I'm failing to see the cost savings if one panel is #9,500 (depending on the thickness).

Concrete for the same area the polystyrene would occupy would be much cheaper. Or would less steel be needed for the deck?

Help me understand the cost savings sir. Thank you.

Polystyrene is a good alternative building material for concrete in the Building industry, i have used it on 3-building projects an it proven to be a good alternative in terms of the following;

Hahahaha!! You're right about that. Many of the old homes in DC have window a/c units. Luckily, I have a renovated rowhouse with central a/c. It's horrible though. These old homes were not built for central a/c. I've actually been looking into a split unit a/c.

But what if the 20 people weren't going to the same destination? Cars 1-5 want to go to Ghana. Cars 6-10 want to go to South Africa. Cars 11-15 want to go to Egypt and the remaining car was to go to Ikorodu. All cars are starting from Badagry.

This is why splits are more efficient. You let each person go where they want to go without inconveniencing others. If everyone is in the family room, why condition all the bedrooms, kitchen, and bathroom? If grandma is in her bedroom and she likes warmer temperatures and you are in the living room, but like it to be cold, don't you want grandma to be comfortable?

1 thermostat can only control one condenser in a central a/c system.

All of you that say you can control the temperature of many zones must have many commercial grade condensers on top of or around your building.

That is very different than a central a/c system for your house or apartment.

Hahahahahahaha!!!! One of the outdoor units is covering a window. Hilarious. How is it even secured. They should invest in a multi split system.

With central a/c units, you cool/heat an entire house when you only need the room you're in conditioned.

Splits are more effecient because you can cool just the zone that you're in.

Read what I wrote clearly bros. I said the perimeter length of 1 PLOT is 400 ft. Each plot size is 100 x 100.

It's 40 plots not 40 acres. From your calculation then it will require 280 mesh of 60ft length to cover 40 plots of land.

Let me explain it dis way
Each plot has a side of 100ft
So u first put one mesh on each side. U have 4 mesh gone.
Then each side has uncovered part of 40ft on each side. Dat is 40ft x 4 sides. Which is 160.
So u need approx. 2.5 mesh to cover dat.
Therefore u have a total of 6.5mesh to a plot
To nw cover 40plots u have. 40 x 6.5. Equals 260

Yes, you're write. In my calculations, I was fencing each side of each plot. There will be sides that you don't need to fence because they will be next to other plots.

I hav used mesh b4. For each plot u need approx 3.5 mesh. Which is 60ft each. So for 40 plots u need abt 3.5 x 40 equals 140mesh needed. D last time I bought d quoted mesh of 8ft height it was 20k (dat was 2013 b4 d rise of dollar) remember u will buy galvanized pipes.

If one mesh is 60 feet long and the perimeter of 1 plot is 400ft, how can just 3.5 mesh of 60ft cover 1 plot?

60ft x 3.5 = 210ft

A plot measuring 100ft by 100ft is a square. When you add up all the sides that is 400ft.

Won't he need close to 7 sheets of mesh to cover 1 plot and 137 sheets of mesh to cover the entire 40 acres?

Please help me understand where I am wrong.
