Why is this always common with these type of roofing? On this forum alone, I can point to about 3 - 5 call-me-back installs

@diordavies you don’t need a pitch to send down the rain. I’d imagine the pitch you’d have on a building as tall as a Burj khalifa.

Neither does 200ft kingpost increase the value of your property.
