Much better experience.
Spare parts are easier to get and mechanics actually know what they’re doing unlike the
trial and error with bmws.
With BMs you’re always afraid something will go wrong because very few people know how to
fix them. Plus our roads in naija are very bad. Better suited for benz, toyota etc

I got my 04 camry about 3months ago, and now I feel the need to change the tyres. Being my first attempt at changing tyres, I need hints on what to lookout for.

Also, what tyre size is best for such car cos the car has poor land clearance (It easily do hit the ground on bad roads. Should I just raise the spring or buy bigger tyres?

Polytron is a concentrate that you will add to your engine oil to improve its performance. I have been using it since 2011 but that was when there was no good oil. If you want to use those local synthetic oil , adding polytron to the engine oil will give it a major boost. It reduces noises in the engine and even if the oil dries up, it will still be going. From my experience, it is possible for Oil to dry up and the engine will still be going but not for Range Rovers. It didn't save my engine when oando oil destroyed my range sport engine because according to its video, the polytron takes over the task of protecting the metals, pistons and the internal combustion of the engine and they showed us the video of a small car with the cylinder cover taken off and driving on the beach with sand entering the car. Mind you, the bonnet was removed also and the car excelled. Long story short, I don't use it for general oil service but whenever I overhaul any engine, that's what I will add to the engine oil and it does wonders about noise, stability and power.

I distinctly remember someone arguing that there was a consistent way some time ago. Aaaanywho... short of being present for compression testing and/or rebuilding it yourself, it's down to checking:

1 spark plugs (if present) and engine cap for oil and/or deposits
2 the oil (both new oil and discolored or dirty oil can tell you something)
3 trying to turn the Crankshaft manually, and
4 hoping for the best....
