Oil doesn't belong to Niger delta, it belongs to North by land mass- Usman Bugaje by Channels TV. At the Northern leaders conference one of the lead speakers Usman Bugaje raised a controversial issue on the ownership of Oil domiciled majorly in Niger Delta. According to him it is wrong for any state to claim it is oil producing state because 72% of the total land mass in the country belong to the north and by UN charter, it is only the North that has right to claim Ownership He said " There is no oil producing state, the only oil producing state is the nigeria state itself because the oil investment came from Nigeria state, the territory belongs to Nigeria state and whatever mileage you get in the sea according to UN law if sea is a measure of land that you have which gives you the mileage into the sea. If you have small land mass, you get small cut and the land mass which gives us the mileage to the sea is because 72% land mass of this country which is North. So what they claim is offshore oil is actually the oil of the north and if anyone should run it is the north. He further said that we should stop using terms that doesn't make sense that there are no oil producing state in Nigeria. The recent allegation levelled against popular music heavyweights, Flavour N’abania and Phyno by the Enugu State government that the duo collected the sum of N78 million from the former Deputy Senate president, Dr. Ike Ekweremmadu to tarnish the image of Governor Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi during the nationwide #ENDSARS protests are currently raising dust in many quarters. Some concerned stakeholders in the state are still wondering why the Technical Assistant to Governor, Ifeanyi Ugwuanyi on Media and Public Relations, Comrade Stanley Ezediuto should make such a ‘grave accusation’ on his social media handles, while many others have asked the Enugu State government to apologise to the artistes. However, the truth remains that many celebrities across the country participated actively in the #ENDSARS protests while it lasted. Indeed, Flavour and Phyno were no exception. The likes of Runtown, Falz, Davido, Tiwa Savage, DJ Switch and comedian AY. Others were Femi Kuti, Peter Okoye of the defunct Psquare singing group, media personality Toke Makinwa, popular disc jockey DJ Spinall and former Big Brother Naija stars Anto Lecky and Nelson Enwerem Prince. Big Brother Naija’s Tacha and Elozonam, Dija and Jaywon, MC Lively, Bello Kreb among others participated in the protests. At the international stage, artistes like Rihanna, rapper Kanye West, Estelle, Trey Songz, Chance the Rapper, CEO of Twitter, Jack Dorsey, and German-Turkish Arsenal player Mesut Özil supported the demonstrators by sending solidarity messages. In Enugu popular singers alongside Zoro, Kcee among other musicians led thousands of youths in protest against the dreaded Special Anti Robbery Squad. Following their active involvement in the protest, Comrade Stanley Ezediuto had accused the duo of collecting N78 million from Senator Ike Ekweremmadu to campaign against the incumbent governor of the state. READ ALSO: #EndSARS: Ugwuanyi Set Up Panel Of Inquiry “We are aware of the gifting of a huge sum of N78 million to Phyno and Flavour to campaign against the governor of Enugu State in the ongoing #EndSars protest nationwide by Senator Ike Ekweremmadu. But we are warning against hijacking of the protest by strange characters for political reasons. Enugu State Government has lived up to expectations and the governor will continue to deliver dividends of democracy to the people.” “Ike Ekweremmadu should not use this opportunity to castigate the working government of Enugu State through Phyno and Flavour for his 2023 guber aspiration. If he fails to desist from so doing, we shall remind him of the many abandoned projects in his constituency which should be of major concern to him. These revered artistes should not allow themselves to be used against the peaceful state of Enugu,” he warned. However, reacting to the allegation, Flavour’s elder brother, who’s also his booking agent, Benjamin said the highlife Afro singer participated in the #ENDSARS protests like other celebrities across the country. “It means that all the celebrities that participated in the #ENDSARS protests also collected money from the politicians. That’s what the allegation implies. So, in this case, you just have to use your common sense,” he added. Also, reacting to the allegation when contacted, Flavour’s younger brother, DJ Derekz, said the “Nwa Baby” singer will soon release an official statement to that effect. Recall that days back, Flavour and Phyno took to their social media platforms, warning that should anything happen to them, the governor of Enugu State should be held responsible for it. They alleged that the governor threatened to deal with them for announcing that he should do more in delivering dividends of democracy to Enugu people. “Today our lives were threatened and we are making it clear that if anything happens to any single one of us or any protesters, let it be known that it was done by the Enugu State Government,” Flavour wrote on IG. https://www.vanguardngr.com/2020/10/outrage-as-enugu-state-govt-accuses-flavour-phyno-of-collecting-n78m-from-ekweremmadu/?fbclid=IwAR3M2maHVr-bt2zSCHkJBQ0pEe6AGxyakaGofwUg5i02tDvpbaD7XVWgPNo |

NNAMDI KANU DOES NOT SPEAK FOR IGBO NATION By Joe Igbokwe I have restrained myself since yesterday from making comments on the State of the Nation given the wanton and primitive destruction we witnessed in Lagos yesterday and other states in Nigeria.. Since yesterday I have been reading all the narratives on social media. A friend of mine sent a Video purportedly made by NNAMDI KANU of IPOB which has been circulating on Social Media. I figured out that they are trying to link the Childish and inciting video for being the cause of the mayhem in Lagos. In other words the take away is that NNAMDI KANU instigated Igbo in Lagos to attack Lagos in the name of protest for #ENDSARS. As an Igbo political leader in Lagos who has been here for close to 40 yrs I think history will permit me to speak out and put the records straight before the feeble, weak and senseless narratives create ethnic war in Lagos. 1. Igbo I know do not have the character to destroy but to build and that is why we always say in Igbo proverb: Ebe Onye bi ka ona awachi, meaning where you live is where you build your home. Check your streets , check all the markets in Lagos, check Estate developers, check everywhere in the metropolis and see and feel the presence of Igbo. They build anywhere they go and they do not destroy. 2. NNAMDI KANU does not speak for the Igbo Nation and therefore his opinion is not the opinion of intelligentsia and business moguls in Igboland. He is speaking for his brainwashed young elements who are lost in his antics and fruitless separatist agenda. Those who matter in Igboland are not on the same page with the Kanu boy of IPOB. 3. Igbo in Lagos do not posses the character and the courage to invade His Royal Majesty Oba Akiolu’s Palace in Lagos Island, TVC, LTV, CHANNELS TV, ORIENTAL HOTEL, GTB, BRT, NATION etc. My people will say in an adage that “It is rat inside the house that will tell the rat outside the house that there is something in the house. We have to look inside. I have been in Lagos enough and deeply too close Asiwaju to know all his enemies in Lagos and Yoruba Nation and it is political. Every PDP member in the South West do not like Asiwaju until they entered AD, AC , ACN and APC. I was the spoke person of our party for close to 14 yrs and I know what I am talking about. They see Asiwaju as the dominator of the environment and armor bearer of South West politics. They put all their political failures on the doorsteps of Asiwaju BAT. If it rains heavily it is Asiwaju that caused it. If there is thunderstorms it is Asiwaju that caused it. If their businesses fail it is Asiwaju that caused it. If their wives cannot get pregnant it is Asiwaju that caused it etc. Success breads envy. As you are going up some people are going down and those going down will not like those going up. 4. The political hate for Asiwaju BAT has no boundary even in Nigeria. It goes beyond Nigeria. The PDP Nigeria knows it was Asiwaju that defeated them not President BUHARI. PMB came in 2003 and did not win, PMB came in 2007 and did not win, PMB came in 2011 and did not win until ASIWAJU’s political sagacity, creativity, and strategy pushed South West ACN to form alliance with CPC, ANPP, and some APGA members to give birth APC. This is root cause of this hate. 5. If you are a deep political thinker with great eyes, if you follow political events like I do everyday, if you are a good student of politics and if you have third eyes you will know at once that Asiwaju BAT has built an intimidating, formidable and political networks across Nigeria to the extent that it is difficult now if not impossible for anybody to stop him from becoming the President of Nigeria in 2023, all things considered. Only God can stop him and this I know very well. The strategic ,well coordinated, clinical attacks on his interests in Lagos is well planned , well structured and clinically delivered to stop him in 2023 at all cost but will it stop him? No sir!!! 6. Asiwaju is not the only Governor that ruled Nigeria from 1999 to 2007. Where are other 35 governors, and why are they not trending like Asiwaju after 13yrs out of power? You cannot stop an idea whose time has come. You cannot cover the sun with bare hands. 7. While they are busy burning bridges across Nigeria, Asiwaju BAT has been building bridges across Nigeria since 1999, East, West, North or South. As I speak to you now he has formidable and intimidating networks and groups across the 36 States in Nigeria including Abuja. This is reason they started the war against him. 8. Please help to find the progenitors and the leaders of #ENDSARS MOVEMENT even though they will tell you they have no leaders. I am sure the leaders are not Igbo and I know it . #ENDSARS may be a dummy sold to the public but i have a feeling that it has deep political undertones. When they started #ENDNIGERIA, #ENDBUHARI, #ENDASIWAJU, #ENDEVERYTHING people like us started doubting the movement. Now see the rot and the damage staring us on the face. 9. Now having said all this, let me ask this fundamental question: who is driving this narrative that Igbo led a sophisticated Yoruba nation to destroy Lagos in their own land because one funny character called Nnamdi Kanu told them to do so? In the Yoruba Nation, in the 21st Century? Where is the muscle? Where is the courage? Where is the strength? Where is the capacity? We can do better than this. 10. Without sounding immodest let me say it here that the Sophisticated and well cultured Yoruba Nation I know very well should throw this narrative away with left hand. It is not good politics. Lagos has the machinery, deep political structures and cultures, great understanding, and all the trappings of modern civilization to investigate this horrible allegations trending on Social Media that one funny character called Nnamdi Kanu commanded his boys to attack Lagos. It is one dangerous allegation that can cause disaffection in the metropolis and beyond if not properly managed and handled. READ ALSO Police declare Nnamdi Kanu's lawyer wanted over death of cops 11. Finally let me use this medium to draw the attention of of South East Governors, Senators , House of Reps members, State Law makers in the South East. Igbo intelligentsia, Igbo leaders of thought , Traditional Rulers, Captains of Industries from Igboland, Igbo business moguls, Igbo Professors and intellectuals, all Egg Heads in the South East , Igbo intellectuals in diaspora, Igbo professionals etc to rise up now and speak out. By all means Nnamdi Kalu must be called to order. Nnamdi Kanu is putting all Igbo in danger across Nigeria. Igbo remain the most traveled tribe in Nigeria and they have settlements across Nigeria and across the world. The kind of statement he issued yesterday which I listened to is capable bringing up another genocide and millions of Igbo will die. Evil triumph in any society when good men do nothing. When elders are not at home children may wear snakes as necklaces. The hottest part of hell are reserved for those who maintain their neutrality in times of great moral crisis. Let us gather to reason together and run when the rains is yet to come. Nnamdi Kanu is putting all Igbo in trouble and danger in Nigeria. If we are sensible people and I know we are this is the time to call a spade a spade and tell Nnamdi Kalu that a tree cannot make a forest. I am the political leader of NDIGBO in APC Lagos and I do not want any harm to come to any Igbo and other tribes in Lagos or anywhere in Nigeria. Let history be my witness. Case rested. |

This is to enable our people to gradually get back to their normal lives after the unrests recorded in some parts of the state these past days”. Continuing, Governor Obiano reiterated his earlier call on youths of Anambra state to unite and guard their communities, saying that the security agencies have been strengthened and will continue to maintain peace and order in Anambra state. “Intelligence at our disposal shows that those that have been causing trouble these past days in the state are from neighbouring states. We will not allow them to destroy our infrastructure, including police stations and other government facilities, some of which we built through self-help and community efforts”. Governor Obiano said that “enough is enough”, and warned those who still plan to cause trouble in the state to desist or face the consequences. Concluding, the governor thanked traditional rulers in the state, the clergy, youth groups and other stakeholders for their continued partnership with government in ensuring that life returns to normalcy in the state after the # EndSars protests. Governor Obiano particularly praised the courageous efforts of some youth groups who have organised themselves to begin the clean up of Anambra state. “I call on residents of Anambra state to join in cleaning their neighbourhoods including drainages. The state Ministry of Environment, ASWAMA and Anambra State Clear Drainage and Forest Preservation Agency (ACDFA) have been directed to lead this effort across the state with immediate effect”. https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=701475820494840&id=193724501269977&fs=1&focus_composer=0&refid=28&_ft_=qid.6887505550513301542%3Amf_story_key.6294298580206569712%3Atop_level_post_id.701475820494840%3Acontent_owner_id_new.193724501269977%3Apage_id.193724501269977%3Asrc.22%3Astory_location.5%3Aview_time.1603622350%3Afilter.h_nor%3Atds_flgs.3%3Aott.AX_x8xojMg2U7VXd%3Apage_insights.%7B%22193724501269977%22%3A%7B%22page_id%22%3A193724501269977%2C%22page_id_type%22%3A%22page%22%2C%22actor_id%22%3A193724501269977%2C%22dm%22%3A%7B%22isShare%22%3A0%2C%22originalPostOwnerID%22%3A0%7D%2C%22psn%22%3A%22EntStatusCreationStory%22%2C%22post_context%22%3A%7B%22object_fbtype%22%3A266%2C%22publish_time%22%3A1603606376%2C%22story_name%22%3A%22EntStatusCreationStory%22%2C%22story_fbid%22%3A%5B701475820494840%5D%7D%2C%22role%22%3A1%2C%22sl%22%3A5%2C%22targets%22%3A%5B%7B%22actor_id%22%3A193724501269977%2C%22page_id%22%3A193724501269977%2C%22post_id%22%3A701475820494840%2C%22role%22%3A1%2C%22share_id%22%3A0%7D%5D%7D%7D&__tn__=S%2AW-R Lalasticlala |

PRESIDENT BUHARI SALUTES GENERAL GOWON AT 86, DESCRIBES HIM AS A GALLANT PATRIOT President Muhammadu Buhari has described former military Head of State, General Yakubu Gowon as "a gallant patriot whose commitment to national unity is beyond comparison in the annals of our chequered history." In a statement issued in Abuja on Sunday to mark the occasion of his 86th birthday anniversary, President Buhari remarked that "the role General Yakubu Gowon played in our political history and infrastructure development is etched in stone and cannot be rewritten." Buhari said "as young military officers, many of us regarded General Gowon as our role model because of his patriotism, commitment to unity and his humility." According to the President, "the Nigerian civil war brought out the most brilliant qualities of General Gowon as a visionary leader who put the interest of Nigeria before his own personal interest." He noted that "the former Head of State led a very impressive national reconciliation effort at the end of the civil war in order to heal the bitter emotional and psychological wounds of the fratricidal conflict." President Buhari added that "General Gowon is one of the fairest leaders I have ever known who has inspired so many future leaders." "Even in the context of Africa, many leaders in the continent draw inspiration from his adroit handling of the outcome of the civil war through his policy of ‘No Victor, No Vanquished,’" he further stated. "As he marks 86 years of age, Nigerians cannot forget General Gowon's immeasurable contributions to the unity and development of Nigeria. May God continue to bless him with more good health and the needed strength in understanding his ongoing spiritual engagements and service to humanity," the President prayed. I will quickly summarise a section of this piece before I will concentrate on his role in the demolition of my Upper class hotel. As it concerns the Ezu river incident, MASSOB during his tenure became a government of its own within Anambra state. They established what they called barracks within the peripheries of the Onitsha City. They conduct arrests of people and judge their cases in their barracks. Landlords were forced to deliver bags of rice to their barracks failing which death becomes a reality. Their activities seriously challenged the security of the state. Almost incapacitated, Peter Obi issued a shoot at sight order to the police. ABS television , along with its radio station which is the mouth piece of the Anambra state government publicly announced the directive . Csp James Nwafor then capitalised on the directive to slaughter MASSOB members and none MASSOB members. It became a business for him . It became a culture of labelling every adversary as MASSOB member or sponsor via petition and James Nwafor takes care of the rest depending on the agreement. MASSOB members were killed in quantum by James Nwafor. The number far exceeds the number that was evident at Ezu river. Like I stated earlier, the government of the day ought to offer absolute immunity to the officers that served under James Nwafor and the discovered mass graves, particularly within the parameters of Nneni sars annex will totally sum up the atrocities of James Nwafor. Let every police officer be deployed serve in his or her state ooo so that the people will know squarely who they are facing and who is facing. Serving in your state at least you will know it is your fatherlannd and no matter what you commit your people even you as an officer will face the people later. If officers are serving in their states, this James nwafor from Ebonyi state won't have such mind to be murdering, framing and killing innocent youths in Anambra state as if he is on one revenge mission. The state should be structured properly, officers serve in your state.

ENDSARS: We are angry with Buhari- Slay queens

CALL FOR NIGERIAN GOVERNMENT TO INVESTIGATE "OC SARS AWKUZU.....JAMES NWAFOR. SPECIAL REPORT Aside from the Awkuzu SARS that kills at will in Anambra, there's also a SARS dungeon and a decomposing pit at their secret station at Nneni. It was built and handed over to them by late Chief Anthony Enukeme a.k.a. TONIMAS who hails from the same town, who also died a few months ago. This Nneni secret station is where the main crime of organ harvesting actually takes place. This is how they operate; Once anybody was kidnapped by these criminals called SARS, they will first of all take you to Awkuzu after taking your mobile phone away from you, they will switch it off to prevent any family member from contacting you, they will put you in the cell amidst severe torture to back their claims that you are a criminal. You will remain there battered, tortured, hungry and weak until evening, then if none of your family members or friends goes there in search of you until it is night, then you are gone and gone forever! In the middle of the night at around 2 to 3 am, they will bundle you and other victims to Nneni where they will tie you up and cover your face with waterproof bag in order to prevent you from shouting loud while you are being killed, as you are gasping for breath, they will start to harvest your kidney while you are still alive. After that, they will pour acid and chemical that will prevent smells on you and then throw you into the decomposing pit. Note: Here, they also have two cells in their dungeon namely 'cell A and cell B' Cell A is where people that were lucky to be seen by bystanders or friends when they are being kidnapped are kept for only two to three days. While cell B, is were the condemned are kept only to be taken a way randomly for their organs to be harvested. Story by; a lucky victim whom his friends saw during his arrest and thought that he might have been taken to Awkuzu station or Nneni, and they went in time looking out for him, which was how he was saved. This is the kind of atrocious crime taking place in Nigeria yet the government are doing nothing to help innocent citizens. The whole world needs to hear about this awkuzu SARS. Something has to be done. |
ENDSARS: One protest, Different Motives

Unshackle Clinic 14th October, 2020 Dr Ogoo Nwankwo Justin AWKUZU SARS WAS AN ABATTOIR AND CSP JAMES NWAFOR WAS THE CHIEF BUTCHER I am a Witness and a Victim! Prologue- Laying the Foundations! -------------------------------------------------------- Crossing the Threshold of Death...My Journey to the Nigerian Anambra Abattoir! ----------------------------------------------------------------------- While I was a young undergraduate, I held closely to my heart that the Nigerian system was a failure. Like most men of my generation, we knew, saw and believed that unemployment was a cankerworm eating deeply into the fabric of our society. Post school days thought was always inundated with memories of our seniors and ex-copers roaming aroma junction, unizik junction, okpuno road, Emma Nnaemeka axis and predominantly Ifite road. Most of these guys were first eleven in their departments but now they set up football viewing centers, snooker game centers and 1 photocopier set up attachment. Of course, this was for those who doggedly saved up the then 8,900 naira allowi...for those who could not, sorry was their surname while they posted, reposted and e-mailed their CV to " God Knows When Job vacancies" On my part, like most other fellows, I believed mine was going to be different. My uncles promised to give me job instanta once I made my 2nd class Upper in an oil firm. Indeed a close ally to my dad came on thé Ève of my departure for final defence and promised me a job in ministry of tourism and culture as soon as I finish my service year...I did my best, I smashed my result but all of the above was empty promises offered to a promising young man in an empty unemployment infected society. Perhaps as you read my story...you had or you currently believe in lofty promises...cave ne cadas. I searched through for a job while registering for my masters and through to my Doctorate Programme yet that ideal perfect good paying job refused to come. I tried travelling abroad after my masters but the tales of the folks returning from abroad was ambivalent...while some said it was full of opportunities others advised to keep faith that once a good job comes around in Nigeria then you are better off! I kept faith and continued my sojourn into the academics nay with hustling to suffice! On 28th of November, 2012, I got a job to manage a hotel inside the heart of Onitsha owned by Chief Bonaventure Mokwe-Dikeh It was Upper Class Hotel. With the payment very close to an average, giving me time to attend seminars, conferences and publish my dissertation materials, I felt I had a better combination of work and study. I carried on and came very close to becoming an "academic general" until tragedy struck. 1st of August, 2013 was the day I died. Every other movement my limbs and heart makes is a benevolence of the 2nd degree from God. On that fateful morning, I slept in my accommodation unit in the hotel and still had my laptop, apple I-Pad, new set of Globalization and African Economy series by Lassana Keita ordered from Jumia.com all wide open in my desk. I just dropped off the call of my Supervisor Prof. Maduabuchi Dukor and walking through the stairs only to hear shouts of move it...move it, eeh hands up from the bar section of the hotel. I quickly but with panic looked at my Nokia torch phone display time and it was 7.38am. Who could be disturbing the peace of a hotel by this time.. Perhahps one or two of my staff have suddenly decided to taste their brows after some round of bottles I declared for them last night for job well done in the month of July. Still wriggling with the thought upon a pair of boxers and singlet... I heard heavy footsteps ascending the stairs and in a twinkle I was face to face with "edom"...police men numbering twenties with rifles halted me and I promptly introduced myself as the manager with a polished ascent thinking that was a routine police visit. They took to me to the Directors office Chief Bonaventure Mokwe and demanded immediate search of the hotel. We obliged them but carelessly one of the officers said as we left the Director's office " Let's begin with Room 102" How could he have known the numbering pattern of the hotel? Why that haste? But he was quickly overuled by the team leader" Search everywhere" The search under 5mins landed in the 1st Floor of the 3 stroyed building and I kept insisting that all the rooms at such hour 7:38am had guests in it. I insisted further that we have submitted manifest to SCID but I was on another story telling to what these butchers came to accomplish. The next 25mins of stage managed search and display of dry decaying human skulls and 2 rifles with bullets benumbed me. My active brain freezed and travelled on a temporary holiday of tabularaza! The worst has happened and the night have suddenly decided to replace the noonday! Shouts of ritualist!! Hey...hoi...Jesus, Satan rented from the gathering mob! Kill them, kill them, stone them, stone them increased more in volume while the police led us all out staff and lodgers in a single file to an awaiting black maria. Displayed and feasted upon by the journalist...we were locked up in that small black maria...16 of us and that was where our journey to the Nazi Camp began. Trapped in that van of 5 seaters, the 16 of us chuckled each other tightly that there was no notice of male and female. We remained there from 9.40am till 3.50 or so pm when the door was opened at Awkuzu SARS. Meanwhile, our sweat filled half of the van because there no motion except while we were driven to SARS. Emeka, Uche and one other customer lodger fainted and resuscitation meant extra more faints... We simply adapted and waited upon the lord! Let me pause and attend to my door bell...the tales of Awkuzu SARS( The Nigerian Abattoir) shall follow suit. 81 days thats what I spent in that Abattoir ! I rose from the ranks as we grew from undertakers who carried wounded and butchered inmates from the torture hall to the police van or cell either for corpse disposal or for abandonment in the cell! I rose in my days to the rank of Cell 4 Boss! I brought ingenuity to my cell! I introduced rationed Nylons and rationed tissues inside each nylon for defecation which of course was class from the usage of cartons and newspapers. While we awaited our turn for the " travel" which is the acronym for " killing" at Awkuzu Sars, we at least held the brotherhood of the cell mates to heart! Those who have no body visiting them , we joined in the evening ration with buying extra fufu by the close of each day to mix up with the garri and fufu of those who have registered for food. By this, every cell mate will at least have one ration for the night before the midnight movement of inmates resume The Night comes with the Question; Who will be the next to Fire? You or me! https://m.facebook.com/story.php?story_fbid=10214922958586085&id=1791637258&anchor_composer=false

Another account of CSP Nwafor atrocities at Awkuzu SARS I wonder how he sleeps at night. Mr. Obuekezie Ejiofor, a 72 year old man from Umuali, Akanator, Omor in Ayamelum LGA was a poor native doctor living in one bedroom windowless mud thatched house with his wife and six children. He was arrested in his house by men of SARS with two other men sometime on a frivolous allegation of preparing charms for criminals in 2012. The two men were later released after paying huge ransoms while the man was kept behind without access to his people. On the release of the two men, they revealed that the man was shot on his leg by SARS on the allegation that he might disappear. When his lawyer threatened to go to court for the enforcement of his fundamental right, one Insp. Celestine Ani on the instruction of this man then threatened that if the lawyer dared go to court, they would kill the man. The lawyer eventually went to court and deposed to those facts. The court ordered for the production of the man. True to the threat, this man ordered for the man to be killed and he was killed. They even refused to produce the corpse even when ordered by the court. This coincided with the floating corpses at Ezu river, Amansea which made the man's family to allege that the man's corpse was among those corpses at the river. Till today, nothing has been done about it. The man's wife and children have been suffering untoward hardship while James Nwafor, Celestine Ani and their collaborators in SARS are still walking the streets of Nigeria free. Each time I see his face I shed tears like the Justice of the Federal High Court did on the day the news of the death of the man was broken. |
Another Account on the atrocities of CSP Nwafor Mr Jonas Obute from Amokwu Affa in Udi LGA of Enugu state. His last known address was federal Trans Nkisi low cost housing Estate Onitsha near 33 was murdered by SARS Awkuzu in the year 2007.He had a political disagreement with Chief Ogbatulenyi from Oraukwu who bribed the SARS and told them that he was MASSOB. When he was arrested, I called him but he told me not to bother myself coming to the 33 police station that if they fail to release him by 24hrs he will sue them because he is the most ardent critic of MASSOB then, everybody knew him.He was a graduate of Estate Management of ESUT.So from 33 police station,he was moved to SARS Awkuzu,I can't remember the exact date but this thing happened but it was exactly one week after the Senate and House of Reps were inaugurated in June 2007.I personally visited him at SARS Awkuzu because I was sure he was not a criminal, by then I didn't know the type of system that operates where the rich could get away with murder ,he was murdered after 3 days in SARS custody. We got an injunction from Otuocha Magistrateor High Court for SARS to produce him in court, after it was published in vanguard for SARS to produce him in court, court, Awkuzu replied that on their way to court, court, suspect attempted to jump out or escape, escape, he died from injuries sustained as a result the accident, later we found out sars took this people to a forests, made them dig a mass grave shot thm and buried them inside the grave,Although I was a little bit naive ,but i was threatened so I had to run for my life because, i could also be killed,The type of slap I got from SARS, when I went to ask them about my friend, Awkuzu I will never forget.I was spared from being detained because I come from Anambra and they know every Anambra man has a prominent figure from their family or at least village. Then Ebonyi a n d Enugu Indigenes were targeted. His brother Christian who lives in Onuasata Enugu visited, he was beaten unconscious and dumped in cell for one week with infection on his wounds.by the time he was release,a father of 4 lost his job,at Enugu sports club,Everything about SARS and this man is evil.Unfortunately Anambra State Govt Employed this ugly Vampire. With blood of hundreds of innocent souls on his hands. |
PAGE 2 OF THE ARMAGEDDON CALLED THE AWKUZU SARS UNDER CSP JAMES NWAFOR. EYE WITNESS ACCOUNT. ===================================== This is a continuation of the earlier piece as captioned above. After 4 or 5 days that Csp Sunday Okpe, the second in command to O/C James Nwafor brought me out of the condemned cell 5 of AWKUZU Sars , the case has hanged at that point because there was no complainant. One week, two weeks, three weeks and four weeks, still no complainant. I was practically free in the whole premises. Releasing me is a problem because how do they explain the hotel demolition? Charging me to court was equally a problem because there was no complainant. An attempt was made through my wife Barrister Mrs Nkeiru Mokwe, to convince me to let it all be one of those things, afterall, that I have a lot of properties and I am alive according to James Nwafor. My wife made him to understand that, the man she is married to will not understand such preaching. She nevertheless mentioned it to me on one of her regular visits to see me, it ended before she completed the preaching. When all failed, Csp James Nwafor called me and Dr Justin Nwankwo one early and told us that we were being charged to court and bundled us to the magistrate court Onitsha, all to protect the System from embarrassment. At the court, we were charged for murdering one Nnaelu Okafor and we were remanded in the prison custody. I called Justin and told him that our combined intelligence can solve the matter. I made him to understand that, for James Nwafor to frame us with the very name, the individual must be a criminal and he must have died. We needed to investigate the name and the prison is the ideal place for such investigation. We threw away big manisim and started mixing with everyone including known criminals in the prison and we became lucky. We were able to get all the details of the boy including his town, village and his parents name. We also discovered that the boy was the MASSOB commander at their SILAS WORKS FEGGE ONITSHA BARRACK as they call it. We then contacted two of my employees outside of the prison and gave them all the details we gathered and told them to buy a tape recorder and trace the parents of the boy . After some days, they came back and visited us in the prison. They succeeded in tracing the parents of the boy at Ifite Ogwari town and the mother of the boy confirmed every information that we got in the prison and all of it was on tape . Mr Odogwu and mr Nwanguma of NOPRIN ( NETWORK ON POLICE REFORM IN NIGERIA) was contacted for additional confirmation . Both men went together and eventually confirmed the authenticity of the information. According to the mother, the son was arrested by the AWKUZU Sars on the 29th of April 2013 as the head of MASSOB. He was arrested at SILAS WORKS FEGGE ONITSHA and taken to AWKUZU. She mentioned the name of the IPO at AWKUZU sars along with many times she took farm produce to him so that his son will be released. Meanwhile, Nnaelu Okafor was arrested by Sars on the 29th of April, Upper class hotel incident happened on August 1st , 3 months interval and Sars did not release the boy within the period. Gentlemen the knockout became total when the woman mentioned the name of the IPO she was sending farm produce to for the release of the son, the Sars officer happens to be our own IPO also. The woman promptly filled an affidavit in the court affirming the details of Sars arrest of her son and concluded by demanding the bail bond with which her son was released before he was externally killed by another person. That pretty well killed the set up. The police disappeared and so did Anambra state government. They have been running till date. |

THE ARMAGEDDON CALLED THE AWKUZU SARS UNDER CSP JAMES NWAFOR. AN EYE WITNESS ACCOUNT. This is going to be unusually lengthy for my piece but, it is necessary to enable a comprehensive understanding of the modus operandi of Awkuzu Sars under Csp James Nwafor. I will try as much as possible to narrow it down to the essential points. My coming in contact with the outfit started on August 1st 2013, when my Upper class hotel was demolished. On the very date, I drove into my hotel from my residence at around 7.30 in the morning. Minutes after that, a truck load of Police men arrived and surrendered my hotel. It did not take long before the crowd started gathering outside of the hotel as I looked through my office window. It took sometime before some of the police officers walked into my office with Dr Justin Nwankwo. My other hotel staff has already been beaten to a pulp down stairs. I introduced myself and they said that they wanted to search the whole of the hotel premises and I said no problem. We started from the last floor of the hotel, room after room and most of the rooms were occupied by guests that are mostly traders from Cameron. We finally got to the first floor but before then, one of the officers had demanded that we show them room 102. When we got to room 102, the door was locked and I turned and asked Dr Nwankwo Justin whether a guest paid for the room the day before and he said yes. I asked about the manifest of the hotel lodging and he said that he had submitted the police copy to SCIB at the Central Police station Onitsha which every hotel is obligated to do before 7A.M. every day. I instructed him to bring our own copy which he hurriedly did and we showed it to the police. The guest gave his name as John Obi. The officers insisted on breaking the door and I pleaded with them to wait for the guest for some time. the customers of Upper class hotel are predominantly traders from Cameron and Niger republic and that they carry a lot of cash with them. That has been the case since 1974 the hotel was built because of its nearness to main market Onitsha. Before I could finish, they broke the door and entered the room. We saw black polyethylene bags ( waterproof) all over the room with an open suitcase. The officers then opened the wardrobe and brought out a bag. Inside the bag was two human skulls with sand all over them and two rusted and unservicable AK47 guns. I was promptly leg chained on both legs and Dr Justin Nwankwo was handcuffed. I was taken to the outside corridor of the hotel and made to kneel down while holding the exhibits and they took pictures. At that point, from the faces I saw amongst the crowd with axes and matchet , I then knew where the whole incident came from, hazzard of land business along with motor park duel. By the time I was led downstairs, practically most of the police officers has all headed back to the station with the exception of the ones that accompanied me. The crowd were surging to clearly mob me. Luckily for me, I came to the office with my Q56 infinity SUV and the leg chain gave me some space to drive. As I entered my SUV and started the Engine and pushed down the vehicle auxiliary, I turned around to the police officers and told them that I already know what happened and that if the crowd rushes at me, I will fill up the MORTUARY at the general hospital Onitsha including myself. As I surged on, one of the police officers opened the vehicle door and started firing rapidly in the air. That pretty well saved me and some of those people. From the Area command Onitsha, we headed to Awkuzu Sars with Csp James Nwafor and his team. Dr Justin Nwankwo and the staff were packed in one vehicle while I myself, Csp James Nwafor and three other Sars officers were in another vehicle . When we got to the present ROAD SAFETY office along the Enugu/Onitsha, before you get to Awkuzu Sars, James Nwafor turned around and said to me: 1. You will never see that hotel again. 2. He will kill me whether I am innocent or or not and that, if I am innocent, may my blood be on him and his children. When we then entered Awkuzu proper, Dr Justin Nwankwo was kept in their torture hall while I was taken behind the torture hall where James Nwafor mostly does his killing. Behind the very torture hall , I was chained to a local weight lifting device . After some period James Nwafor came back with some officers along with one other officer I latter discovered to be his deputy by name Csp Sunday Okpe. Sunday Okpe inspected the exhibits for some time and asked me the following questions: 1. Where the exhibits recovered in my office and I said no, it was recovered in a guest room. 2. Do we have hotel manifest and I answered yes that we submitted the police copy early in the morning but that my manager has a duplicate copy. He inspected the exhibits yet again and said that the skulls looks old and that the guns has not been in use for a long time, why all in one bag he asked while the rest looks on. As a turned to leave, he muttered; this looks like mago mago. His observation did not stop James Nwafor. Not long after that, one of the officers came back with an already written statement and I was asked to sign. I refused saying that I am quite capable of writing my own statement. My torture commenced immediately. I was overpowered and my shirt was removed from me. They then wrapped my neck with the shirt and then followed it will a green rope and they started pulling from both ends. Gentlemen I was gone. They then appended my thumprint on the prepared statement that substantiated the allegations against me. Meanwhile Dr Justin Nwankwo was seeing hell in the torture hall. When I eventually regained consciousness, I found myself in their death chamber called cell 5. It is the cell that is reserved for those James Nwafor will kill. Congested and extremely dirty. Food is not allowed in the very Cell unless periodic loafs of bread which is shared in slices. One bucket of water every day for drinking. The shock of my life happened on the second or the third day of being in the very cell 5. There is this small boy of between the age of 19 and 22, a second year Engineering student of FUTO. He calls me uncle. He told me that he is an only son of the mother and that his supremely rich uncle, based in lagos wanted to annex his own father's portion of family land and that his father is late. His resistance against the uncle landed him at Sars as a kidnapper and armed robber. Then, it was either in the second or third night of my staying in the condemned cell, the door of the cell opened late one night. What I saw was a touch light. Names were being called one after the other, 17 names in all including the small boy and they were ordered out and the door closed back. It did not take more than 15 minutes, gunshots filled the air, nne moh nne moh is all I could hear. The 17 young men were slaughtered cold blood. I lost it that night. My system just shut down. It was either the 4th or 5th day that the door opened one morning and it was the same Sunday Okpe that called my name and told me to come out. No energy was left in me because I have not eaten real food except periodic slices of bread. He bought me something to eat along with a malt drink. I was subsequently transferred to cell 1. After some days, I was called into James Nwafor's office to see my wife and my lawyer professor Umenweke Nnama Meshach. I tried to get Dr. Justin Nwankwo to join me but they refused. As time went on, I discovered that the case has hanged because there was no complainant. Even James Nwafor voiced out some frustration when he said, the hotel demolition was too fast. This is the same person that told me that I will never see the hotel again. He became unusually friendly towards me but I knew it was a damage control .The latitude then allowed me to study what truly obtains at the AWKUZU Sars. I witnessed some of the tortures and I became aware of some their cases along with what really happens in the place. 1. I witnessed an incident when a young trading apprentice was arrested by Sars on behalf of the master over a missing 250,000 or thereabout . He broke his spinal cord and died when he was subjected to what they call HANGING TORTURE. He was written off as an armed robber. 2. I witnessed an incident during what they call verification excise or something like that. All the inmates will be brought out in the open yard and all will be seated on the ground. When your name is called, you will stand up and answer some questions. There is this boy that was called up and James Nwafor asked him; Are you from Ogidi ? before the boy could finish saying no, James shot him with a silver coloured pistol which is always with him. The boy bled to death right there. 3. I also witnessed the practice of shifting inmates in the middle of the night to Nneni for the purposes of dodging official inspection of the place. Nneni Sars annex is another abattoir. Starvation of inmates and outright shooting is the rule their. If the government undertakes the excavation of the perimeter of the Nneni anex, The Ezu river will be a joke compared to what will be discovered. I saw other killings at the very place. Every morning, the inmates of CELL 1 will be called to carry a dead body or two behind the torture hall. Any individual that has been detained by Sars for an extended period of time will tell you exactly that. Let me clarify an issue here. Csp James Nwafor does not release proven kidnappers or armed robbers, he kills them but, with a negotiated huge amount of money, James will at most, charge the person to court. Outright release of the person is off as far as I know. What I also know is that, he can be bought to do a particular job, death inclusive, if the price is right. Let me stop here but there are more details. If the government of the day is desirous of appeasing the victims of Sars, the government should offer immunity to some officers that served under James Nwafor and they will lead investigators to the exact location of corpse dump in the vicinity of Nneni. Some of the Sars victims can at least recover the body of their loved ones for burial.
