heard D'banj's album, I'm sure u'll not come out here and say he had just one single. You keep talking about their popularity. The fans made them popular, I'm so sorry you can't handle that and you have to come up with excuses everyday. D'banj came here for concerts and girls were screaming and going crazy, the same can't be said for your boy. I even prefer D'banj's album to independent. I MEAN ALBUM

In short u claim the poll makes faze better but if a tuface fan claims his awards makes tuface better, u disagree. Pheesayor can I ask how old u r? For ANYONE to get anywhere in life there are some factors have to come to place. Life is made up of "ifs" and "maybes". So thats a broad argument u don't want to get into cos it'll never end. What if faze didn't meet tuface and blackface, would anyone know him. "If I didn't go to a particular school and didn't meet some particular ppl would I have a job, etc". If Jay-z didn't meet Dame Dash would would Jay-z be this big? No one knows the answers to these questions. All that crap about there are many artists better than tuface in festac, ok so many ppl would say, "go to this place or that place u'll meet many ppl that can play basketball better than Jordan" but do we really know that? So "ifs" and "maybes" can't be used for arguments. Talk about their achievements and things that have happened not hypothetical stuff. No matter what u say tuface worked his ass off to get where he is, Kennis or not. You guys keep talking like he's the only person on Kennis. No business, record companies included spends all that money on a product if the product is not bringing in the big bucks for them

You guys are getting confused really. Tuface is popular because he's good he's more popular than faze because he's better, people just love him more, this is not about kennis or any excuses u guys would come up with. I've been trying to be politically correct by saying "I prefer tuface" he is better thats the reason he's all over the place. People still ask for tuface because of African Queen, that might be true but people love his new album. No one I know really talks about African Queen that much anymore, his new songs are superb thats the reason he's still in high demand. Tell me this, how many times do u think people want to listen to the song? Do not try to reduce the guy to a one hit wonder, that might be his most popular song and what took him into the stratosphere but I personally don't even think thats his best song. To prove how well the new album is doing he still receives awards. The guy is good, he's better than faze he has so many things under his belt to prove it. Lets go through them again, multiple awards, mutiple concerts & shows, album sales are through the roof, everyone wants to collaborate with him. His style, his voice, whether talking about love, partying, or politics is a hit worldwide. People crave tuface, the guy is on top his game and thats it!!!

P.S.- Let no one get it twisted I that I'm saying tuface is better because of his popularity. What I'm saying is he's better than faze and as a result he's more popular, has more awards, is in higher demand, and sells more.

Baro do not turn me into an anti-faze person. I haven't said anything bad, all I said was the video I saw wasn't up to the hype u guys gave it as I SAW IT. I'm definitely willing to change my opinion as soon as I see the real thing. I'll def give props where it due. I DO NOT need to critcize faze unfairly to make tuface seem better. Wait Baro, no be fight oo. I gave the conditions I watched it under so I'm still giving it benefit of the doubt. It was u that sent me the link and if u can recall it was a very small screen. So what really stood out to me was the "Backstreet and Nsync Boy Band type dance moves" . Do not take that statement as a comparison to tuface videos. I can't argue about that subject yet because I haven't seen faze's videos and I'm not one to just start arguing without proper analysis. I'm just saying with all the noise u guys have made I'm hoping that wasn't the best out of the bunch and Mr Warfy Boy has kindly and politely answered by saying its not the best. So I'm yet to see.

Iriver Clix is a pretty cool mp3 flash player. In my opinion they're more fun than the ipod nanos. The only problem is the highest capacity you can get them is 8GB. Even cnet reviews rated them higher than the nanos plus they don't look like most Ipod copy cats out there. They have flash games, pics, videos, fm tuner, customizable wall papers, etc. They have the 2 generations already. I own the 2G first gen and its still pretty cool. Looking forward to getting the 2nd gen soon. If you're in the market for a small capacity mp3 player, I think this should be taken into consideration

What does that have to do with awards that represents an acknowledgment of your musical excellence in which tuface has won numerous. I'll rather use awards as a yard stick to measure tuface's superiority than music videos

Lets get this straight, tuface sells himself thats the reason he's getting all the promotion he's getting. He's not getting all that promotion because of his fine face. If tuface wasn't making money for them they won't be spending all that money on him as simple as that. All that stuff that faze is not on Kennis because they don't want rivalry is total crap. What those people r looking for is money so if signing him on is going to be worth it they'll do it regardless of whatever. Again I'll say this again, just in case u've not gotten it after the 100th time, marketing doesn't have anything to do with tuface's success over here. When it comes to the international scene esp North America, all artists start out on a level playing field. There are no preferences, no marketing. Ppl get popular or heard simply by what they put out. Its all word of mouth first then promotion comes later and not even by the record labels but by concert promoters. So if your songs are worth listening to people would spread the word simple as that. So theres really no need for u to start wondering.

Whenever its convenient for u, u come up with all this "ifs". One time u make it sound so great that faze is on an independent label then u turn around and say "if he was on kennis, " c'mon man. You also keep talking about marketing as if what kennis is doing is wrong who told faze to go join a label that doesn't know what they're doing. If they don't know how to market themselves maybe faze should not be there. Honestly, I think you're a very smart person but sometimes you so wrapped up in criticizing tuface u just write anything down. The music video is not a movie but its in a video form and the list is supposed to be top selling videos which may include movies, music videos, documentaries, etc. Now the reason its a big deal is because its tuface is on top of a list that is dominated by movies with a music video, a wack one for that matter. You can't compare faze to D'banj just as u can't compare D'banj to tuface too because their styles are totally different. D'banj doesn't need the kind of faze's voice for his music. Its like saying faze is a better singer than fela or so. Fela does not just need to hit those notes. In fact fela doesn't have a great voice but u can't really say tuface nor faze is better than him. If the poll was in tuface's favor it'll simply just be an added bonus to show all the ways tuface is kicking faze's butt all over the place. That would have finally put the nail on the coffin tho

as bad as people claim 2face's new videos to be, check out the hits on youtube compared to faze's new videos (most of which many people won't even bother to take time to upload). i mean, the buzz and the interest isn't there, plain and simple. that's a FACT

I won't disagree with anyone that thinks faze is better than tuface. Everyone is entitled to their opinions. My own is that tuface is so much better and have so much to prove it to be so. Its just some of these faze fans come here to prove/disprove stuvs about tuface that are absolutely false. Thats where some of us tuface fans come in to defend our boy. Its all for fun & games tho.

To answer that question about 50cent. Absolutely yes. 50 has been lacking in creativity nowadays. He got a lot of negative criticism with that song just in case u don't know. Y do u think his album sales has been dropping? Its because of songs like "candy shop". Personally, 50 lost me as a fan because of songs like that. Back to jay-z and beyonce, we've gone over this too much now its sounding ridiculous but back to word play. He wasn't singing about beyonce and jay-z per se. Please what is so creative about tattoo girls? It has a nice tune and was sung well, no doubt, but whats so creative about talking about belly rings and "u smell well when u get this perfume". Go back and listen to the lyrics its so so basic. I really like the song but lets be real, its nothing unique or creative. Then how does tattoos have to do with anything Nigerian? You talk like faze just gets everything from his album like there are no other people proceeds would be going to and even if he gets most of the proceeds. How much are they making from album sales? The more independent you're the more you use your out-of-your-own-pocket money for marketing which includes, promos, videos, etc. So think about it at the end of the day its a little % coming to him to. They have to pay all the producers, background crew, staff, etc. As far as concerts go, this is almost like the whole DBN awards stuff, glo campus tours. R u kidding me? Campus tours? Can that be compared to the promoters that carry tuface all over the world on a regular basis. As jejelolatu said u need more than a good voice to get ahead, there are so many other artists but u have to be able to create your own style to be successful. Think about it the top two naija artists making headlines internationally and locally are tuface and d'banj both of them have been able to create that THING that makes them in huge demand.

Please faze is not the kind of artist I'll even have beef for, he's simply not there yet. As far as alphabetic love goes, I didn't say anything wrong about it all i said was u guys throw the word "classic" around too much. Its a good song at BEST not a classic. How popular is it? At least I haven't heard anyone jamming it or saying "oo thats my song". So what makes it a classic? Look for another word like "good" and we'll be fine
