That's the particular of prayer 1- That Tinubu was not eligible to contest. It falls under ground 1. The drug case is Obi's evidence while the prayer / relief sought is that Tinubu should be disqualified. The petition is what it is- a total blackmail. Obi has no fictitious mandate to reclaim. The court will strike it out. |
The Marxist club codenamed Loser's Party reached it's climax on 25th February 2023. It can only go downwards. With a woeful Gubernatorial outing, the party is dead and buried. Obi can defect to NNPP and become the Vice president of Kano State. |
Obi bringing drug case, certificate and whatnot. His petition is dead on arrival. |
The petition looks like it was drafted by Ariaria market legal department. |
Obi wants to challenge and reclaim a fictitious mandate but wants Tinubu disqualified because of certificate and drug case 😂 Obidîots living up to their name. Obi's case is dead on arrival! |
udeh3:If he accessed BVAS, his main argument shouldn't be to disqualify Tinubu. |
Tareq1105:Exactly. The APC senatorial ticket was given to another candidate after Tinubu picked Shettima. At no time did Shettima contest as vice president and senator. The candidate contested and won senatorial elections. This is the weakest presidential election petition I've seen. |
These obidîots are nuts 😂 What's the difference? Premium Times gave a summary of the prayers/ reliefs he sought. The best possible result for Obi from the day he got the Labour Party ticket was always a rerun of the elections. He didn't get 25% in 24 States. The tribunal cannot declare him winner of the election. Contrary to the rumours spread on social media, nowhere in the entire electoral act mentions electronic transmission of results. Obi knows he lost. His lawyers know he lost. Coming out to admit his loss will make his supporters pessimistic that he may ever win. His best hope is to push the narrative the INEC and the judiciary denied his mandate. This is the weakest presidential election petition in Nigeria's history. The PDP who came second have realized they have no case. 4 of the prayers will be struck out by the court and the court will only focus on the 25% in the FCT contention to clarify their earlier decisions. The Judges should get prepared for insults from obidîots. Prayer 1 & 2 that Tinubu is not qualified and didn't score 25% in the FCT are their main arguments. The rest are alternatives. It is based on the premise that if Tinubu was not qualified to contest ab initio that his votes did not count and therefore Obi had the highest votes cast and scored 25% in at least 24 States. Read the paper. |
OlawaleBammie:You're free. |
Goodconcept78:Why not? You're free to copy any of my posts. My Nairaland posts are not covered by patent or IP laws. I see a lot of them on Twitter and I'm proud. |
bennytrips27:I'm classified as a minority because my father and mother are from different states of the South South. The advantage I have is that I get to hear the prejudices the major tribes have against each other. I know what a typical Igbo man thinks about a Yoruba man. He's spitting facts. They stereotype Yoruba women as dirty and an abomination nobody should go close. They say it confidently in their discussions. 19 out of 20 of my Igbo friends not living in Lagos posted GRV on their Whatsapp status on the eve of gubernatorial elections - facts. Ask neutral stories of how Igbos were violent at Lagos polling units on election day. |
BreconHills:Typical Igbos for you. I know many poor people they mocked for being too poor to have a choice. I know many diligent Yoruba workers that were sacked after Obi's loss because they celebrated Tinubu's win. Festus Keyamo is fighting for one of those industrious girls. |
Solodu is a good man! A fighter! APGA won most seats in the State House of Assembly in the just concluded elections. At least Anambra will enjoy political stability where the legislature will not fight the executive because of vengeance. I was worried that he'd be impeached. |
This is Kenneth Okonkwo's closest chance to political power. He can't let it slip away from him after being an ardent APC stalwart for years without a reward. He may be appointed as a commissioner in Enugu state if the LP candidate wins. The sequel to Living in Bondage (Breaking Free) is one of my favourite Nollywood products. I have nothing against the man. I wish him success. |
Obi solidified his candidacy by capitalizing on his christian ticket against three major Muslim candidates. Every place Obi won outside the South East was because he was the only christian on the ticket. Plateau State, Nasarawa State, The FCT and Lagos. Put Prof Osinbajo side by side with Obi, and Obi will not win those States. There's nothing charismatic about him outside the South East. Soludo prediction was based on an ethnic point of view. He didn't consider the religious statement which mattered more to most christians in the election. |

ZUBY77:Shut up. My mother is from AKWA Ibom states. I'm 1/2 AKWA Ibom, 1/2 Rivers State. |
AdaojoTheUrchin:We don't pursue visitors in the Niger Delta. |
Igbos trying to set us, the Niger Delta people, against Yorubas. It failed before it even started. Understand that Igbos are always the scapegoat and their properties are sweeter to take over 😂 I won't say more. |
Lol. Is it a crime to invest in Ebonyi or Imo? |
Hope Uzodinma will be reelected. Congratulations in advance to the best Governor of Imo State. |
Displace Dangote as the Richest man in Nigeria. |
gidgiddy:Your tears are delicious. I'm 100% sure that you're depressed anywhere you are. I'm very happy that you are sad. |
Fake news. APC is a party that supports women and we must elect the first female governor in Nigeria by fire or force. Misogynists from PDP and Losers party can go to hell. |
Blizzy9ja:Go to threads before elections and see Igbos insulting Tinubu, Abiola and Awolowo. Yorubas can also remind them of how Ojukwu used 3 million lives to play ping pong 😂 |
One thing I have noticed in life is that if you associate with a winner, you'll always win. If you support a loser, you will always lose. G-5 were five deviant Governors of the PDP. Wike, Makinde, Ortom , Ugwuanyi and Ikpeazu. Wike and Makinde went with a serial winner, Tinubu, because of logic. Ortom, Ugwuanyi and Ikpeazu supported a serial loser, Pandora, because of emotions. Tinubu won. Wike's successor has won. Makinde has been reelected. They've achieved their political goals excellently against the claims of Obidîots that they will go into oblivion Ortom failed his Senatorial bid and lost his State to the APC in the Gubernatorial elections. Ugwuanyi failed his Senatorial bid. Ikpeazu failed his Senatorial bid and is currently losing his State to the LP. Patriots, lift your heads up high in pride! Don't be sore losers but be optimistic. You will be successful in all areas of your life as long a you celebrate the victory of a successful man. His tenure will favour you. You will buy that car, build that house and marry that sweet potato under Asiwaju's reign. If you're quoting me, it should be to say Amen! I'm prophesying right now! |
