Health / Re: Help!!! Coughing For Up To Four Years Now by naijanative: 11:03am On Dec 05, 2018
mascot87:
Good evening. Please I need help, I have being coughing for up to four years now and it isn't giving any sign that it will go any time some.

I have done all tests that could reveal what the problem is but till date, I haven't gotten any solution. The cough started January 4, 2015 and till now, it hasn't gone. I have also done HIV test inclusive of the tests I carried out and it's negative.

I have used all drugs including traditional drugs. All recommended drugs I have used but no cure. My doctors are tired of me because 80% of my visit to the hospital is because of cough. I have being embarrassed severally due to this cough.

The only funny thing about this cough is that when I sleep at night, I will never cough throughout the night until I wake up in the morning. This has been the case for the past 4 years. Sometimes, after coughing for so long and I get tired, I just go to sleep and I will be fine. But once I wake up, it starts again.

Please anyone with valuable information on how I can get cure for this cough. I'm fed-up coughing for 4 years and still ongoing.

Please mod, help me push this to the front page. This is getting out of hand for me.
You cough most likely has an allergic origin. Where do live (city), what kind of work do you do? Do you stay around people that smoke? Ask for a full blood count and take to a physician, high level of eosinophils could indicate allergic origin. There are other test, make sure you get yourself checked well

Don't accept government offer. Unless you are shortsighted. Normal hustlers won't take govt job even for free, it's a distraction. Unless you want to live later in life either struggling financially or by taking bribes etc. The ball is at your court

I must admit that the way Buhari presents himself to the public and international community sometimes is very comical/clownish.

He must be made to understand that he is leading humans, majority of whom are more intelligent than him, and not animals as portrayed by his wife, Aisha.

If he answers these questions correctly, he stands a chance of being respected, at least for once since becoming a democrat.

1. Who gives the final order to the Nigerian Military?

2. Assuming the last administration refused to produce your certificates, because they were very bad, what has stopped you since assuming the highest office in Nigeria (3 years) from demanding for them knowing its a requirement for seeking elective positions?

3. Who submits original of their credentials/documents anyway?

You're going too far. I want assume his o level is lost. Can't he request replacement from the exam body ? Then it Cambridge or Oxford. And these guys keep good records

You can finish 2G on 1 hour. Depends on what you're doing. If yoir PC/phone has automatic updates, it can drain it as well. I can assure Airtel Android bundles are charged a bit differently depending if you're browsing during the day or night. Their 1G could be anywhere between 500 ro 750 MB in actual sense. Stay away from their Android bundles if you can. They are masters of cheat.

So after ODing on tramadol for more than a year, you want me to spend my hard earned money on your corpse?

You must be mad.

When you were taking the trams, goijlng 8 rounds on oloshos & feeling fly, did you call me?

You must rot & die. Its non-negotiable.

Foolish boy. I pray it spreads faster so you can be dead before Christmas.

Don't say what you don't know. Paracetamol is even more likely to do this than tramadol. That said, tramadol is a painkiller. It is genuinely medically used to treat pain, just that some peeps abuse it doesn't make it illegal, even if it caused blisters.

The way you write shows a lot of immaturity. Nobody in his right senses will sponsor you. I personally think you're more likely to fail than succeed. What makes you think you will succeed? Have you tested a prototype to show us the potential? Do you know YouTube, Vimeo etc have a huge market share of online TV? Even regular stations have live streaming and podcasts etc. What do you think you can do differently?

Again, if you're that good, you should have a YouTube channel generating a good revenue . With the proceeds you can test out your project.

One good thing is that even though I can't receive money with Nigeria Business Account, I can use for payment for anybody that works for me. My name or email won't be revealed to the person. And the person will only see my company name code e.g Payment from "XYC Corp", instead of your name or email.

No be for nairaland you go ask this question. Better keep at least 100M, unless you wan open football viewing centre.

Again, search google for Cinema equipment, research their cost. Factor in rentals, government regulatory licence fees, staff payment etc. Look for movie industry partners - you must have a licence to show their movies. They've a cut on every ticket sold or any other arrangements you have with them. It's a huge project bro.

Good luck

Unless it's bank or aboki type, leveraged speculative forex trading is gambling. Even Betnaija has better odds. Anyone trading forex should only invest money he/she can lose. It's not a job or career. The only surely profitable forex is Aboki type, BDC or Bank/financial institutions.

Take your trash outta here. Why would you want to help others if you're making good money from your cryto trading trash? The only reason, your system is trash and the real money you make is by training people on the loser platform. Why crypto is okay, online crypto trading is speculative or outright gambling.

In all things avoid stuff like "crypto trading, forex trading, binary options". They are all gambling and some platforms outright scam.

Now, it depends if this is a side hustle or business you'll manage yourself.

For offline businesses, consider services like laundry or hair salon (though your capital is on the low side). Just install cheap cctv hooked up online and monitor whatever is going on. Nobody will cheat even when you're not there.

If you're interested in online business, why not sell on Jumia or Konga? You can buy stuff cheaply from China or even Aba or Onitsha and sell. You can have your personal store while selling on Konga et al.

I would have been a millionaire now if I had been saving up all the money I wasted in forex trading.
Many people don't appreciate the truth but the truth is forex trading psychology goes against how the human mind is wired.
You keep losing instead of quitting, you keep blaming yourself, your system etc

Nigerian ecurrency exchangers are the ones making it as they don't care to know(Do you blame them) what people patronising them do with the eccurency.

I see people (newbies) saying they want to learn forex asking how much they will make. Well as for me I've long moved on.
Forex is addictive, it took me years to finally say Goodbye to forex.

Learn from me and face other offline businesses where you see your money or lose thousands to come to my conclusion, your choice.

We saw a post how a couple made it through frying akara. Many youths will overlook it preferring forex, binary options, betting etc
A word is enough for the wise! Farewell to forex.

Trading forex, binary options are nothing short of gambling. People do work and make money online legitimately. However it's not for everyone.
Religion / Re: Are True Christians Suppose To Participate In Politics? by naijanative: 8:13am On Jul 22, 2018
Maximunimpact , I guess 99.99% you're a Jehova's Witness. Imagine a Nigeria where Christians are not involved in politics or serve the government. Your president, senators everyone is either a Muslim or Traditional Religionist. Our laws will be like that of Saudi. You may no longer have the right to become a Christian. You'll be subjected to Sharia, Amadioha or Sango laws. In fact, the strongest, which is Islam will take pre-eminence. You won't enjoy any freedom you're enjoying today including coming to Nairaland to write this stuff.

Christians are called to be servants - so shine your light wherever you are whether in politics or otherwise. Remember, a civil servant is also working for the government just like the politician.

Family / Re: My Husband's Pride Wants To Ruin Our Home by naijanative: 12:08am On Jul 15, 2018
LewsTherin:

Ok, got that.

Now like I said, normally, I am all for playing the fool in a relationship but your husband has set a bad precedent. First, he changed a joint agreement meant for your joint family in favour of his own family. Then he kicked you out of his house (as he thought it was). Then he insists you use your share of a joint decision, a decision that he reneged on, for his own benefit. Insisted on that twice ie before he knew it was in yiur name and after he knew it was in your name.

That is not good. Basically he has shown he is willing to abandon you and your kids if he “feels” like it. Sweetheart, no offense intended, but you don't have a good husband.

My advice to you and those in similar straits is
First, pray for your husband. Pray for God to change his person, to change his ways. If he claims to be a Christian, he sure as heck isn't showing Christ-like characters

Plan for your kids. Not to the exemption of your husband, but until he shows he can be different, plan to be able to live without him for your kids. I didn't say leave him. I said to be able to live without him. Different things.

Like you have been adviced, get an independent third party to mediate and see how that goes. I understand why you don't want to let your family know but it is dicey if they don't especially as he has involved his family from the beginning. I don't agree, but I understand. Maybe a compromise will be to tell your dad. Not your mum, not your sisters. Women by nature are very emotional and they can let their emotions overwhelm them. Tell your dad in confidence and ask him to keep it that way.

Finally, under no circumstances whatsoever should you add his name to that document. In mediations, the best you should do is to place the property in a trust for your children. Children! Not you, not him, not Mr and Mrs. Put it in the names of ALL your kids with a caveat that it cannot be sold by any one until all kids are above 18 years old.

Most of all, seek mediation and pray a lot for him.

My own advice.

Good advise
