When your IE opens, go to TOOLS on the menu bar, then click on INTERNET OPTIONS. The GENERAL tab will appear and where you have a place written HOME PAGE with the image of a house near it, change the web address to any one of your choice. Your choice becomes the webpage shown as homepage anytime you open IE.

@ porter the NCC has stated some requirements recently for cafe operators. It states that you are to register and do some other ishes. They are the regulator and they aim to ensure service delivery to the public. Don't be found wanting by them for if they do check up on your cafe, Dial-up won't be too good. Find a better ISP. Scenario: if the game requires a minimum of 1GB memory of your c: drive and you have a c: drive of 1.5GB, this means you are using most of your system's resources when playing the game. You should have massive space on your C: drive when playing such applications for they tend to use the system's resources heavily. Make sure you have no other application running whilst playing the game because the graphics the game uses na BABA! Read the user instructions of your game.
