FWIW, in the USA this is a top shelf oil. Ran it in my Ducati. Ducks have a dry clutch so can use regular oils.

But still I won’t leave any oil in my sump for 6 months in Nigeria.

The recommended oil for that car is 5w30 ....please drain that oil asap and do the right thing.Engine killers everywhere

U can get a C230 2004 four cylinder engine with the red top.

No C230 is red top.2001/2002 Red top c200k is his best bet.

Buy a used engine over there,then if d old one can't be rebuilt, you change it.

Worse advice,it is easier and cheaper to buy that engine in trinity or ladipo ,except you are a parts seller.

On right filter thats not an issue but oil weight is both tricky and your choice.0w40,5w40 and 5w30 would work perfectly but the intricacy of brand,and oil burning and performance is what you need to sort out.

Oil starvation, blockage of the oil screen or orifices or sludge causes oil pump. Also, wear and tear over time can do this.

I advice people to always go with the factory settings .. I just deliver a/c Compressor to my client. It was for his Camry.. He was told to convert to manual, which he smartly decline...

That been said I have a compressor that I bought for my Benz 05 C240 .. Let me know if it is compatible with your Benz... I will send you the pictures of it in few hours, you might lucky.. For now below picture is a/c compressor that my client order ..

Its good he bought it himself.How many technicians would buy automatic compressors and vouch for it?I hope it works because with these tokunbo compressors(automatic) ,it can work for two weeks and pack up.

They were ranges of engine number sequence with that issue.check the engine number of the baby you are buying,it might fall outside that range.

I have driven both...I do a C200 Kompressor and I have a driven a friend's Camry. I would go with Benz any time in terms of fuel consumption and handling ..Camry is just a paper in wheels

Japanese people have warned us not to talk about handling here since we dont drive AMGs.That all our everyday benz were not built with handling in mind.I have sha passed the message.
