While some say they are fighting for Biafra to emerge, others say Biafra is here. But what they have in common is confusion.

Whenever the issue of the Biafran map comes up, they run into hiding. How then will you be fighting and dying for a nation without a MAP?

Which foreign country of body will take your agitation serious, when you dont know the geographical location of your proposed nation?

Well i am here to simplify things and end the confusion.

Nnamdi Kanu the FENDI FIGHTER, said that any ethnic group that their women ties 2 RAPA, are Biafrans grin grin grin

Today it has become glaring as to who is Biafran and who is not.

The easiest way to define the coverage of Biafra, is the " SIT AT HOME" .

Sit at home is an order given to the so called Biafrans. Those who obey the order are Biafrans. Those who do not obey are not Biafrans.

Bellow is a list of states that obey the order. Those states are the so called Biafra.

In time, you will realize rather too late how stupid you been all along.
You will look back and regret every bit of your aspersion on Biafra.
You and your offspring will be remembered for standing with the enemy against your own people.

Biafra will be free even if it sits on a plot of land. We are going home brother.

I'm just so angry, Very angry. APC fanboys keep telling us how Buhari is the best President ever in Nigeria but here we are an ASUU is still on strike.
What then differentiate Goodluck Jonathan's Government and that of Buhari if the man can sit down and watch as ASUU remain on strike and yet his praise singers will come singing his praises just for building two Bridges and two railways? I don't understand how a supposedly caring President can sit and watch as Universities go on strike.....if that is not wickedness I hardly know what it is.

A serious Government would have settled ASUU strike even before they announced it but here we have a Government that doesn't care about it's people or their good
Hopefully, they will lose this 2023 election because we can't continue like this.

I have never seen a wicked Government than that of President Muhammad Buhari. Only evil leaders will sit and watch as Universities go on strike.

2 years ago, Universities went on strike for 9 months and the president did nothing..... I'm inclined to believe this one will last longer than this with ASUU demanding for 1 trillion naira. It is simply outrageous.

Dear Muhammad Buhari, the Nigerian Students are begging you, we don't want an extra year in school. Please do something about the ASUU strike, not just for our sake but for your legacy sake.

The fool donated ASUU's money to Afghanistan.

The Chinese construction workers are actually being paid by the Chinese construction company and not the nigerian government, any Nigerian going to "rebuild" Ukraine is only going there for slave labor, because all the technical and well paying jobs will be firstly given to their qualified citizens, then to qualified european citizens leaving the manual and unskilled jobs for Nigerian migrants. It's slave labour.

Ask your useless government to give our teeming graduates some slave labour. They will be willing to accept it.

Be grateful for once. Do you know how much is paid per hour in Ukraine compared to the peanut you pay your workers per month?

Ukraine pays 120 hryvnia per hour. convert that to Naira and you will realize that Nigerian workers are actually SLAVES.

Who taught you history?

He needs to be flogged.

So you have never heard of "Abram Petrovich Gannibal" the first black general of Czar Russia. A black person freed and adopted by the Czar of Russia as his son after the ottomans gave him to Russia as a gift in 17th century. One of the century when the West consider black people as apes good for slavery.

Your case is beyond redemption. I swear.

Many unemployed graduates are wasting and littered all the streets of Lagos, PH, Enugu etc.
Buhari invited the chinese to rebuild railway and they came with their fellow chinese.

For those dreaming of leave this evil country called Nigeria, good tidings is on the way.

Reports from credible sources have it that African will be needed to rebuild Ukraine after Russian siege.
Some Nigerians in the early hours of Tuesday besieged the Ukrainian embassy expressing their willingness to join in the
fight against Russia.

Their desire is not unconnected with the level of insecurity, nepotism, poor resource management and bad governance prevalent
in Mohamadu Buhari administration.

Those that will be given visa for the job on reconstruction of of Ukraine are mostly those that have degree in all forms of engineering, including those with basic knowledge in building technology, the report said.

Politics / Re: Press Release By Ijaws Of Egbema Clan: Rejoinder. by Naijabad: 12:17pm On Feb 28, 2022
giftibo:
PRESS RELEASE BY IJAWS OF EGBEMA CLAN: REJOINDER.

1. The attention of the Toru-Ibe Ijaws of Edo state has been drawn to the Rejoinder of the Benin Traditional Council Christened Press Release by the Ijaws of Egbema clan: REJOINDER: In the said rejoinder the Benin Chiefs affirm that the Ijaws as a people have no God given lands in Edo State, particularly Benin area". They continued: "In conjunction with representatives of Ugbo and Itsekiri people we have proved in previous Press statement that the Ijaws in Warri, Benin and Ugbo land are migrants and settlers."
2. To say the least, nothing can be farther from the truth. In fact, the reverse is the case. It is the Binis, the Itsekiris and the Ilajes who are laying false and baseless claims to Ijaws lands in Edo, Delta and Ondo States, and that they are the migrants and settlers in Ijaw land. The Ijaws In Edo, Delta and Ondo States are in their own God given lands from time immemorial.
3. While the Itsekiris in Warri, Delta state, the Ilajes (Mahin) in Ondo state including the Binis in Edo state, are all in Ijaw-lands. The Itsekiris descendants of Ginuwa I, the rejected and banished eldest son of Oba Olua of Benin in the 15th century, precisely 1480AD. came from Benin; the Ilajes (Mahins) from Ile-Ife while the Binis migrated from Egypt, after a short stay in the Sudan and Ile-Ife, to Ijaw lands.
4. In all probability the Press statement to which these Bini Chiefs are referring is very likely to be the one they conspired with Itsekiris and Ilajes to publish in the Nigerian Tribune of March 31,1994 and repeated in the Guardian of April 10th, 1994.
5. We published a very adequate and comprehensive response to all their false-hoods in a Press statement published in the Sunday Tribune of June 26,1994, to which these Bini Chiefs have no clues till today; that in reality the reverse is the case, that the Binis, Itsekiris and the Ilajes are the migrants, squatters and settlers in Ijaw land.
6. The history of the Ijaws in Nigeria including the Toru-Ibe Ijaws of Edo State, Egbema Ijaws in Delta State and the Arogbo Ijaws in Ondo State as the aborigines of both the Niger Delta and wherever they are found in the Nigerian Coast board has never been questioned or disputed. No history or historian has been able to establish that the Ijaws of Nigeria migrated from any where to the coast which they have been identified with. While many other ethnic groups in Nigeria have traced their origins to countries outside Nigeria, the Ijaws of the Niger Delta have no home other than their present habitat the Niger Delta which stretches from the Eastern Adonis in Akwa-Ibom state through the Rivers, Bayelsa, Delta, Edo and Ondo States. But on the other hand the Binis migrated from Egypt via the Sudan to Ile-Ife; the Itsekiris came from Benin, and so by implication, from Ile-Ife , and the Ilajes from Ile-Ife. The Ijaws are in their proper original home in the Niger Delta of Nigeria.
In other words whereas, there was a time when there was none of these people- Binis, Itsekiris and Ilajes (Mahins)- in the riverine places that they are now falsely claiming to be their own, the Ijaws, the most ancient people in Nigeria, have always been in these riverine areas, their natured habitat.
7. WITNESS OF HISTORY TO IJAW AUTOCHTHONISM IN NIGERIA
History books are replete with the fact that the Ijaws are the most ancient and indigenous inhabitants of wherever they are found in the riverine areas in Benin, Warri and Ugbo. In fact, it is the verdict of history that the Ijaws are the most ancient people in the whole of Nigeria, and are among the most ancient in West Africa. We shall quote a few historians who testify to this fact. Professor J.S, Coleman in his book titled Nigeria: Background to Nationalism (Los Angeles, 1963, p. 28) describes the Ijaws as "perhaps the most ancient in West Africa whose Language has little or no affinity with any other in Nigeria ". In similar vein Professors Stride and Ifeka submit: "Some of the oldest inhabitants of the Atlantic Coast are the Jola, Pepeh and Sorer of the Senegambia, and Sherbro and Bulom of Sierra Leone. Along the Guinea Coast, the Lagoon folk of Ivory Coast, the Guan of Southern Ghana and the Ijaws of the Niger Delta (underlining ours) must be included among the most ancient of the coastal dwellers." (.G.T Stride and C. Ifeka, peoples and empires of West Africa 1000-1800, 1971, P.S).
8. Dr. P.A Talbot, once acting Resident of Benin Division (1920), calls the Ijaws "this strange people- a survival from the dim past beyond the dawn of history- whose language and customs are distinct from those of their neighbors and without trace of any tradition of time before they were driven-southwards into these regions of sombre mangroves." (Tribes of the Niger Delta, 1932, p.5). In another context, Dr. Talbot submits firmly; "their (Ijaws) origin is wrapped in mystery. The people inhabit practically the whole Coast, some 250 miles in length, stretching between the Ibibio and Yoruba. The Niger Delta therefore, is…occupied by this strange people." (Ibid)
9. Professor Wilfrid D. Hambly testifies: " Beliefs held by the Ijaws are of particular interest because these people are probably the oldest inhabitants of Nigeria."(Serpent Worship in Africa, (Chicago, U.S.A. 1931, p.16). In another context, Professor Wilfrid Hambly declares firmly: "Pythons are held sacred throughout the region of Marsh lands and waters inhabited by the most ancient tribe of all, the Ijaws." "(underlining ours Ibid).
10. These and more are objective and honest historians and writers who have no ulterior motive for their work. They are unanimous in their submission that the Ijaws are the indigenous and most ancient people of the Delta and the riverine, coastal areas of Nigeria.
The Binis , Itsekiris and Ilajes who say the Ijaws are strangers, settlers , tenants or squatters in the Nigeria coast line are betraying themselves as liars, deceivers, and people engaged in dirty, expansionist politicking and who are bound to fail.
11. ITSEKIRI - ORIGIN
As a matter of fact, a historian, William Moore, an Itsekiri himself actually called the Itsekiris and the Ilajes (Mahins) squatters in Ijaw-land. He writes: "Prior to the advent of the Bini Ginuwa (i.e 1480), the territory now known as the Kingdom of Itsekiri or Iwere, was inhabited by three tribes, namely, the Ijaws, Sobos (Urhobo) and Mahins (Ilajes)… (The Sobos) occupied the hinterland, while the Ijaws occupied the coastline, and the Mahins (llajes) squatted on the sea-shore near the Benin River… the Mahins (Ilajes) hailed from Akoko and Ikale in the province of Ondo, Nigeria." (History of Itsekiri, 1970), P. B.
12. In another context, William Moore submits: "Prince Ginuwa first landed at Amatu (an Ijaw town) where he squatted for about three decades, he moved to Oruselomo where he married an Ijaw woman named Derumo… a dispute arose between him and the Ijaws of Gulani on account of the woman Derumo who was killed by him… he fled to Ijala where he later died…" (Ibid. pp. 18 - 20).
13. According to Chief Dr. Egharevba, "Oba Olua knew that his eldest son Iginua was hated by the Binis for the bad advice he had given against the people. He decided to send him away… The Oba did not wish the scheme to be known to his chiefs in order that they might send their sons to accompany him as his subjects so he cunningly asked them to send their sons with Iginua (Ginuwa) to sacrifice for him by the sea… Olua made a big box and filled it with the necessary royal attire… and to conceal the secret put the sacrificial victims on the top. He had made arrangements in advance for Ijaw men to take Igniua and his retinue in their canoes to their destination… Being very proud and fond of wearing fine clothes he was nicknamed "Iginua the proud". He was also very cunning and cruel. " (A Short History of Benin, 1968, P. 21).
14. Ginuwa's (Iginua) retinue was made up of seventy (70) all male including Ginuwa and all first sons of Bini Chiefs. There was no single woman among them. The Ijaws took them in their canoes to Amalu. After waiting for a long time and seeing that their sons did not return, the Bini chiefs realised that they had been deceived by their Oba. So they sent warriors to Ugharagin (now Oghareki) to fetch their sons home. But they had been ferried across the river by the Ijaws who refused to co-operate with the Bini chiefs, so, their mission failed.
15 Apart from accommodating these seventy men and giving them land to stay, the Ijaws gave wives to these seventy to marry and taught them all the techniques of living in the rivers including how to make river craft.
16. This is the story of the Itsekiri people who are actually the tenants, squatters and settlers in Ijawland as any reader can see for himself/herself.
17. ILAJES (MAHINS) - ORIGIN
The Ilajes met the Arogbo-Ijaws in the home land of the latter people. The Ilajes escaped from Ile-Ife a few centuries ago running for their dear life because of the misunderstanding between them and their kith and kins in Ile-Ife. They arrived in Ijawland in the present Ondo State and pleaded to be sheltered. Thus the Ilajes whose countrymen, the Yoruba are hinterland based people found themselves settled along the Atlantic sea-coast separated from the hinterland by the Arogbo-Ijaw clan who inhabit the fresh water swamps of the Delta adjoining the mainland. This historical event explains why the oldest Ilaje-towns can only be found along the Atlantic coast line and not more than a few decades old. The Arogbo-Ijaws taught the Ilajes the art of swimming, fishing, house building and canoe-paddling the only mode of transportation in the area.
18. This story was corroborated by the testimony of the then Olugbo-Elect, Crown Prince Adebanjo Akingbade Mafimisebi. He is now the substantive Olugbo of Ugbo. Testifying before the Justice Ajakaiye Chieftaincy Commission of Inquiry sitting at Akure, he deposed as follows: "The Ugbo-Kingdom in the Ilaje-Ese Odo Local Government of Ondo State existed before Oduduwa came to Ile-Ife. Ugbo (Ilaje) Kingdom is one of the ancient Kingdoms in Yorubaland as a whole, and the people (Ilajes) were originally (underlining ours) in Ile-Ife before Oduduwa (father of the Yorubas) came and raided them. They first settled at Oke Mafunranyan (High Hill) which was later known as Oke-Igbo, and later migrated to the Arogbo-Ijaw riverine area of Ondo State." (See Sunday Sketch, June 19, 1988.
19. This history of Ilaje settlement in their present habitat is further corroborated in a short history of the Ilajes by an expatriate, Patriarch J. G. Campbell who stated that the Ilajes left Ile-Ife to Ese-Odo area where they were assisted by the Ijos (Ijaws) to settle in their new environment.
20. The said press statement by the conspirator Chiefs was released on the eve of the so called Constitutional Conference organised by the Abacha Administration. Its intention was to mislead, misinform and deceive the public, the Abacha Government and the delegates to the conference to deny us our request for a separate Local Government - Toru-Ibe Local Government Area.
21. The present Rejoinder by these writers has the same intention: to misinform, mislead and deceive the public and the Federal and State Governments in the on-going Boundary delimitation exercise embarked upon by the National Boundary Commission. The third purpose of these conspirators is to show the Ijaws in a bad light, all in their attempt to corner our God-given oil rich lands.
22. They insulted the whole Ijaw race by describing it as " a nomadic and highly sedentary race that migrate to other places to live, "using their canoes in the water ways and settling on shore to engage in their fishing business." These are very inflamming words , and these chiefs owe an unreserved apology to the Ijaw ethnic nationality.
23. The Ijaws are neither nomads, migrants nor settlers, as we shall prove very presently.
But we are proud that we have our own river-craft, canoes, with which we ply our criss-cross rivers, rivulets and seas all over the coast of Nigeria and convey our goods and goods of others; we are not beast of burden like these chiefs who heave their loads on their heads and shoulders, walking miles and miles some times on bare foot.
24. Secondly, these Bini Chiefs are either very ignorant people or they are just being mischievous, out to deceive, misinform and mislead the public and governments. Their own son, late Chief (Dr.) Jacob Uwagboe Egharevba wrote that they are actually, the migrants, that they migrated from Egypt to the Sudan, and then migrated from the Sudan to Ile-Ife and then again migrated from Ile-Ife to the present place, and that "Tradition says that they (the Binis) met some people who were in the land before their arrival "(A Short History Benin, Ibadan University Press, 1968, P.1).
25. And the people, they met in the land were the Ijaws who ferried them across the Ovia river with their river-craft (Ibid. pp. 6&9) which the Bini Chiefs tried to ridicule. This duty of ferrying Binis and other people across Ovia River the Ijaws continued to perform creditably over the years until a few decades ago when bridges were constructed across the River Ovia. When vehicles appeared in Nigeria the Ijaws wisely joined two or three big canoes together to continue to do their job of ferrying men and goods across the river Ovia. The last Ijaw ferryman was chief Beyo of Ikoro, an Ijaw community in Ovia North-East Local Government Area.
26 In his book titled. The Origin and Titles of Yoruba Rulers (n.d. p.3) E. A. Kenya writes about the new comers (the Binis) "Up till that time the Oba of (Benin) and his people were pure Yoruba and did not understand the language of the aborigines who usually saluted themselves and the people thus: 'A doo', dolo o; and whenever the Oba's people saw these aborigines they used to call them "Ados".
27 S. K. Owonaro corroborates Kenyo's statement. He writes: "To the proposal Prince Godo readily consented. He therefore left Ife with the old woman and the regalia of authority… He migrated southwards till he got to the present site of Benin City where he met with some people known as Ifa, or Edos." (The History of Ijo and Her Neighbouring Tribes in Nigeria, 1949, p. 94).
28 And according to P. C. Lloyd, "… Yoruba was the Court language in Benin both before and at the time of Ginuwa's departure (in 1480), hence its use at Ode Itsekiri". (The Benin Kingdom and the Edo speaking Peoples of Southern Nigeria by R.E. Bradbury with a section on the Itsekiri by P. C. Llyod. 1957, p. 179).
29 Ado o., dolo o are the greetings of the Ijaws till today, an incontrovertible evidence that the aborigines Kenyo wrote about are the Ijaws. The aliens (the Binis) ridiculed and nicknamed the Ijaws Ados which in the corrupt form Edo/Ado became the name of the Edo people, their language, and the city of Benin. The Ijaws are the aborigines of Benin and the entire land.
30 Thus there are two elements in Benin today. The Oba and his dynasty commencing with Prince Oranmiyan from Ile-Ife in 1170 AD represent the alien, Yoruba element while the Ogiamwen, the Uzama, (an Ijaw word meaning "Ijaw people or Ijaw town"wink and the Iyase represent the Ijaw aborigines (A. Ryder, Benin and the Europeans 1485 - 1897), 1969, pp. 3 - 8. Cf Egharevba, Op. Cit, pp. 9f)
31 This was why there was a near perfect harmony between the Binis and the Ijaws all over the Country until the reign of the present Oba of Benin who has put the spanner between people who had been living together in peace for centuries. His ambition is to be both Oba of Benin and the Oba of Toru-Ibe Ijaws. We consider this as an inordinate ambition, impossible to realise.
32 It is important to state at this juncture one very important historical fact. And this is to the effect that numberless centuries before the slave trade, during the slave trade and long after the inhuman human traffic no interior tribe including the Binis dared to found any village near a river, particularly the five so-called slave rivers, namely Rio Primeriro (First River), Rio Fermoso (the Beautiful River, now the Benin River), Riodos Escravos (the slave River), the Rio dos Forcados (the Swallowtail River) and the Rio dos Ramos (Creek River).

All of you will beg to leave Nigeria at the right time.

Politics / Re: The Emir Of Kano Has A Good Case Against Air Peace But by Naijabad: 12:49pm On Feb 26, 2022
Built2last:
The Emir of Kano has a good case against Air Peace but his palace official me$$ed up everything with his misplaced entitlement mentality.

His complaint was a rightous one but the remedy he sought from Air-Peace was undeniably wrong.

If Air Peace delayed their Banjul (Gambia) to Lagos flight by over an hour which made them arrive behind schedule for the Lagos-Kano flight, as alleged in the petition to the NCAA which Air Peace statement did not refute, then the Emir and his people were justified in expressing anger. And Air-Peace ought to be held accountable because the Emir and his entourage DID NOT deliberately arrive late for their 6:15am Lagos-Kano flight. The Air-line caused their lateness by delaying their Banjul-Lagos flight for whatever reason.

I hold the view that it is high time Airlines (I mean, all of them) were held responsible for cases of delayed flight or cancellation except in unavoidable cases such as bad whether or other safety reasons.

The problem in this case is, what the Emir reportedly asked Air-Peace to do as a remedy for delaying their Banjul-Lagos flight was to delay a Lagos-Kano first flight (which was already about taking off) for almost an hour to enable them join.

If Air-Peace had given in to that demand, it would have been akin to punishing innocent Kano-bound passengers just to assuage the good Emir and his entourage. I'm constrained to agree with Air-Peace that doing that would have exposed the revered traditional ruler to ridicule because the passengers would have surely revolted on seeing that a mere mortal was the reason they were kept waiting for an extra hour with its attendant losses in terms of missed appointments, meetings etc.

Solution to delayed flight cannot be to delay another flight. How can you keep people going about their businesses in an early morning first flight for a whole one hour just because you are waiting for one human being??

The claim that Air-Peace disrespected the Emir and by extension, the people of Kano is devoid of merit, in my opinion. That's unnecessary incitement and dog-whistling. And to think this claim was made even after the Airline had offered to put them in the 7am Lagos-Abuja flight from where they would be taken to Kano AT NO EXTRA COST makes it even more disappointingly appalling.

Had the Emir's complaint focused only on calling on the NCAA to make Air-Peace account for delaying their Banjul-Lagos flight for over one hour, it would have served the public more.

Well said.

It's not about how much you make in Nigeria.

This country is too volatile. Give yourself a chance by emigrating from Nigeria. Move to a sane society and build a life for yourself and your generation. Five years outside Nigeria is better than 20 years in Nigeria.

It's about the stability and sanity of the country, not about how much you make.

It's the same when it comes to job. Job security is more valuable than salary.

Follow this advice and you will be fine.

I am marveled a lot of the time how you guys reason. A terrorist sympathizer to continue from where chief terrorist left off. Just like canvassing support for Osibanjo whom has played an integral part in this failed government.

Remembered this?:
Buhari will handle insecurities.
Osibanjo will handle the economy.

I know Osibanjo will be a total and complete failure. Imagine a lawyer handling economy and a chief terrorist sympathizer handling insecurity.

No wonder security and economy are in complete shambles.

These are the very same people who were up in arms against Iyaloja general whose appointment is an age-long tradition proceeding the migration of ibos into SW. They talked down and hurled invectives at Babalojas and Iyalojas in Lagos markets.
It came as a shock that same people opposed to the installation of Babalojas and Iyalojas would gladly accept the installation of one of their own without batting an eyelid. If that is not the height of hypocrisy, I wonder what is.
The fact that these people, in the spirit of greed, would disrespect their hosts and throw at them all manner of insults, disregarding the conducive and friendly environment, atmosphere to strive, economic opportunities and sense of belonging and identity the host affords them.
How do you maintain a social relationship with people who kick against a cultural heritage of their host but turn around to celebrate it when it comes in their favour.
Since Babaloja is alien to the ibos, so, why accept the title?.. One would expect them to reject it with the same vigour they used in kicking against it whenever a Yoruba man is about to be installed.

Shut-up. You are inconsequential.

Support Biafra and they will leave you land in peace.

NNAMDI KANU’S LAWYER, IFEANYI EJIOFOR, IS DEEPLY ENTANGLED: HOW IT WILL LIKELY END

https://trendsdynamics..com/2022/02/nnamdi-kanus-lawyer-ifeanyi-ejiofor-is.html?m=1

Let us start from what we know for a certain, and from there we get to what we believe and can analyze. I want the reader to understand my process of presentation. We start from the certain truth and continue to the analytical truth, and from there to hypothesis and conjectural truth. It is easy to understand my writing and my presentation.

A certain truth is truth that does not depend on what I think or what you think. It is there for any person with eyes to see. Analytic truth is truth that you get to if you use your mind and connect certain truths. A certain truth requires the use of one of the five senses (seeing, hearing, smelling, tasting, and feeling by touching). An analytic truth, on the other hand, requires the use of the 6th sense, which is analytic sense. For instance: “2 + 2” (certain truth) “= 4” (analytic truth). You have 2 and 2, which is a certain truth. But what about “= 4”? “2 + 2” is certain truth. You can see the two numbers with your eyes. But you can’t see “=4” with your eyes. It is when you analyze the certain truth “2 + 2” that you will arrive at the other truth (the analytic truth), “=4”. So, “= 4” is analytic truth. So, in understanding the situation with Nnamdi Kanu case and Barrister Ejiofor’s legal problems, we have to combine the certain truth and get to the analytic truth.

CERTAIN TRUTH:

(1) “On the 28th of May, 2008, Barrister Ejiofor obtained the sum of N5,600,000 from one Mr. Ikechukwu Okpala under a false pretense”. He defrauded the man. He forged Power of Attorney and Deed of Assignment. Then he tried to use the forged document to steal somebody’s land. Finally, when he was caught, he tried to pay back the money, but he did that fraudulently too, by issuing a dud cheque. These acts exposed Ejiofor to legal jeopardy, which means that he knew in his conscience that he might be caught and if caught, he would be prosecuted, and if prosecuted, he would probably go to prison for up to 15 years. (This is certain truth because it is contained in the Charge pending against Ejiofor in FCT High Court No. 3, Maitama, Abuja).

(2) As a reasonable person would expect, the above actions of Ejiofor were reported to EFCC in 2015. In other words, for 7 years, Ejiofor failed to give Mr. Ikechukwu Okpala back his money (because Ejiofor already “ate” the money and did not have money to pay back). The EFCC arrested Ejiofor, obtained damaging and implicating statements from Ejiofor). And in 2016, the EFCC filed five-counts criminal indictment against Ejiofor. And from that moment, Ejiofor was standing trial for fraud and forgery, with very damaging evidence and admissions from him. (This is a certain truth too).

(3) In the same 2016, Nnamdi Kanu, who was arrested in October of 2015, engaged the services of Ejiofor, not knowing that Ejiofor was facing criminal charges and that Ejiofor had made damaging and self-implicating admissions to the EFCC and was actually begging EFCC for a plea bargain. Also, Ejiofor failed to inform either Nnamdi Kanu or anyone close to him that he (Ejiofor) was at the mercy of the same Nigerian Government and that he might not be able to fight the Government in any case involving treasonable or terrorism charges. (This is also a certain truth).

(4) Between 2016 and present, Ejiofor acted as Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyer and as lawyer for IPOB in very sensitive cases where he ought to be fighting the Nigerian government and seeking to hold the government to the tenets of the constitution. In his capacity as Nnamdi Kanu’s lawyer, Ejiofor ought to be able to challenge the government without any appearance of fear or favor. (This is also a certain fact, based on our knowledge of the role of a defense lawyer in criminal cases – He fights the government, more so in politically sensitive trials like trials for treason and terrorism).

(5) We also know as a fact that with IPOB proscribed, Ejiofor actually became the only visible representative of IPOB in Nigeria. Nobody else actually could publicly speak for IPOB without risking an arrest since IPOB was proscribed. So, for four years, the only person that could formally answer for IPOB was Ejiofor. He was indeed their operational head. He went beyond the bounds of lawyer’s professional responsibility. It would have been so easy for DSS to indict him for the same offenses he was supposed to be defending IPOB members against. (This is a also a statement of fact).

ANALYTIC TRUTH:

(1) With the criminal case where Ejiofor was already begging for plea bargain, he could not be free and independent enough to challenge the government on anything serious. You cannot fight against a government you are at its mercy. There is a clear conflict between the interest of Ejiofor (which is to please the government and get a plea bargain for himself) and the interest of Nnamdi Kanu in his criminal defense (which is to challenge the government and defeat the government in court). In normal scenario, this is how a plea bargain discussion goes: Ejiofor would ask the EFCC to give him a plea bargain on favorable terms. The EFCC would ask him: “And what do we get from you in return”? It is possible that Ejiofor would say: “I can help you get Nnamdi Kanu and destroy IPOB”. It is reasonable to know that Ejiofor would rather cooperate with the Government of Nigeria than to fight the Government. (It is analytically sound to believe, therefore, that Ejiofor did what every rational person in his circumstance would do, which was to try everything he could to please and appease the Government of Nigeria and to offer the Government anything he could, including to offer the Government the head of Nnamdi Kanu on a wooden plate).

(2) To present this in a dramatic and easy to understand fashion: The government will squeeze Ejiofor balls and Ejiofor will try to squeeze Nnamdi Kanu’s balls. You don’t get a plea bargain free of charge. You must give something to the government in order to get something in return. What does Ejiofor offer the government for the bargain he is expecting from them?

(3) It is also analytically true that the intelligence used by the Nigerian Government in dealing with Nnamdi Kanu and IPOB involved insider information. It is analytically true that the Nigerian secret service would not have known by themselves the details of Nnamdi Kanu’s movement from UK to Kenya and his movement within Nairobi unless someone gave them help. In fact, after Nnamdi Kanu was brought into Nigeria on June 29, 2021, the Nigerian Attorney General reported that it was as a result of collaborative efforts of partners. He made it clear that they did not do it alone. Who then did they work with? Kenyan Government initially denied any knowledge of the operation. Also, Nnamdi Kanu never revealed publicly that he was in Nairobi. That was information tightly known within the inner circle of IPOB. Who then among IPOB leaders would have a reason to cooperate with the Nigerian Government with such a high prized asset like the arrest of the leader of IPOB?

(4) There are multiple indicators that Nigerian Government could have been working with Ifeanyi Ejiofor. There are indications that Ejiofor was being handled by deep intelligence operators within the Nigerian secret services. Let me suggest some of the indicators:

(a) In December of 2019, Ejiofor was declared wanted by the Nigeria police for the events that lead to the killing of two police officers in Anambra State. The whole world knew that the police declared Ejiofor wanted. But what happened after that? Was Ejiofor ever arrested? Have you ever seen a situation where the police would go to the press and declare a person wanted for killing two senior police officers, and then never follow up? That sounds like some internal intervention. Somebody powerful must have sent a message to the police to say: “We need Ejiofor. He is useful to us. Don’t touch him yet. But gather the evidence you have on the murder case and let’s use it as additional pressure point on him”. Otherwise, please explain to me why Ejiofor would be declared wanted by the police for the death of two police officers and nothing was ever heard about it.

(b) Once IPOB became proscribed, all its activities became illegal under Nigerian law. Yes, Ejiofor is a lawyer and could be said to be acting as a lawyer. But it was clear that Ejiofor was not only a lawyer to IPOB. He was their spokesman. He was in touch not only with Nnamdi Kanu, but other leaders of IPOB. He was receiving money from them. Indeed, IPOB made it possible for Ejiofor to buy new cars, buy new suits, and even build a house. In 2015, Ejiofor was too poor to refund the money of Mr. Ikechukwu Okpala, even when faced with the prospects of arrest and prosecution for fraud. Yet, today the same Ejiofor managed to finance a chieftaincy tittle for himself. He even saw himself able to challenge Emeka Offor and publicly call Emeka Offor an idiot. That was the same Emeka Offor that paid his school fees. So, Ejiofor was not just a lawyer for IPOB. He has been their de facto leader. He used IPOB assets under his command. He would mobilize IPOB youths and use them as body guards to intimidate his village people, which led to the annoyance of Emeka Offor and the involvement of the Nigerian police. Ejiofor also used other tactical and operational assets of IPOB at will. For instance, Ejiofor knew the secret behind the name “Emma Powerful”. He knew that that was only an Alias which many people wrongly believed was a human being in the office of spokesperson for IPOB. Emma Powerful is an alias sold to the world as a real human being. Any of the inner circle of IPOB could make a statement and pass it off as a statement from IPOB spokesperson, Emma Powerful. If you doubt this, tell me who is Emma Powerful. We know others. We know Simon Okpa. We know which country he lives in. He is vocal and active. But do you know Emma Powerful? Have you even seen Emma Powerful? Where does he live? What does he look like? Emma Powerful is just an alias and Ejiofor used that name as he pleased. The fact is that the DSS and NIA operatives know this and that has been part of the scheme. Otherwise, they would have arrested Ejiofor for being an active operator of IPOB.

(c) If you remember well, in early 2020, Rambo of DPA revealed that there were signs that the Nigerian intelligence were actively operating within the IPOB ranks. If you think, you will remember when Rambo argued that IPOB was captured and that an element of its leadership were already under the control of the Nigerian intelligence. Many of you did not understand Rambo. At that time, it was not clear the intelligence handle within the top ranks of IPOB. Now, it is clearer. We now know that a key IPOB figure (its lawyer) has always been at the mercy of the Nigerian intelligence. This is an analytic truth.

(d) While still not able to do anything about the first time Ejiofor was declared wanted, the same Ejiofor got involved in yet another violence in his compound that resulted in what he described as an armed attack or assassination attempt, and it led to the killing of his PA. Ejiofor blamed it on the Nigerian police and claimed it was because he was the lawyer for IPOB. Yet, no arrests, no prosecution. Ejiofor was not even invited by the police to explain what happened in his compound. Why? How could all that be happening? As a former intelligence analyst myself, I could tell immediately that this was not normal.

(f) If you are implicated in killing two police officers (senior officers), you know that the Nigerian police will not let you go free. When a Deputy Police Commissioner was gunned down (probably by fellow officers) during the Shiite protest in Abuja, scores of Shiite members were arrested and dumped in prison. They are still facing murder trial. How come that the two officers were killed by what the police suggested were Ejiofor boys and Ejiofor is a free man, not even questioned?

NNAMDI KANU WILL HAVE DIFFICULTY DROPPING EJIOFOR AS HIS LAWYER:

Ejiofor knows a lot about IPOB operations. Apart from knowing things like the secret of the name, Emma Powerful, he also knows the donors and sponsors of IPOB. He is in a position to blackmail Nnamdi Kanu, if Nnamdi Kanu tries to fire him. Also, Ejiofor cannot withdraw from the case by himself because he will become totally useless to the Nigerian Government and they will have no further reason to give him a plea bargain. That is the dilemma Nnamdi Kanu faces with Ejiofor.

CONJECTURAL TRUTH:

Based on all the above, I can safely draw the conclusion that there is more to Ejiofor than meets the eyes. He is probably part of a delicate secret intelligence operation on the poor puns of IPOB, as well as on their leadership.

I believe that at the right time, the same intelligence scheme will intervene either to dismiss all pending criminal charges against Ejiofor, as part of the deal. Or, they may betray him and go ahead and trial him with the powerful evidence they have against him. This should be a lesson to many. They joined what they did not understand and cannot understand. And many of them have paid the utmost price. And in any intricate secret intelligence operation, there are many circles called “operational cells”. Nnamdi Kanu did not know a lot of what his trusted inter circles were doing. Just as Nnamdi Kanu has said he did not know about sit-at-home, he might not have known about the things Ejiofor was doing behind him. Nnamdi said he did not order the sit-at-homes. In the same way, he did not say those things Ejiofor tells people he said each time he visits him in detention. I just pity many.

CONCLUSION:

The above scenario shows the predicament Nnamdi Kanu and his new lawyers face. With Ejiofor as part of their team, they have an uphill task. Ejiofor’s new mission may now be to undermine and frustrate the new legal team.

NOTE: Now that I may be revealing secret intelligence operation of certain individuals around IPOB and the restoration of Biafra movement and the trial of Nnamdi Kanu, I may have annoyed some people within these intelligence operations. I am sure they would not like any revelations I may have made. I hope they would not be so offended as to want to silence me.

Nnamdi Kanu will be released in due time. Touch him, and you whats next.

The 2019 presidential election is long past and the next presidential election will take place in February next year 2023.
It is highly suspicious that at this time is when the issue of nullification of Buhari as president and appeal of Atiku to be made president is being brought up with great commotion.
(See the link belowsmiley
https://www.nairaland.com/6979176/apc-buhari-seek-court-dismissal

Why is the APC and Buhari seeking the court to dismiss the appeal to swear in Atiku when Buhari has less than 12 months to go?

It is possible that Buhari and the Northern cabal would want this appeal to be upheld. This appeal may continue to be adjourned until late this year or January next year when Buhari's final tenure would be finishing.
(See the link belowsmiley
https://www.nairaland.com/6979797/court-adjourns-appeal-nullify-buharis

Atiku would be sworn in as President because he won the appeal.
After his first term as President, he would still be eligible under the law to contest for another term as President.
His VP (Peter Obi) might be impeached in his first term (first or second year) as VP to Atiku. Why? Because Nigeria presently is unfortunately not willing to have an Igbo man as President or VP.

If Peter Obi is impeached in his first term as VP to Atiku, his possible replacement would be Rotimi Amaechi.
The South East will not get close to the top 5 political positions in this country and they won't be able to complain. Why?
Because Ohanaeze has already recognized Ameachi as an Igbo son.
Complaining tomorrow that Amaechi is not an Igbo son but an Ikwerre son would further alienate them from the Igbo speaking tribes in the South South region and even the Biafran dream would be further watered down.
We have seen in time past how positions are given to Igbo speaking people from the South South region and not those from the South East region.
The South East can't complain because that would be them saying "we may speak the Igbo language but we are not one" to those who they claim are their Igbo brethren across the South South region.

There is that possibility that the North would want to retain power for another 8 years and this can be possible through Atiku.
After Atiku's 8 years, there is the possibility that Amaechi from the South (South) region would become President and Zulum from Borno in the North (East) would become his VP.
There would be massive support for them across the country especially when you consider that we the South South region still have one more term to complete which we couldn't with Jonathan since he (Jonathan) only completed one term and Nigeria is divided between North and South.

To compensate the South West if Atiku becomes President, Osibanjo may become either the CJN or AGF (anything is possible in Nigeria and nothing might happen. What has happened with all the nepotism since Buhari came into power?)

Finally, while the entire Southern Regions will be divided between APC and PDP come February next year, the Northern Regions will be united along regional interests.
The earlier we the Southern people and our leaders understand that behind the political scenes, the North has no political party but only regional interests, the wiser we and our leaders would become.

I'm not a journalist neither am I affiliated to any politician. These are just my observations and personal opinions. This is my first post in the politics section.

Please let all comments and contributions be civil, matured and devoid of derogatory and abusive words.

May this happen so that Nigeria will breakup into bits and pieces. May this happen.
