psucc:As in eh... the girl would even be chatting with her ex right there in the reception sef. I don't place relevance on extravagant weddings. Let's just do a low key get together and move on with our lives. |
Cancri:If it's not adding any value to your life or increasing your account balance, there's nothing to be proud about it. Solomon was able to reach a body count of a thousand women because he was a king. As a king, he had all the resources to cater for the women at his disposal. He had already achieved his goal and decided to flex the remaining years of his life. You can't be a struggling guy with less than 50k in your account and you suddenly take it upon yourself to sample as many vaginas as possible because you want to equal Solomon's record, or you want to be hailed by your peers as odogwu. You'll die wretched. |
Hier:If there isn't any significant drop in the price of fuel from dangote refinery, then it's of no use to the common man. I can't be buying fuel at N650 per liter and have dangote selling his own at N610 or N620. What's the difference between the subsidized rate and the refinery rate? If he's selling below or above N300 per liter it would be a great relief for everyone. |
Bongadu:Are you ready to get married to her? If yes, take an elderly person from your side to go and meet her parents to apologize. Her parents would call her and resolve the matter. And you'll have your daughter and a wife. Case close. If no, let her be. You can be calling and sending her messages once in a while to soften her up. If she insists that she doesn't want you in her life, there's nothing you can do than to move on. Going to court would just be a waste of time and money for you, cos how on Earth would you explain to members of the jury that you want to claim a child whom you abandoned for years. And expect them to reach a favourable Verdict for you to claim her. Knowing fully well that if you get married tomorrow, your new wife might start maltreating her. It's impossible. You'd loose miserably. |
NairaMaster1:DPK would bring loss to them. Haven't you noticed that even fueling stations no longer sell DPK. PMS and AGO would be much better for the common man. @ topic. Joyous news. However, we would be ecstatic if the price of the fuel is sold below N300. |
Maybe it's better if you just stay away from them completely. How can you just appear from nowhere after absconding for years, and the first thing you want to do is to collect your daughter from her mom, like who does that, for you to even expect the mom to hand her over to you after struggling to raise her all these years, shows that you're a shallow thinker. If you want your daughter, go back and become friends with her mom (your ex) get her gifts, take them out... etc, and when you've succeeded in making know that you actually do care, you'll have easier access to your daughter. That's how it's done. |
What many girls are failing to realise these days is that as the economy bites harder, more and more guys wouldn't give a fvck about them. As a girl, it's your responsibility to become productive. The more you depend on a guy for survival, the more he'll see you as a liability. Become independent. Show him that you're ready to build with him, and watch him beg you to be his soul mate. Don't waste your time jumping up and down from one man to the other, and try to emotionally blackmail him to marry you because you've changed, he won't. Rather, use that energy to develop yourself. A man would marry you once he sees that he has a future with you. |
This should be a walk-in-the-park for Nigerian. Out ticket to the quarter finals is sure. |
opamoses1:Have you ever visited a factory before that you're suggesting that the government should get rid of importers? Take for instance a plastic producing factory. They would need chemicals and raw materials which would be mixed and put into the machine. Those chemicals are not locally produced. so even though the company is producing plastics here in Nigeria, they're still importing the chemicals they would need for production to continue. Also we have the issue of Diesel which is over a thousand naira per liter. And if you must know, these factories run 24hours. They have morning and night shift staffs. So with our epileptic power supply, and dwindling Naira, how do you propose they sustain production by running their Diesel powered plants continuously for a 30day calendar month without accumulating losses? Even the USA that hosts the world's largest industries still import certain raw materials for their industries. The truth is running a manufacturing business in Nigeria is almost becoming a non-profitable venture. |
vybzkartel:Then tell her not to come since you've confessed with your own mouth that it's wrong. |
vybzkartel:Tell her to inform her husband of her visit to your house since she's convinced that she's doing the right thing? |
Seun:Not necessarily women, but people who are ready to sanitize this section. The current mods are all women. Yet their impact is hardly felt. So the solution wouldn't be to limit your search to just women. Rather look for people who are ready to moderate without being biased. And you can be assured that they won't take sides when punishing an offender. |
By improving Moderating activities on this section. Moderators presence in this forum is almost non-existent. This is why so many anti female posts are left untouched. |
What do you expect when Wike is more interested in protecting his interest in Rivers State than focusing on his job as an FCT minister. |
Oga speak for yourself. What do you mean by Nigerians, have you appointed yourself as the mouthpiece of Nigerians? |
Shomek:In most cases, 99% of girls who would summon courage to toast you are regular girls you can easily walk pass without giving them a second look. In clearer terms, they're not always your type. I'm talking from experience. |
Ishilove:Today's parents don't know what parenting entails. Haven't you noticed the high rate of sex, Alchol and drug abuse amongst secondary school students? The worst is that more than 99% of these kids are living right under their parents roof, yet with their obvious reckless lifestyle, their parents still wouldn't notice what's going on until something terrible happens to them. Many parents of today are not fit to be called parents. They just don't care. Today's fathers would prefer to sleep with anything in skirt than spend quality time with their kids. Today's mother's would prefer to post flashy pictures of themselves on social media than to monitor and observe the life of their kids. This is why the word morals has been banished from our society. Go to tik tok and see how teenage girls market themselves for prospective clients. |
Psady:If you wake up by 2am to cook for your wife, you'll definitely tap into the grace. 😏 |
Ishilove:Lol... MFM is trying compared to some of these new generation Pentecostal churches. Even though their holiness is based on outward appearance by giving dress codes for their members, believe me, they're not that bad. Ishilove:Me too...this was made possible by the consistent nurturing of our parents. I knew God from a very tender age and the knowledge of him, is what restrains me from doing certain things which I know is evil in his sight, my conscience would not allow me do it. Ishilove:That's because their parents abandoned God long before their kids were born. So when these kids come into the world, there's nothing restraining them from becoming useless to themselves, their parents and the society. I once read about a girl who at 17 had committed 3 abortions. If such girl was raised to fear God, she would always have her conscience screaming at her whenever she veers off course. But because her parents didn't bother, she lived her life whoever she wanted. And 3 abortions with an handful of STDs was the consequence. Ishilove:True. |
Ishilove:Early exposure to social media is what is corrupting kids these days, coupled with the fact that so many parents themselves practically spend more on social media than training their kids. When I was 12, I didn't know what social media was, all I knew then was go to school, come back home, eat and sleep. That's how I grew up. Today a child of 6 can effectively operate her parents Android or iPhone. By 10 she already has a Facebook account and would start nagging her parents for teens Android device (tablet). Most of these teens tablets are sim enabled and can access the internet. So if she has an Android device, data and a Sim card, what on Earth would stop her from engaging in nasty chats with boys? Secondly, religion played a huge role during my time. We had morning and evening devotions everyday as a family. As young as I was then, I had this consciousness about God and how to live a holy life. Truth is 98% of any girl you meet who is keeping her Virginity until her wedding night, is doing so based on her religious beliefs and relationship with God. She would tell any guys coming her way that she doesn't want to defile herself because her body is the temple of God. I believe it's safe to say that most parents of today are cold towards religion...this has made their kids grow up with very little regard for God. Religion that used to act as a restraining agent during our time has been banished from the lives of these ones. So what do you expect? A girl of 14 would be telling you my ex and you're like you already have an ex at 14? Nothing is restraining her from exploring her sexuality cos her parents themselves don't give a fvck about God. |
Withdraw her from the boarding school. Take the phone from her permanently. Become her best friend she can confide in. So that whenever something like this wants to happen, you would easily sense it. Try to know the kind of female friends she keeps. If her peers are lesbians or flirts, she'll definitely tow that path. Cos like the saying. "Show me your friends and I'll tell you who you are" You've done well by taking up the matter. Don't let it slide. Continue keeping an eye on her. She's a girl, guys would keep coming. Educate her on the dangers of premarital sex. |
I've said this before and I'll keep saying it. Tribalism is the only reason why Tinubu still has people defending him. Cos with the kind of suffering Nigerians are going through, the wide spread poverty, lies, insecurity, massive looting, multiple taxation, inflation, naira crash...etc. You can't be living in Nigeria, seeing and experiencing all these and still defend Tinubu. It would take your hatred for another tribe to convince yourself that Tinubu is a Messiah. |
