Using a good hosting like a2hosting.com is as attached in the image plus domain name (.com) registration of $14.95.

For web4africa, domain (.com.ng) is ₦1600 while hosting is ₦600 to ₦4,500 per month depending on choice.

A2hosting will be faster in page loading compared to web4africa especially when much people are trying to access the site simultaneously. A2hosting will also be easier to setup forum as they have lesser restrictions on server side scripting modules (php functions) that can be loaded out of the box.
