wintabotom: Please read the refusal letter and My question very well then advise me again.. u must have skipped some info like this VO did This has happened to my friend before. The VO clearly overlooked some documents. I wrote a letter of reconsideration on his behalf; the letter was stern but respectful. Like damn-the-consequence kind of thing. I asked my friend not to submit any new document, we just submitted all the previous documents and added just the letter as a new application. Visa issued 2 weeks later. If you need further information, you can ask. |

You concession the place for a Private Investor, now they have Improved that Airport to an International standard, then they show up again trying to breach contract terms.
If Govt. Wins the case again, give that airport 2 years, corruption go don destroy everywhere totally again, to a state worse than a Local Airport. Which international airport did they upgrade to international standard?. |

I blame all this madness on the unreasonable NLC. Sadly, a lot of people cheered them on with their reckless demand. Instead of them to go on strike demanding senators and house of rep allowances to be drastically reduced, for more jobs to be created in a measurable way, they kept shouting all over for increment in salary when the existing 18k has not been fulfilled. Now , the hen has come home to roost! |

Messi is NEVER a GOAT, will never be a GOAT because he is a God of football. He is more like an alien with mesmerising moves. He makes football looks easy in the eyes. Even deep down , Ronaldo knows he is not on the same level with Messi; that's why Ronaldo makes football to look like a war while it comes effortless with Messi. You can hide the truth as you like but you know the real truth lives in your heart. Messi is the best man (either dead or alive) that has ever kicked a football. |

Programming is not just about writing codes. It's about having the right architectural design that aligns with global best practices. If you know this, other things will fit in. For instance, a lot of people develop monolithic apps in Nigeria whereas the world has moved towards microservices. You need to know how all these fit in and why. |

Kezz15: I’m so damn pissed, why would they assume I want to be an illegal immigrant, I qualify to even be a Canadian PR if I wanted to ( lived and work), + I’m in my 20s ( most of my friends with similar history are getting PR express approved). I hate that they can’t even give me the benefit of doubt and assume I want to use the wrong application process to get back in. You have every reason to be pissed. Even if you have not travelled to any other countries, I don't think that should have been an issue. Sometimes, you have this strong feeling that they sometimes don't look through the application and fail to determine each application on its merits like they claim. It's a frustrating experience for people. If I were you, I would forget about Canada and continue holidaying in countries that I have access to and try again sometimes in a forseeable future. Don't forget, any advice here is based on personal opinions and conjectures. No one is a Canadian Visa Officer on this platform. Even those that seem to have sharp knowledge of immigration on this platform can apply and be refused. Be very wise in how you manage your expectation and know that Nigeria is being viewed as a "high risk" country by most embassies. Based on what I have observed, I will continue to insist that getting a Canadian visa now (same applies to B1 US visa)) is realistically like playing lottery, no matter how hard you try. |

Capricon2019: Do u have any travel history? is the intended conference related to your present profession or work? are u married with children? what is your monthly salary like? pls answer let's know how to advice you.
Thank you for the response .I have travel history, united kingdom and Ethiopia. The conference is related to my work and it's my employer nominated for the conference due to new row. And my employer wrote an introduction letter stated the important of the conference and promised I return to work after the conference. I am married with three kids and their birth certificate was submitted with my married certificate.
My salary is 180k+
Included insurance, tax clearance, invitation letter from conference team, hotel accommodation, air ticket ,land purchase documents and some documents. I dont see anything wrong with your profile. I can only see a situation where Canada has tightened her rules, most especially against Nigerians. Most advice here are based on assumptions, though some could be relevants. You can see from the list of refusals that the reasons are almost the same. You can never know what you can use to satisfy them at this point in time. Like I wrote earlier, it is like a game of lottery. I have seen someone that has travelled almost the whole Scenghen, UK, Ireland and has a 2-year US visa, yet he was denied. He was an MD of a company and he was travelling for a business-related purposes. I can only wish you luck. |

ogunfolabo: Let me quick use this medium to give a good hint concerning Trv.
Make sure you have a genuine reason to visit Canada with a document to back it. It's like like b1/b2. You can go for an interview without documents
Make sure you have a job/business with documents of of employment/ introduction letter. Please take not that account statement matters . You do not need to have huge amount of money before you apply.
Also, let them know you have ties in Nigeria . Children . Marriage .project .Education
Travelling experience is a good idea but not in all cases...just give them a good picture that you are organized. Lastly write a LOE to analyze you intention for visita ton. .... I am sorry to sound so pessimistic here, I think Nigerians are suffering the backlash of claiming asylum unnecessarily in Canada. I have been part of a few Canadian application, with well thought out LOE and solid, genuine documents but denied. I think it is more of a lottery now like the b1/b2 US visa. You can never know how to satisfy them any longer, just pure luck, i think. |
Politics › Re: Flawed Bwari Judgement Against Senator Adeleke Can Not Stand - Adeleke Campaign by MT: 9:23am On Apr 03, 2019 |
ejimatic: . I am not a politician so I am objective on every issue. Osogbo high court ruled that the case before the court was whether Adeleke entered secondary school or not .it was not a result issue. The court ruled that he entered secondary school in 1976.Result issue was not presented in court at all.The Abuja ruling was about whether he completed secondary school as required in the constitution or not and that of forgery of results. Abuja court ruled that he entered secondary school in 1976 but by 1980 his name disappeared on the school record possibly he was a drop out then. However he wrote WAEC in 1981 with just F9 in English language. He was absent on all other subjects. This was presented by WAEC at the court. The result Adeleke used in his INEC form is different completely because it was doctored by he principal having been influenced by Adeleke family in Ede.The principal confessed. It will be of interest that Adeleke was impersonated in the same school during last year NECO in connivance vwith the principal. So the court was right by deciding that Adeleke did not have O level result and neither did he complete secondary school.Adeleke is playing for his foolishness and laziness. It is a lesson for all of us Even if you have money make sure you do the right thing. There is always Tomorrow. The best objective perspective so far. Critically analysed and delivered. |

luvmijeje: OP, thank you for sharing this story with us.
I've said this before and I'm going to say it again that one thing that I love about the Yoruba's thug is that they don't deliberately attack an innocent person. In as much as they are troublesome, they are also people with value. They placed innocent lives above properties.
I'm not defending thuggery......Okayyy, I'm actually defending thugs. People became thug because they have this extreme hunger for power and the need to be praise and seen as a god.
If I have opportunity to influence government, I'll be flooding our militaries and our security agencies with these guys with a little tweaking to their mentality. These guys can be asset instead of the liabities they have become. Stop making excuses for thuggery. There is no valid reason a sane person should be a thug. Stop promoting and encouraging others to toe the same line like Sugar did. |

Just brace up. Once the PDP releases the authentic results they got from the polling units across the country it is all over for APC because that is what US, UK and EU are all waiting for before they step in. Sit back and enjoy the ride. I repeat, international communities can't step in. There are more negatives for them than positives. Huge human catastrophe, destabilisation of a continent , which by extension means higher asylum in western nations. They don't want that. Think! |
