our deductions also reflect our exposure and intelligence.

from your post above. . it is obvious that u are deranged, uneducated, imbecilic slowpoke who is not capable of intelligently conceiving a thought and making intellectual arguments.

please refer to my above post. . . . . if this is your deduction from the 66 books of the bible. . .then your education has been a waste. u need to re-enrol into a primary school asap.
In not making any effort to depend or support what Dolemite says there, I wonder whether these words (in qoute) were really written by Noetic, our old Noetic? Or is this some sort of transformation? I say that because if truly deduction reflects our exposure and intelligence Noetic will be. . . lipsrsealed

BTW, welcome aboard.

I had no intention to browse today, let alone visiting discussion fora/forums for I kind of “divorce” these sites because of some reasons personal. But scanning here and there through newspapers, discussion fora/forums and the likes I came to sign in and compose this short but hopefully precise reply.

How everybody rants over that killing of Berons alleged to Fulanis is unceasingly surprising. Although inhuman but it’s obviously a reprisal. Can’t we remember what was done to non-combatant and defenceless people—women and children as well at Kuru in January? Nothing is yet to be done. Then why now? Why all the brouhaha; for instance E.U, U.S, France, etc all talk. Other national, state and local media and individuals are still talking.

Hmm. Let’s be fair and just and use our God-given commonsense. Lets “gauge” something here: are the lives of those killed (at Kuru and stuff in wells and pit latrines) not lives? Why was virtually everyone mum? And why is everyone talking? What is the difference between the two groups of people?

Life is no better than life.

Muslims are not cowards; and at the same time not terrorists. But the impulse that can drive someone to revenge a pain inflicted to him by another is something inert. Everyone knows that. Thus I can justifiably say the recent action was more called for than the first one. Both inhuman and condemnable and reprehensible.

No . . . they seem to be the TRUE muslims. They are only acting in tandem with mohammad . . . you know that guy that terrorised the meccans!
So shameless of you, davidyan.

What surprises me more is your constant proud whenever history is mentioned. That alone proves that you do know nothing about the Prophet and his life with Meccans and in Mecca.

And I lastly thank God, for you too, apparently, are not sure of your words. The word "seem" is the quantifier.

Hi there,

Davidylan, none of your ranting surprise me over that Jos killing, wallahi. What did you say when Muslims were also killed in Kuru in the same Jos? Are their lives not lives? You and other world shameless Christians are nothing more than shallow-thinkers! I don’t support what was done by allegedly those Fulanis but the brouhaha that follows that is very amazing and funny.

Other comments are not worthy replying.
PoliticsRe: Plateau Massacre : Police arrest 377 suspects, prosecute 162 by muhsin(m): 1:48pm On Mar 09, 2010
Yusufi:
How come no one is celebrating the killings just as they were celebrated by some nairalanders when the same tragedy struck Kuru Karama village of Jos which is a pre-dominantly Hausa/Fulani Muslim settlement?

The killings are condemnable in all ramifications especially when women and children fall victims because even within the true context of Jihad, women and children are prohibited from being attacked except of course, in self defence. Therefore, the killings have got nothing to do with anything Islamic. It is but purely an alleged reappraisal attack for the un-suspecting killings of Fulani men, women, children, cattle and the destruction of properties carried out in the alleged genocide of Kuru Karamah village of Jos and its environs. The Fulani pastoralists are by nature un-forgiving and highly intolerant, to even their immediate kinsmen the Hausas, of any wrong done against them. This is largely due to their reclusive ways of life which is devoid of any form of liberalisation.

In as much as it hurts to lose someone we all identify with on the basis of a group which in this case is religion, no life is more sacred than the other as all lives remain equal. The Kuru Karamah incident of alleged genocide which has resulted into the recent reappraisal attacks of villages of co-incidentally Christian indigenes did not get so much audience and attention of the populace and government because reports have it that over ninety suspects have already being rounded up in less than forty eight hours with no single suspect rounded up in respect of the gruesome murders that took place at kuru karamah which occurred over 7 wks ago. I am not in way justifying the murders because the laws are there to supposedly guide our conducts and actions. The truth is that people all over the take the laws into their hands due to lack of confidence in the system that comprises the entire arms of government. In a bid to remain relevant, the security forces would only end up rounding up innocent persons within the confines of their homes just because they identify with the same ethnicity as the alleged perpetuators.

Knowing the Fulani for who they are, they certainly would not let sleeping dogs lie as it would only take an act of divinity for them to back down on their stands. I pray for God to soften their hearts & enable them forgive those that perpetuated heinous crimes against them in the name of indigene-settler dichotomy. As for the native beroms who have fallen victim of the recent attacks, I urge them to exercise restraints and not muddle up issues by seeking to avenge the deaths of their kinsmen against any Hausa/Fulani speaking “settler” because should that emanate, then they would be venturing into a lost battle which would not only be fruitless but capable of increasing their woes. My prayer is for everyone to exercise restraint and commit the Plateau into prayers for an amicable resolution on peaceful co-existence.

IslamDon’t Tag All Muslims As Terrorists –sultan by muhsin(op): 1:44pm On Mar 09, 2010
Written by Zakariyya Adaramola, Lagos
Monday, 08 March 2010 22:13

The Sultan of Sokoto and President, Nigerian Supreme Council for Islamic Affairs (NSCIA) Alhaji Saad Abubakar has said it is not right to generalise the entire Muslims as terrorists whenever an individual among them does something wrong.

Sultan Abubakar, who spoke in Lagos at a fund raiser for the Najah Joint Muslim Organizations (NAJOMO) mosque at the weekend, said rather than accuse all Muslims of terrorism, the acts of the United States and its agents should as well be examined.

He alleged that violent acts being perpetrated all over the world were being carried out by non-Muslims, including American citizens and agents of the American government. According to him, many Christians and Jews perpetrate terror acts on a daily basis but they are not tagged terrorists by the US and the media.

“Our dear brother, the Baba Addini of Egba Land (Adegbite) was correct when he said Muslims are not terrorists and that Islam is a religion of peace. Let me add here that some people somewhere are known for their lies against Islam and Muslims. Violent acts are perpetrated all over the world by adherents of different faiths and not only Muslims commit them.

Let me say here that it is unfair to Muslims and Islam for the US government to rush, as it used to do, to tag Muslims as terrorists whenever they commit any violent act. It is sad that if an adherent of any other religion commit any terror act the US and the media would not call such a person a terrorist, the US and the media must change this.

“I make bold to say that if we should put all violent acts being perpetrated all over the world by Americans and the ones Muslims commit on a scale, we would surely see that those being committed by the US citizens outweigh those they claim Muslims committed. But as Muslims we should try to change this negative attitude they have towards us. We can change this by showing them the beauty of our religion”, he said.

Although the audacity and the guts that took Jonathan to announce this amidst all these confusions and uncertainties are very surprising, he hasn’t done anything beyond expectation. That’s what many observers and analysts particularly from the North are predicting and fearing. I hence got little or nothing more to say on that.

This is one area where non-Muslims quickly take to "corner" some Muslims. And am telling you their only purpose is to do that for hearing/reading the answers or otherwise has nothing to do with their "understanding" the religion--Islam. Hmm. May Allah guide us to the right path, amin.
