Bullshit! Since he is beginning to sound like a saint, the investigation should start from when he was Chief of Staff to Tinubu (2003 - 2007) in which period, his law firm fraudulently connived with Tinubu to perfect titles and convert large expanse of Lagos state government land in Lekki in the names of persons and organizations with whom/in which Tinubu has interest (including Justice Ayo Salami). It should also cover how his campaign was funded in 2007 and 2011 and all the contracts he awarded to his friends fronting for him. I know people will jump out to say he is a performer but this guy should not play on our intelligence!
What he actually said doesn't make him a saint. Don't you people reflect with maturity? He has dared PDP, let them go ahead and investigate him. |
Sincere 9gerian: Thank God no one was seriously hurt. However, this sort of reports, though it came when an accident happened, reminds us that good things are happening all over the country. The trains are moving people and goods on a daily basis. People are spending less on transport, courtesy the trains. Yes, the govt can and should do moreCunning human being like you. |

la Capri: No wonder buhari was boasting dat d dog & d baboon would b soaked in blood. When did Buhari say that? |
teskyg: See as mumus like Eko Atlantic and Ile hoodwinking people to celebrate a charade, extortion and double taxation project.I bet they are staff of LASG government whom I see at Lekki toll gate everyday waving their Identity card and begging @ Lekki toll gate to be allowed free access to pass through the toll or evade arrest by Lagos self created law enforcement staffs. One day,you all will reap the consequences of your deveptive tendencies.Well, most of the states in Nigeria don't get laudable stuffs like this after all. So whatever you say does not matter. The bridge has been built and commissioned. That's what matters, that's what the people love to see! Congrats. Eko o ni baje o. |
Nice bridge. |

May 27 of every year is a day that is set aside for the celebration of the ‘child stage,’ that is a day to honour children in Nigeria, and in order to brighten those fragile innocent faces, activities are expected to be put together in series of pleasurable moments which are highlighted in loose fanfare. For the tender-natured, the Children’s Day means a day they take a break from the classroom, shove aside their homework books, put on their party dresses and then go on a day-long fun spree. Irrespective of their perspective of the day, the adults and most especially the authorities in affairs on a day like this are expected to not just take the backseat but also to pay more attention to the needs and challenges of the children. As children from Lagos joined their counterparts from other states yesterday May 27 2013, the celebration as usual in a world where not all is privileged was polarised thereby making sure that not all little ones experienced the fun and revelry the day is associated with. The day started and ended like a normal day for the children of the less privileged except they didn't have to visit the classroom. Unsurprising, kids were all over the places, plying their trades in unpredictable environments. For their parents it was an advantage as their children will have time to fully support the family for a whole day with the selling of petty items; hawking of goods at bus stops and in congested traffic. It was however surprising to see some of the underprivileged children at Makoko, a water- community settlement in Lagos returning from their French school on a day that was declared as their holiday. When asked, the children claimed ignorant of the holiday. On one side of Lagos, Governor Babatunde Fashola was clad in Boy Scouts uniform and was symbolically registering pupils into the state’s public schools. Osun State Governor Aregbesola was entertained with artistic callisthenics alongside his kinsmen and royal fathers in the South West after he pulled off a mammoth of Yoruba children from Nigeria and other countries of the world in what he described as the ‘Oodua Children’s Day.’ Rallies went on in Abuja the Nigeria’s capital, march pasts in Bauchi, Gombe, Enugu, Oyo and many other states. There was also the cutting of the Children’s Day Cake in Delta State not to mention the plethora of venues and parks for fanfare across the nation, but for those children whose parents can afford the price though.
