Foreign Affairs › Re: US Presidential Election 2020 (Live Updates) by MT: 11:02am On Nov 04, 2020 |
tiptoe1: Wow. So Biden has 238 votes. If he takes Neveda's 6 electoral college which he his currently leading at and Wisconsin's 10 which he is also currently leading at and miraculously take Georgia's 16. That's a total of 270. Biden has 224 as at now. Trump 213. Don't add Wisconsin yet, both of them are still playing there. |

Cyberterror: Trump winning Pennsylvania is like saying Democrats can win Utah. Just wait, the blue wave will shock you. Mind you, Wisconsin is almost finished and Biden is extending his lead there. Biden is leading in Wisconsin but we still have many counties to call. I want Biden to win but I'm cautiously optimistic. If Arizona is turning blue, nothing is a given. Everything hangs in the balance. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: US Presidential Election 2020 (Live Updates) by MT: 10:45am On Nov 04, 2020 |
Cyberterror: With Wisconsin and Pennsylvania in for Democrats, it is all over. Joe Biden is 46th POTUS. Both are not certain. Though many counties are still sending in votes but Trump is still leading. |

chloedogie: You dknt need large margin to claim a win. Just win by 20k votes only then you are good. I know. You can even with one vote but where is this vote coming from? We can only wait. Can Biden consumes Trump lead with extra?? It looks like a very nervous ending. |

LandMann: Pennsylvania will be the deciding factor...
Winning Georgia will tip the coin in favour of Biden nonetheless.
He has 244 votes secured.
Georgia is 16. Pennsylvania is 20
Trump is currently leading in Georgia and Pennsylvania with around 102k and 695k votes respectively.
Pennsylvania mail in votes could potentially generate extra 700k votes for Biden.
What do you think? Trump has 213 electoral votes and Biden has 224 votes as at now. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: US Presidential Election 2020 (Live Updates) by MT: 9:52am On Nov 04, 2020 |
Indigbo: PENNSYLVANIA cant conclude today.. the state law does not allow mail in vote to be counted today till 7am tomorrow.. this is were democrat will defeat trump .. Trump knows this.. he is trying to involve a judge not to allow a legally casted vote to be counted. Mail in vote is 6 million vote. Pennsylvania will mess Trump. This is not a given. Trump is leading Pennsylvania with 673,135 as at this moment and 1.4 million votes still being expected. Depending on the counties where those votes are coming from, and the winning margin. If Biden can win 75% if the 1.4 million, then he wins but don't be deceived, it's a tough ask. The only tiny hope is that the 1.4 million votes represent mail in ballot where Democrats are favorites but will they win with the large margin . That is another issue entirely. |

Agbegbaorogboye: What's the difference between what I said and what you said? Where's the rumour When you wrote "it seems they are in pains" was very misleading . This had nothing to do with Democrat interference. We are not saying the same thing. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: US Presidential Election 2020 (Live Updates) by MT: 9:05am On Nov 04, 2020 |
Agbegbaorogboye: Pennsylvania and another state called off counting for the night. To resume in the morning. With Trump's lead in those states, it seems they're just in pains Don't spread rumour. The election staff worked through the nite. They wanted to rest to avoid error. Trump is in a good Pole position but you need to calm down. |

And look at Trump crushing it in Michigan! A loss in Ohio blocks any pathway to victory for Trump |
Foreign Affairs › Re: US Presidential Election 2020 (Live Updates) by MT: 3:02am On Nov 04, 2020 |
I think Biden should be cautiously optimistic. Ohio and North Carolina are doing the magic. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: US Presidential Election 2020 (Live Updates) by MT: 2:55am On Nov 04, 2020 |
Leave Florida, focus on Ohio. That is where the magic is happening. If Trump loses in Ohio, it is game over. But it is still early days! |
Foreign Affairs › Re: US Presidential Election 2020 (Live Updates) by MT: 2:45am On Nov 04, 2020 |
binghammer: The thing is, there are other paths to victory for Biden that excludes Florida. So, it's possible.
"Elaina Plott, in Columbus, Ohio 4m ago With the early vote in, Biden has a lead over Trump in Ohio’s Delaware County, a G.O.P. stronghold. Delaware County is heavily suburban, and no Democrat has won it since 1916." -- as reported by NyTimes. Biden is doing fantastic with suburbans all over the country. That might be the difference. |

Afamed: Likely Texas will be blue. Pennsylvania is almost Blue. Still early days. Early votes are still being counted, Trump will emerge stronger when election days are pouring in. We can only hope the numbers wont be enough to overwhelm Biden's lead. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: US Presidential Election 2020 (Live Updates) by MT: 2:40am On Nov 04, 2020 |
As Biden is gradually losing Florida with a small margin, focus on Ohio. That might be key. If Trump loses it, that is the end. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: US Presidential Election 2020 (Live Updates) by MT: 2:37am On Nov 04, 2020 |
binghammer: TV pundits already taking about a lost cause for Biden in Florida. If either Ohio or Texas turns blue, that is the end for Trump, even if Biden loses Florida |

Yonce: Can anyone really tell where this is going? I don't think so, not even the best pollsters. No one but if you concenttrate on the turn out of voters in each of the county, you will get an idea. I am gradually conceding Florida to Trump but Biden still fighting in there. |
Foreign Affairs › Re: US Presidential Election 2020 (Live Updates) by MT: 2:21am On Nov 04, 2020 |
Emedu: Biden! That image doesnt tell the story. You have to look deeper and analyse. It is more complex than what your seeing. |
