garfield1:The point is there were no primaries. It is said that Ozuruigbo became the APC candidate via 'automatic ticket' which the court and our laws do not recognise. There was no second runner-up because the valid nomination process was not adhered to so like Zamfara, APC had no valid candidate for this federal constituency. Therefore the second highest scorer at the election becomes winner. |
CyynthiaKiss:I believe that post was some high level sarcasm... |
BuhariAdvocate:Are you drunk? So u know 'their story' yet u keep on supporting their grand patron as president and you are even hos advocate? Who told you you could pick n choose what part of Buhari's disastrous regime to support? Keep hiding your head in the sand whilst leaving ur arse bare and all stuck out for all to see. |
With the way he has planned to flag off projects today in the name of working till he hands over, I'm sure he can award the contract for the entire bridge today and flag it off again tomorrow. ![]() |

PHILipu1:No it is not a rerun. Good thing INEC isn't as confused as some of you are over simple English. PDP has been declared winner of all positions in Zamfara.
|
ihatesycophant:Those who actually passed through school and honestly earned their grades remain civil in their engagements. They don't start throwing insults even when they disagree with an opinion. For your information: mushystuff: |
buharitill2023:That is as a result of deceit and deliberate disobedience of court orders on the part of APC. They failed to do right and deceived Zamfara voters into the false belief that they had valid candidates. It's nobody's fault and the court is no Father Christmas. Elections must come to an end and this judgement of the Supreme Court puts a final end to the process. |
NgeneUkwenu:These votes stand as though they were never cast because APC had no candidates in the eyes of the law. Those trashed votes will not now become numbers to reckon with for any reason. By this judgement they do not exist, they are wasted and not voided by reason of mutilation or disenfranchisement. Therefore the contitutional spread will now be based in existing valid votes to the exclusion of all others. |
Steal a cow and die! Rape a child or woman and pay a fine/compensation then live at the expense of the state in the name of life imprisonment. ![]() Where is the punishment for killer fulani herdsmen now known as bandits? |
The court first declared all votes allotted to the APC as wasted, rubbish and void. So subtract those then come back with the actual, judicially recognised votes and your question again. |
garfield1:It was clear yet you and your kind kept hoping for and supporting the glaring breach of electoral laws. Now the final judgement has been delivered, u agree that it was clear. |
There was no other judgement than this that could have been given, it was just too glaring and obvious that APC was just playing its usual lawless and rascally games. Congratulations to the PDP! |
yarimo:Move to a lawless, banana republic; that's how they operate there. People like u are gradually moving this country you claim to love so much to that point! How can there be a valid court order allowing him to travel and d police arrest him to charge and arraign him on sane issues already before the court that allowed him to travel? Is that not an abuse of court processes and plain madness? Some of you need to stop and think beyond politics! budaatum:Thanks for your observation, this is the post I meant to quote and direct my response to. |
Mr Governor, mind what you are saying. What has a beginning must surely have an end. Thanks to Obj and Jona for the miserable lives and death they brought upon this nation. through Boko Haram, Kidnapping and Killings. Posterity will judge them both!
So after all the posing and posturing by ur darling scarecrow president, he has failed woefully in the last 4 years to address boko haram and other issues of insecurity yet you are still looking for OBJ and GEJ to take the fall? Shebi next level don set? We dey look na, yeye children everywhere! |
Drabeey:Continue being afraid of dividing the country while valuable lives, resources and property are lost or destroyed every hour because of a very faulty security arrangement that has perpetually failed Nigerians! |

superlanny:As if it is only Chinedus that sell gas across all nooks n crannies in the 36 states plus FCT. Continue in bigotry and be calling your nightmare (IPOB) instead of dispassionately analysing the merits of such policies and the likely crises it will bring into domestic gas consumption. |
BabaOwen: The court further held that the order is made on March 27th, 2019 in favor of Innoson Nigeria Ltd granting it leave to enforce the judgment and issue processes of execution of the judgment are valid; and also that all the steps are taken to levy executions in pursuance of that order are still valid and are not vacated; whilst all the prayers by GTB in its motion of 1st April 2019 are not granted.Read very well and this time take it really slooooowwww! Pay close attention to the bold parts. |
GoodofNaija:Very good |
Cherrybae:I guess you're too blind to see that GTB had lost this case serially up to the Supreme Court. Those superior courts are also at Innoson's backyard abi? Rather than educate yourself on the functioning of the Federal high court that the judge sitting at Awka may not necessarily be Igbo because it's a federal and not state high court, you are here showing ur usual bigoted ignorance for all to see. Again, even if the judge is Igbo, a lower court cannot overrule or detract from the judgement of a superior court but must give effect to it when called upon to do so. Is it not GTB that filed this process at Awka? In your mind, the matter should have been heard at Ogbomoso or Ilesha so they'd get favourable judgement because ignorance will not let you know or learn about jurisdiction. Get an education, illiteracy of this brand u have displayed is too expensive! |
Don't be surprised that there is a cabal milking this water situation and making millions at the expense of the masses. Yet this is supposed to be Buhari's state, so called lover of the poor! Una never start |
According to sources at the anti-graft agency, ICPC quoted that ‘this is direct stealing and had never happened before in the history of NDDC, to withdraw N5billion every week for three years without being dictated, in a row; it is a serious looting, and a daylight robbery’ source stated.Na so d integrity dey happen under APC with Buhari's guidance and approval. Now as election don end, use and dump settings have been engaged! Una well done o! Corruption fighters! |
Where are those ones that were very quick to insult Southerners as greedy n power/money hungry while hailing Northerners for supposedly not being greedy n full of integrity just because one yeye news surfaced that prospective appointees turned down the offers? I hope they can all see for themselves and stop allowing themselves to be deceived that it is only Northerners that can fight corruption or that they are less corrupt. See them now scrambling for what should be a cultural heritage but jus be cause of politics, money and vendetta.they are where they are today. |
BuhariAdvocate:See reasoning na! U dey try! As per new baby advocate you are asking the meaning of almajiri? |
BuhariAdvocate:Where are you from and who did this thing to you? Oya how has the one you advocate for performed in terms of providing employment? The so called agricultural revolution, is it not the same farmers n herders that the Emir says have fled abandoning farms n livestock due to the unbridled insecurity? U dey try o! |
Chief of Integrity a.k.a Bubu the Unaware! Nigerians have resigned themselves to the collective fate cast on them by the most ignorant 'majority'! |
I hope they follow through and that the courts clearly disqualify him from the Senate so that he will learn the very hard lessons of being a consummate foöl! |
So why is INEC claiming that no results were uploaded electronically yet still claiming that its servers were hacked? |
chibuzorAbia:The point is that after claiming to have increased local production of rice and reduce its importation, the common man cannot see the so called homegrown rice like the one he mentioned. It is still the same foreign rice they claim to have reduced and the cost is still very high compared to what was obtainable 4-5 years and more prior. Where is the rice? The lies need to stop and selfish govt functionaries need to stop telling us of a reality we cannot see. |
BuhariAdvocate:Which one abeg? For una village? Wake up o jare! |
Unfortunately, the real victims are only just 'a little pissed' at the messy situation. The governors of states like Katsina and Zamfara only bleat plaintively but never call out the failure responsible for the insecurity whom they all vigorously supported during the just concluded elections. They really aren't that concerned and have continually cashed out on with from the North East Development Commission recently established to the 10billion Naira approved for Zamfara by the Senate... My major concern is that the impact of displacements caused by the sustained violence may be borne by the Southern states and that portends yet another disaster waiting to happen. I hope relevant stakeholders are awake and alert. |
