well its a pity we played this well even with 10 men and still lost.
Sia1 is a super coach anytime. If it was Amodu the second half would have been far worse than the first half. But a good coach reads and change the weak spots.

The game reminded me of the need for a one-touch finisher like christiantus though.

We need to ensure that we dont lose our next game. Remember that  best loosers will be picked from 4 of the 6 groups. Meaning that we can still qualify even as thrid placed team in our group if we make atleast 4 points and score many goals.

All hope is not lost.

chidichris:
a man stole shoes while he was in arsenal and nothing was heard of it. he left the club, nothing was heard now that he has reduced arsenal players to nothing in the field of play, we are hearing of his criminalities.
could it be that arsenal players did not play well because of the lost boots?
wenger and his players and his nigerian fans are the most shameless group of people still existing on planet earth.
if i have my ways like ade did, i will steal emirates stadium.

on the other hand, wenger must be preparing to charge ade for been responsible for his trophiless seasons as a result of lack of playing boots.
shame.

If SWP had not wasted that clear chance ADe created after lining up all those arsenal players, they would have said ade stole Gallas' winning bonus during a training sesson.

Dis people no get shame walahi.

This man will still cause you guys more pain when he comes to Emirate for the reverse fixture. I can place a bet on that.
SportsRe: Fifa U-20 World Cup Egypt 2009- The Official Thread! by naso2(m): 1:39pm On Sep 23, 2009
I just pray this competition does not tarnish sia1's good record, because Nigerians forget good works as fast as the speed of light.

Verdict of the coaching crew is that this team has a weaker defense when compared to the 2005 squad, however  they acknowledged that the attack and midfield are by far better than the 2005 team.

For some reasons I just dont share this overwhelming sentiments about Rabiu Ibrahim.

You guys cant just be real for once. The man has left you for where he fells needed and you guys cant live with that? Infact God will help him(Adebayo) to add more insult to injury when he comes to Emirate for the reveerse tie.

You just stay for yankee dey yan dust. I find this argument of seperation so sickening that I do not even know where to start from.

Our problem is not Nigeria but the NIGERIAN (yes any tribe).

What is it that we want to achieve now that being together hinders, Yes I know people will start counting, but what will really change when we split ways. Simply nothing if not more corruption, wars etc.

As an Ijaw man I know spliting this country will simply be suicidal for everyone, yes even the Ibos.

Will spliting not produce the ALAMS,ORJI KALUS, ALAO AKALAS, OBJ,TIMIPRE SILVAs the more? will they not have greater capacity to do more evil. Will spliting really unite the ijaws better? will it not cause other ethnic groups in the ND cry foul over ijaw domination.

Will spliting not take the Akwa ibom Vs CROSS rivers cold war to a full scale , anything goes battle?

I believe we can still as Nigeria retrace our steps and reinculcate values which will affect how we see life and how our leaders take on stewardship.

While we all agree that our leaders have not been doing well , we however need to be careful on how we celebrate things like this.

We must not forget that like every other "lucrative venture" this kidnap business will soon be segmented where the highly skilled kidnappers go after our leaders that can pay high ransom, and  the less skilled kidnappers will go after whoever is left. In all we (the masses) will be the losers because anyways , its our money that will be used to pay the ransom.

Infact I see some politicians arranging their kidnap to milk the treasury once they know   ransom will be paid from public purse.

But Bayo Ohu, a hefty six-footer, did not go down without a fight for life. One of his neighbours who rushed to his side after the assailants made their exit, noticed that his pulse was still strong and he was still breathing. Other neighbours were quickly mobilised to save his life. They rushed him to a nearby hospital, just three minutes drive from Ohu's residence. At the hospital, the staff on duty insisted on a Police Report before any first aid could be administered on him. Noticing that he was losing much blood, the neighbours decided to head to the Ikeja General Hospital. Ohu, however, did not make it there as doctors pronounced him dead on arrival.

When will the police come to terms with the importance of human life in emergency situations like this and jettison this their "report before treatment" for bullet wounds. At least treament can start dependeing on criticality and other documentations can follow later.

Bamboozele me? Ol boy I hope say your head correct sha?

people have cracked very difficult topics on this forum without any noise as per IQ or whatever.

You came in here and sounded a warning on the minimum IQ required to participate here and assumed  you meet the cut-off mark you set.

If in the remotest sense your postulations are correct, that does not really reflect IQ, it most likely will mean you have better access to historical records. Dont come here harassing people about IQ.

In line with what you said on OZUBULUS being the largest jewish group in the world now , I will humbly ask

1. What is the source of  this your proncouncements?
2.  What is the population of the ozubulus?
3. Are the ozubulus igbos? If No then where are the generality of igbos from? If yes why  did you not categorically state that  all Igbos are  jews.?
4. which part of Nigeria do the  "eris" reside in?

I will stop here for now in this my quest to increase my IQ geometrically by your "grace".

Onlytruth:
I really meant it. Look at it this way: If Ken Nnamani took bribes from Obasanjo and supported the third term bid, do you think he could not have rallied other senators in support? He could have accepted huge Ghana -Must-Gos and shared them among the senators and third term would have happened. He didn't and not only that, he gave the most insightful leadership speech I've ever heard to scuttle the third term bid. How can we forget so quickly? I think he would have succeeded in buying over the other senators, and I think he would still be the senate president today. He sacrificed his political future for integrity. Yes, he stopped Obasanjo! For that by the way, he lost out and Igbos lost out too! And I'm proud of him!
He is Ezigbo nwa!
While not trying to derail this thread, I need to know how sure you are, is this your final answer? grin grin grin

My brother when these politicians talk at high level tribe is not really a factor. I will advice that you dont stick your neck out for these men. FYI the senate is not comprised of men where issues are just linearly considered. If the pro 3rd tem men needed to share GMG, it still could have been done without even passing through Nnamani. We all know GMG went round all the rest is history.

Nnamani could have collected money and still find the task for rallying the senators an impossible task, because the 3rd in itself was really a hard sell.

Do you know  Nnamani was initially  talking of voice vote to decide the decision of the senate for a matter as sensitive as that? A lot of Nigerians were really really suspicious of him then, the bid failed for the following reasons
1. nothern senators were never going to compromise the AREWA POSITION which was totally against the bid.
2. The pressure put on the senate by the House of reps. because the  reps were summarilly more proactive and progressive .
PoliticsRe: Do Military Guys Have D Right To Ask A Civilain To Pull Off A Camouflage Cloth? by naso2(m): 4:42pm On Sep 18, 2009
The soldiers act this way to cover up indiscipline in their ranks . You find half-dressed soldiers every where who expect people to accord them military recognition. A man is dressed in jeans , a t-shirt and a camouflag face cap , or some just have a green vest on and claim military status.

They (the soldiers) know that this indcipline on their part is now being exploited by civilians to harass and defraud people, hence they are responding by severly punishing whoever has any replica of their emblem on.

But to talk about rights, we know that military men abuse whatever privilege they have in this country. The police is not exempt, all the sirens and bullion van harassment are testimonies we have learnt to live with.

coaching the super eagles is a difficult job only for the technically naive. Even an average coach will find SE Job less tasking. Coaching SE is a million times less difficult than being the president.

Infact coaching SE might only come close to being the LG chairperson of an active local government.

Arsenal fans need to grow up. You never liked the guy, he left and is showing the stuff he is made of and you guys still will not  let him be.

Almost all arsenal players wanted to neutralise ADE by every means. Galas did a lot of foul play on ADE that the ref. ruled in arsenal's favour.

Some goooners  would have been gone now by way of suicide if SWP did  not waste that golden chance after Ade lined about 4 players and gave a neat pass.

Are you sure about this?
Very sure man.

Infact I heard onigbinde on brila  FM saying,  those that were clamouring for siasia to be given the eagles job should think again. That his experience as a teacher makes him know that,  the fact that a pupil did well in kindergarten does not mean he will do well in primary sch. He was simply saying that siasia's  successes at age group level still did not qualify him for the eagles job.

Later siasia replied(in respone to onigbinde) that age was not a relevant factor in coaching. That the core requirements are sound technical ability and the ability to bring the best out of the boys, and that he does not expect to be as old as onigbinde before he gets the eagles job.

Onigbinde too is one of our biggest problems in football. He was one of the key figures that worked against handing the SE coaching job to Siasia.
