Without passing Maths, he probably couldn't be issued a certificate (which was needed to join the army); and of course he was expected to retake the exam which he never did. So the note from the principal was to allow him join the army with the promise of retaking the exam.

You're right!. And not only that, the very fact that he stated in an affidavit that his certificates are with the military, which is now found to be untrue, nullifies the affidavit and disqualifies him. The affidavit was sworn in falsehood. This's enough to disqualify him, if we had activist lawyers in this country. If Gani Fawehinmi was still alive Buhari would have been disqualified in a law court.

Buhari entered the Nigeria military with a written note from his school principal. This should tell any unbiased person that he dropped out of secondary school. Otherwise, I'll like to know why he joined the Nigeria military with a written note from his school principal instead of his secondary school certificate.

The north believed they're born to rule, so academic qualifications were not necessary for a northerner to rise to the top of any government office. This certificate is a forgery.

I heard the corporate affairs commission (CAC) now allow people in and outside Nigeria to register a company online at their website www.cac.gov.ng. I tried doing it last week but the site wouldn't let me. I've also seen third party websites advertising company formation within two weeks without physical appearance of registrants, but I don't know how reliable they're. So, I want to know 2 things.

1. Has any one successfully registered a company online at CAC website?.

2. Or, has any one successfully used a third party (agent's website) to register a company?.

Please share your experiences.

You're assuming the military have the photocopies. That's not the case. There're no document with the military neither with Buhari.
Remember those credentials were supposely acquired in those days where an uneducated northener will be made to head a government ministry with an educated Yoruba man or Igbo man as his assistant. An era when a northerner could head any government parastatal with or without academic qualification.

Yes, that's the internet for you. Question is; Did she communicate the man she needed to buy back the domain and he declined?. He cannot give you the domain for free. Domains like business.com and many others sold for over $3 million each. Domain acquisition is big business.
NB: If the man refused selling and she want to fignt dirty, there exist other ways she could take-over those domains from whomever whether it may be legal or not is what I can't tell.
