Jabi is more of a business district than residential. There are residential houses but its more of high brow and expensive estates the least from 1m upward. but you can get a quite reasonable house in satelite towns surroundings like lugb, kubwa, galadimawa, etc. so you need to state your budget so you can get more help

Police wahala. I remember some years back when my phone rang, it was my very close friends number so, I picked up and the voice wasnt his. They now said they found the phone sonewhere on the floor, that I should come and pick it up at the mobile police station at a named location.
