Technology has killed piracy in the industry. Years back, producers were constantly lamenting about how pirates deprived them of their hard work. Today we're in the era of streaming where you can actually make more than 100% of your total cost of the production within weeks of release. Gradually we're getting there. |
So ETH didn't sign any goal keeper to cover for Onana pending when he'll return from AFCON? Anyways considering that he's a basket, Cameroon wouldn't cross the group stage and he'll be back after a few days. |
Even if you interview those players privately, they'll all choose okocha. Nigeria is yet to get his replacement. Him and Enyama. |
You go de rob who exactly? The same people suffering with you? When they told you during the last election to vote wisely, you refused. Now you're threatening to go into robbery. Try it and I can assure you that you'll get lynched. |
oz4real83:Don't mind me jare sleep be de my eyes. |
oz4real83:Oga there are no greedy farmers anywhere. What we're experiencing in Nigeria today is a simple economics of demand and supply. The local farmers being the sole producers of rice for our huge population, could not meet up with the market demand, so rice became scare thus making sellers inflate the price. When foreign rice was in the market, there was surplus, anyone could easily import rice provided you had the financial resources to do so. This made the price very competitive. But with the banning of foreign rice, and local farmers not being able to meet up with the huge demand, the price would definitely keep rising. The only solution to this is to open the borders and lift the ban on rice importation. Only then would we experience a significant drop in the price. |
PureFace1:There you go with the average Nigerian. They're allergic to objectivity. If you don't agree with them, they resort to insults. Sorry for adding my 2cents on your thread. |
Kudos to them. |
Dilijingsly:When she's old enough to bath herself. |
Your number 1 and your number 4 contradicts each other. Besides whenever you want to copy and paste a romance article, look for one written by a Nigerian. That way your points would be more realistic and easily understood. |
FahBuLous:Open an interest savings account with a commercial Bank. Make sure that the bank you choose isn't close to where you work or live. Don't request for ATM and don't collect form for their online banking. Once you get your account number start transferring money there. Could be daily, weekly or monthly. Believe me, you won't be able to access the funds. It would help you save. |
ednut1:How were you able to leave Earth? 🤔 |
Yet the chief of army staff came on air to say that Simon Ekpa is the problem of Nigeria. When the north is ready to combat insurgency, they would do so. In the meantime time, the should restrict their madness to the North. If they like, they can kill each other, we have our own issues here in the south to deal with. |
Thefootballtv:You or any of your siblings should have your dad's ATM pin and Bank app transfer pin. Most time whenever I'm around visiting, my dad tells me to do his transfers for him to his staffs or customers. If he needs Cash, he'll give me his phone to make a transfer from his bank to my bank, then I'll use my ATM to withdraw the amount and give to him. This saves the child the stress of going to the bank to claim the money as next of kin when he dies. At a certain age, most parents don't have the energy to go to the bank anymore. It's their children that do that for them. If you or none of your siblings have access to his account, it means he didn't trust you guys enough. Alternatively, you can get an experienced lawyer. He would guide you on how to access the funds. |
Majatechworks:Two trips of sand would not mould 1,300 blocks, cover his foundation, chock the blocks and plaster the walls. You didn't add gravel which he would definitely need to cover the foundation, lintel, pillars and covering of the soak away. You didn't add the cost of the interior of the house. Just tell him the truth that 2.5m wouldn't finish the job. |
fineboynl:On an average considering the high cost of building materials, it wouldn't. Let's be practical. You'll need between 100-150 bags of cement for that building. (Depending on the size of the land) with the retail price of cement at 5k, when multiplied by 150 would give you 750k. You would also need between 2000-2500 blocks. You would need at least 8 trips of sand and 3 trips of gravel. In total. You would need rods, tie rods, wooden panels used to contain the concrete until it dries for your pillars. Then wood and roofing sheets, POP for your celling, tiles for the rooms, bathroom and kitchen, wiring and lighting, digging of soak away, fixing of WC toilet, fixing of kitchen necessities...etc. If you're to bring up a rough cost with labour inclusive, believe me it would exceed your budget of 2.5m. Most especially if you're building it in town and want it to have a township look. |
You're just 21, don't tie yourself down with unnecessary baggage. You have a steep mountain ahead of you. Don't let the little income you're making deceive you into thinking you can effectively managed a family. You'd be shocked at how emaciated you'll look within weeks of assuming responsibilities as the head of the family at your age. Graduate, serve, get a job whilst maintaining your business, build yourself, get your own place (furnished apartment), then you can talk about marriage. |
So why did they rush to counter world bank when they said that Nigeria is still paying for fuel subsidy? Why were APC e-rats attacking Rufai on Twitter when he said subsidy is back? APC government is just full of lies and deceit. This means that we should expect another criminal increment in the price of fuel when Tinubu eventually removes subsidy. So we might be buying fuel close to 1k or more per liter, in the coming months. |

Taich:Lol...the werey is fighting for his stomach. The best thing to do is to ignore him. |
No wife material anywhere. Na olosho full market. My mama don nag me taya say make I marry. Hopefully by 2024, God would favour me and I'll settle down. |
GeneralOjukwu:And how has that helped the average Nigerian? His own people were screaming to him that they're hungry. In case you don't know, Tinubu is there for himself, his family and his close allies. He doesn't give a shit about you. |
