I am sure you're joking or just trying it on that I called you judgemental especially when its clear as day what I did, was ask, what did your non judgemental eyes see.
Gerrard59: I've no issues with tattoos but when there are way too much, I don't like it. Shikena!
How too much long would a piece of string be? Is it your tattoos? Is it your body? Pfft!
OMOJOHN001: [s]Lil kesh, adekunle Gold, young john, pheelz, bella shumdar,Fire boy, Bad boy Timz, Victor, Lyta, and people like Zlatan, naira marley, phyno, enjoyed olanide fame.
But you that stayed with him for Five years didn't, why not check your head and talent instead of complaining.
You enter industry as a decent girl, all of a sudden you tune to lesbo and start forming Tom Boy. werey think she go see one male celeb to pin down with love, but mission failed.[/s]
Rubbish and you parade yourself to be a "JOURNALIST, AN OAP, AND A MUSIC PRODUCER, ALSO AN HIP POP ACT" sic. Where's the honor among thieves?
pocohantas: [s]She’ll blame that guy for everything that goes wrong in her life. Shey she is still holding on to the name @YBNLprincess? Now she is out, let’s see what she has.
Pic 1 &2 is who Olamide signed[/s]. Pic 3 is her currently.
She asked the guy questions in her "I Don’t Give A Bleep About You" when he was whining that she should conform, adapt, fall in line et cetera. She also even mimicked him, in the "Never Gon Blow" track
Gerrard59: Call me judgemental whatever (not like I care) but what I saw doesn't depict a responsible person. For a start, I don't fancy females having so much tattoos on every part of their bodies. Yeah, I'm discriminatory (every human being is), I no kill person.
I never called you judgemental, so please spare me the imaginary victim person there. C'mon, our parents had tattoos jor, and please stop being a sexist nah. Smh sigh. Look at self righteous you saying, I no kill pesin. It's not until when you pull a gun trigger that you kill pesin
Pwhitelaw: Most peeps on nairaland feels this lady is ranting but fails to read what she wrote about the so called YBNL....Olamide should sign artist he can manage and not give false hope to upcoming artist...He did same thing to lyta rendering him useless after making two hit track....He should learn from David and don jazzy how they manage their artist.
dstar01: Until I hear the other side story, i am not here to judge but read comments
Stop Giving excuses:
When there's a will there's always a way! Don't keep giving flimsy excuses for not trying to succeed in life. If those who are physically challenged brave all odds to create wealth and become a source of support to their families, then you have no reason to live in poverty!
Never try to justify poverty no matter the challenges you're going through. Live each day with a desire to achieve your financial goals. This new month, go out and look for something profitable to engage yourself in. There are countless opportunities out there. Just look around and get moving. Enough of excuses!
Temmie Ovwasa aka YBNLPrincess: “Omo, it’s YBNL thinking that I’m going to keep quiet after they bleeped be over for nearly 5 years. My voice may not be loud but I fit shout,” she wrote.
“You don’t give a person hope & snatch it from them. Olamide Adedeji, I will always have your name in my mouth. Silence is not my language.”
What part in the above, does she say she has given up trying to succeed in life, erhn?
Pwhitelaw: Most peeps on nairaland feels this lady is ranting but fails to read what she wrote about the so called YBNL....Olamide should sign artist he can manage and not give false hope to upcoming artist...He did same thing to lyta rendering him useless after making two hit track....He should learn from David and don jazzy how they manage their artist.
12inchess: ... YBNL is not just ready to release albums for an openly Queer artiste as Nigerian listeners may not be as accepting of it. But who knows? Haven't Nigerians finally accepted Bobrisky?
Now you're getting a bit of what I am saying about her and him, but hey, he should have looked beyond all that, to focus on mining this potential money maker. See Bobrisky, he is having the last laugh, smiling all the way to the bank
I am sure it's Olamide, she's mimicking in the "Never Gon Blow" tune and "I Don’t Give A Bleep About You" has to be Olamide whining that she should conform, adapt, fall in line et cetera
12inchess: Then why did he sign her? For some record labels, their artiste careers is just to sign different talents like throwing mud at the wall and see which sticks. Indie (ie Alte) artiste in Nigeria should run their own S. hit. Stop signing contracts they don't benefit you. And her was 5 yrs. 5 fuc.king years of not releasing songs. No new artiste should sign more than 2 years contract max. They can extend it later.
He slid into her DM. Brought her from Ilorin to Lagos, only to have her holed in the house for 5 years. He just didn't, as I've earlier said, know how to kerching maximise her potentials. We better go ask Olamide why he signed her ...
ID Cabasa (i.e. Olamide's former boss) and Toni Payne (i.e. his former manager) will have an uphill task harnessing Temmie Ovwasa aka YBNL Princess' square peg in a round hole personality, raw and multi music talent
This young lady was one of us here on Nairaland years ago. And I used to chat with her on a particular social media platform, which I can't really recall right now.
She used to be a cool and calm girl. And I was elated when I heard about her move to YBNL (Whatever that means).
So sad to know that things went from good to bad for her...
She still is one of us here. She is still cool, calm and collected and hasn't changed to become any lesser a human being. Things going from good to bad is relative.
YBNL, means Yahoo Boy No Laptop, sending the message that young and successful without need of being participating in online dating scams, online fraud, online deception et cetera
12inchess: I believe Olamide mismanaged this artiste. You should listen to her sing "holy water". She is quite good and young too. This should to serve as a warning to young artiste who are enticed by the the urge to "blow" or be recognized by the older cats in the game. Many of them can be predatory and have survived in the Music business that way. It's better to start small and promote your sh. it on social media by yourself than to be signed to a self serving record label that will promise you the world but won't allow you to release your music. This is the same thing that happened to Lyta. Go with your lawyers. No 360 deals. And what you should be discussing is how many albums and videos the record label will release for you during the contract and not which car or apartment they will give you under the contract.
The other thing is that her sexual oreintation may not be marketable in Nigeria. I persoannly have nothing with it. But this is where the record label should have come in with good PR.
She's far better than the others. She's multi-talented and misunderstood ....
Olamide doesnt and/or didnt know how to kerching maximise her talent, voice dexterity, remarkable versatile multi voice skills and quirkiness.
She already as far back as Nov 24th announced that her "E be like say dem swear ..." album will be out on Nov 29th, so please be specific, what exactly do you want me to go see from the link on her twitter bio?
ntyce: You can't dismiss the fact that her new lifestyle would have affected her career...
She shouldn't blame Olamide
Her style has similarities with Simi et al, only that she is better as she's an instrumentalist, but like she said she for reason(s) best known to Olamide wasn't given extreme exposure and access to booked performances and/or shows.
If Olamide's lifestyle didnt affect his career, why would/should her lifestyle affect hers. It seems she has a point with her feminism stance then.
She's calling a hoe, what it really is, a hoe, and not mince words or call it a spade.
She has it though, she get talent sha? Don't give up, keep on pushing mehn Defo struggling with some things for her to sing her "Holy Water" song with lyrics excerpts like:
"... Holy water Pour in deepen inside of me Turn my rainbow into black Turn my precious heart into stone ..."
Major001: I guess online dating website, Match.com, thought it would be funny to create a promotional video for their matchmaking services that shows a literal Satan going on a date with a woman named 2020...because that is exactly what they did on YouTube.
For those who are spiritually & scripturally enlightened, nothing about this less than 3-minute-long video will strike you as funny.
h ttps://m.youtube.com/watch?v=NB_DwhPCSJI
What it shows is that 2020 is exactly the year when the Spirit of Antichrist appeared over the whole world, because that is exactly what happened this year
The Spirit of Antichrist has arrived ahead of the appearance of the Man of Sin himself, and his presence, though yet unseen, is keenly felt.
At this point it appears all of humanity have crossed an unchangeable line, so much so that it is now appearing in commercials for a dating website like Match.com.
Jesus is coming soon.
The Rapture is imminent.
Today is another opportunity to accept Jesus Christ as your Saviour and Lord...
MuttleyLaff: ... The thing is, each person, should know what their limits are, everyone should know what for them, is off limit and/or no go areas. I usually say, if you pry and stare into darkness, be mindful that the darkness too, might just, turn round and stare back at you.
God help the one, who hasnt a light to stand up to and defy the darkness with, or if there's no one around to hand over a torchlight or candle, to help with and pronto get out of the frigging black abyss.
MuttleyLaff: No, I am not a spiritist, and that's solely because my faith doesnt permit me to be such or be one. I dont do astral travel either but I do recall that I almost got drawn into self induced astra travel after messing around with literature on the subject I found in my Dad's library, but my good sense prevailed and so I didnt venture in the little known water, lmso
The above attached comment of mine from another thread is reproduced as a fyi consumption
"Give no regard to mediums and familiar spirits; do not seek after them, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God. (i.e. Turn ye not unto the ghosts, nor unto familiar spirits; seek them not out, to be defiled by them: I am the LORD your God" - Leviticus 19:31
"If any of you go for advice to people who consult the spirits of the dead, I will turn against you and will no longer consider you one of My people." - Leviticus 20:6
budaatum: You know we have the patience to wait for mad people to finally come to their senses, and when they do, their sensible word(s) may be taken as fact and truth if it conforms with reality, but not while they continue to enjoy eating what the pigs were eating.
luvmijeje: Enjoyable? Euphoric? Dream like? You can also get that effect from cocaine.
Moshes aka Moses, was slandered to have been high on hallucinogenic drug (i.e. barks off the Acacia tree or something) when he saw the bush in flames that wasn't burning, even Yahshua Ha Messiah aka Jesus Christ, our Lord and Saviour of the whole wide world is lied against to have taken magic mushrooms
Whats my own about whether it works or doesn't work. Mtcheew. KMFT.
luvmijeje: Hmmm. The effect you are describing is the same effect anyone who has never taken hard drugs feels. The guy who took the drug was only high and hallucinating.
I'm definitely not closing my mind to this simply because the mind of men is the most powerful. The mind of men created Spaceship....... That's sorcery. It all started from the mind. Those who created it relies on men who were not contented with what they were told. They didn't relied on the teaching that only the Spiritual being can go up there.
I was reading a thread earlier today that was stating the different between the wisdom of God and the wisdom of men. How did David killed Goliath? Did God came down? Didn't he used the wisdom God gave to him?
The secret of this world lies in the mind of men and religion is the biggest detriment against it. With religion men's thinking faculty has been suspended. Majority of religionist will die with their wisdom and the secret that lies in them because their thinking faculty has been suspended.
Imagine the knowledge that is been wasted because of 1769 teaching. Teachings that has doctored and doctored and over doctored. Teachings you all refused to question simply because you were told God was the one that said it.
False religion, is the biggest disservice to true and pure religion, to religion that God wouldn't find flaws in nor fault with.
True and pure religion is engaging. It invites you into a discourse, to reason together. It doesnt expect your thinking faculty to be suspended. The brain, isn't an ornament ordinarily to decorate the body with, but we are blessed with this powerfully built processing functional gift for a purpose, for a reason(s) and for such time(s) as now.
budaatum: I hope you realise that you are asking us to accept the word of a person you yourself say ran mad, as facts and truth.
Do you normally accept the word of a mad person as fact and truth, Gentlebuka?
"14He had nothing left when a severe famine spread throughout that country. He had nothing to live on. 15So he got a job from someone in that country and was sent to feed pigs in the fields. 16No one in the country would give him any food, and he was so hungry that he would have eaten what the pigs were eating. 17"Finally, he came to his senses. He said, 'How many of my father's hired men have more food than they can eat, while I'm starving to death here?" - Luke 15:14-17
Mad people aren't an exception to coming to themselves, and so when they do come to their senses, we could accept their word(s) as fact and truth
luvmijeje: Hmmmm! But you have no evidence of that. You can't even mention the name of the herbs to see into the Spiritual realm. But you are so sure there is a herb to see into the spiritual realm. Again you are contented with what you are being told. Africans are mentally lazy.
How can you not be curious to know the name of those herbs? How can you not be curious to access those knowledge?
If that knowledge exist, how can you not be hungry to share it with the world? How can you allow that secret to die with you?
Gentlebuka: I knew the name. I researched the plant. But that was more than 1 year ago so I've forgotten all about it. I wasnt curious enough to want to experience the effect of the herb for myself because the experience of the guy who took it is not something I really want to undergo. He ran mad for some minutes/hours, but that was also the period when he saw the spirit behind the herb and became acquinted with it. The book i read, the knowledge seeker wanted to have supernatural powers, not necessarily to become an inventor, so different goals. The herb might not be able to help one access the knowledge of how to do supernatural things, the herb just gives you the power, hence you don't have the knowledge yourself. And the herb can also kill you if you don't use it properly (for instance, if anyone ever finds the herb where you keep it, you'll die the next day). So you can't expect me to take this risk. I actually didn't complete reading the book as i knew reading a book wherein i wouldn't practice the knowledge it contains is a waste of time. You shouldn't think accessing this kind of knowledge is as easy as ABC, far from it. So I think I researched the herb on google and I think, from the answers I got from google, people did confirm it had psychic powers. In the book I read, the author claimed the experiences he narrated were his own experiences. He was curious about the herb because he heard the herb could do certain inexplicable things and then he gave it a first hand trial, he had someone who was more experienced to guide him. Also, the herb is not the type of herb you see everyday. It can only be accessed from certain locations.
As for accesing spiritual knowledge, there are multiple ways to do that. Using herbs to alter your state of consciousness is just one of them.
No, you don't share things like this with everyone because people will call you crazy and not believe you so why waste your time?
I vividly remember all those eerie tales, growing up, of, if you put dog’s eye bogey/gunk (i.e. the Western part of Naija call it ''ipin oju aja'') into your eyes, first thing in the morning, it would allow you to see into the “spirit realm” and give you paranormal experiences.
enilove: Stop laughing at your prophet . His followers can get you killed o. And I will tell them I did not send you , period.

CAPSLOCKED: "Child of grace" "Only grace" "Covered by grace" "Product of grace"
Grace is a nonsense idea that entered the christian market less than a decade ago, and has now found a permanent place in the heads of believers.
Christians believe that no matter what they do wrong, no matter how badly they err, no matter their sins, mistakes and injustice against other people, they still have a special place with God and He has put together fantastic things for "just" them because they have God's grace.
That's not my problem. I have issues with how they believe that mjbolt, mohammed, kim jung un, and capslocked are progressing in life because of the christian God's grace. They claim that whether we believe their God or not whatever we have struggled to achieve all alone in life has come by the grace of their own christian God.
Now i wonder why this God will give me His grace - me, an unrepentant atheist, rather than give it to the millions of christians suffering from poverty and dying from all sorts of diseases.
This is a reminder that you don't have the grace of God. You're just lucky to be here at this moment.
You're mistaking favour with grace.
All that you have become and/or achieved is simply down to the grace of God, other might surpass you in certain areas, this is down to favour. It is God who gives the power to create wealth. You hear it said, that health is wealth. In this COVID-19 climate, quite a lot have been humbled to appreciate that every day they wake up still in the land of the living, it is down to the mercy, kindness and grace of God
You aren't here on earth by accident. You aren't here on earth by luck. You first and foremost are here because creativity, which is what and who you started out as, have the fundamental human right and freedom to express yourself. You are free to reveal your nature however best and worst you know how to. You will decide how you want your character to be in the script that you yourself are writing. Of course as many other characters will be in your script, but its up to you how you want your character to relate with the characters in your script that obviously will cross path with other people's scripts.
Image123: Lol, that's why it is called grace. It is undeserved. In factual terms though, you have more of God's mercy, not really grace. But anyone you call it.
How did the birds deserve to be able to soar and fly in the expanse of the skies gracefully. Have you seen a gazelle, leap in the air, hop and skip gracefully all over the place, or dolphins gracefully swimming in the oceans.
He doesnt appreciate that grace is doing things and/or going through things without some much of a sweat, tears, blood and graft
Grace is a gift from God. You either have it or you simply dont have it. Grace, has no explanation. It just happens. It just, is, so given
