PoliticsRe: Abiola Ajimobi Loses Four Of Four Announced Local Governments In Oyo South by MT: 10:32pm On Feb 24, 2019
Ajimobi is gradually losing the senatorial election. I SUPPORT Buhari but i hope the APC Governor loses big time - proud, arrogant, loud mouth governor. It seems Kola Balogun of PDP will clinch the ticket.
PoliticsRe: ATIKU Clear Winner Of Ondo, Osun And Lagos Presidential Polls by MT: 10:18pm On Feb 24, 2019
PDP still leads in Oyo state albeit with very slim margin. There are still more local goivernment to be declared as Oyo state has 33 local govt.

atiku is winning massively in oyo state
I am following the report on Fresh Fm in Ibadan. You dont call that MASSIVE. Its neck to neck. PDP has won more local governments with small margins but APC has won with wide margins. It is very uncertain yet.

Buhari's fall is inevitable!!!

Nigerians are too smart for such a dull and useless President.

Like for Atiku the President elect.

Share for the useless Daura village Head.
You are still doing likes and shares in this perilous time for PDP.

You are right, just worried about SS/SE results it seem they are delaying it intentionally
Don't be worried. There's a limit to the figure they can post. Almighty Kano and Katsina can swallow the entire votes from the east in one fell swoop.
PoliticsRe: INEC Official Results For 2019 Presidential And National Assembly Elections by MT: 12:47pm On Feb 24, 2019
Out of all the election results I have seen, the bloodiest massacre happened in Yobe state. The gap in votes between APC and PDP is massive. APC whipping PDP for fun in that state. Buhari needs to go there for a special "Thanksgiving". Smiles
PoliticsRe: 2019 Presidential Election: Live Updates And Reports by MT: 10:45am On Feb 24, 2019
[quote author=babaolofin post=76064062]The result cannot come now. They are waiting for Kano, Katsina, Jigawa and Kaduna before producing a manipulated result. This time around, the kind of Rivers, AkwaIbom & Delta results of 2015 is not possible. Rivers result of 2015 was handwritten and handed over to that Professor who performed drama after Elder Orubebe's national drama[/quote

And you think those four states will release their whole result before the easterners do. Easterners are smaller in size compared to those four states, logic demands that their results(eastern states) should come out first

But with fact and figure , I am seeing.. buhari stand no chance
You are funny. NE, NW, SW are gone. Good showing in NC and SS. What remains?. Baba will beat Atiku with more than 5million votes. We dey here. I'm not bothered about the SE, one or two of the 3k states (Kano, Katsina and Kaduna) will take care of that.

PoliticsRe: Does The President Have The Constitutional Power To Suspend The Chief Justice? by MT: 6:21pm On Jan 25, 2019
Yes he does. The president can SUSPEND but he cannot REMOVE. A case of Jonathan "suspending" the then CBN governor , Lamido Sanusi readily comes to mind. Also, Jonathan "suspending" Ayo Salami.
PoliticsRe: Buhari Suspends CJN Walter Onnoghen, Appoints Tanko Muhammed As Acting CJN by MT: 6:12pm On Jan 25, 2019
There's a precedence. Jonathan "suspended" Ayo Salami. Jonathan "suspended" Lamido Sanusi. The keyword here is "suspend". Buhari got it spot on!. His decision in this regard can't be challenged or upturned.
EducationRe: ASUU Accuse FG Of Deceiving Nigerians, Threaten To Boycott Meetings by MT: 2:35pm On Dec 24, 2018
Petersamuel8:
how do u reason? you want to produce full baked graduates while funding the universities very poorly? do you know that ghana invest more on education compared to Nigeria? next time think before coming online to spit rubish
@petersamuel8

Carefully pick your fight or else you will be pumelled seriously here. You are sounding like those half baked graduates produced by those lecturers. Can't you argue without being rude?. What had those lecturers done with the little they were given. There's a huge disconnect between the town and the gown . If you don't know, go and ask how it is done in other climes. Come up with a ground breaking invention and see grants flowing in. Ebola hit Nigeria, no professor was seen doing anything about it in the lab. We had to wait on the US for vacines. Even if the invention will fail, do something. Screaming about funding is just a smokescreen for their inadequacies.

@jmaine
You don't give your wife adequate money for food, yet complain that the meal she provides for you is below standard.
You can never eat your cake and have it.
If you need quality research and graduates then fund the damn institutions adequately .
Should I not ask question regarding the little stipends given to my wife ?. Did she use it to buy pepper which seems inadequate or she used it to pay gate fee at WizKid show?
EducationRe: ASUU Accuse FG Of Deceiving Nigerians, Threaten To Boycott Meetings by MT: 12:10pm On Dec 24, 2018
ASUU has lost my sympathy since. Doctors and professors without any life changing invention. They regularly churn out half baked graduates and money budgeted for researches usually end in their pockets. Nigerian universities need total overhaul. We have to dispense with the current crops of lecturers if we are to make headway as a nation.
Foreign AffairsRe: U.S Repairs Road Destroyed By 7.0 Magnitude Earthquake In 5-days (photo) by MT: 7:25pm On Dec 07, 2018
Majority of Nigerians are hypocritical. When there are land mark developments, they remember US and Europe, when it comes down to being responsible to their country, they keep quiet. How many people pay taxes, how many people have cheated the system to enrich themselves, yet we desire and wish to be like the Americans. Food for thoughts.
ProgrammingRe: What's Programming Lauguage Do You Think Is Best To Start With by MT: 7:56pm On Dec 06, 2018
Programming is more than bragging over the effectiveness of one language over another. A man with a knife might kill a cow better than a guy equipped with a gun. I will advise the OP to start learning areas often neglected by many programmers. For instance, the concept of OOP and design patterns. You do not need to start coding yet, by understanding this, you will be able to write quality, scalable codes that can be unit tested. Once you master this, you can take any language and work with them in a professional way. Your code can never be better than the amount of fundamentals in your grasp. I hope this helps....
PoliticsRe: We Didn’t Grant Atiku Visa Says American Embassy - Independent.ng by MT: 12:43pm On Dec 02, 2018
Visa that an average Nigerian gets the same day of an interview has grown so much complexities in Atiku's case. Even if he gets the visa, it has left a bad taste in the mouth. Someone of such personality should not be struggling over US visa like that, ideally, it should be a walk in the park.

Painful to watch. Nigeria surrendering possession to the Cameroonian while the Cameroonians are looking so determined and strong. I still believe we might luckily snatch it.

CelebritiesRe: Why We’re Rebuilding Ayefele’s Music House — Oyo Govt by MT: 11:35am On Nov 20, 2018
That reason by the Oyo State Government was highly untenable. What happens to those whose properties were destroyed during road construction. They admitted to contravene building codes too and also appealed to the governor, yet nothing was done to assist them in reconstructing their building. Double standard!
