But why is the aviation minister saying this now.Was he not junior aviation minister for 4 long years ?? How long does it take a serious minister or govt to fix potholes on a runway.
For crying out loud, Okowa did not just fix runway potholes but he extended the length of the Asaba airport within his first year in office, now the airport can safely land bigger aircraft
