Penalty for Nigeria...... ![]() |
That's a penalty. Oshimen was fouled |
Oh God. That was close. Should have been a goal. |
We don't need a draw in this game. We need a win if we want to qualify for the next round. |
Our coach should make changes. Ihanacho is warming up. That's good. We need changes. |
I noticed that Nigerians just sit back and allow the Ivorians build till they get to our half. We shouldn't play like that this second half or else we might concede a goal. |
OLamylove:You're a Nigerian, so your inability to accept reality is understandable because he's your country man. If Oshimen was a Ghanaian, Ivorian or Senegalese, I'm very sure that you would have agreed with me. |
When I said Oshimen is overrated after our game against EQG, some frustrated people started masturbating on my mentions. I hope they're seeing how useless he is. I'm very sure that even if he gets a one-on-one in the second half he'll still miss it. Also our players lack accuracy in their shots. To get a shot on target has become a very big deal for our players. Ivory coast players were able to hit the target from outside our 18 yard box. This team is a disaster. If they manage to scale the group stage, they'll be sent home in the quarter finals. That's for sure. |
GloriousGbola:😒
|
GloriousGbola:So you sef de troll. 🙄 |
hotplate:If you had crossed the road and walked towards Hope Inn (before G hostel) you would have gotten one room self con for less than 60k that 2019. Unfortunately, Democracy estate is very expensive now. You know it's close to PRESCO campus. Single room self con there starts from 200k and above. And yes Ebonyi is relatively cheap because most of her inhabitants pratice subsistence farming. So you can easily get things like garri, rice, corn, yam, palm oil...etc at a very cheap rate from your neighbor who just returned from the farm. The high rents currently being experienced there is as a result of inflation and high cost of building materials. |
HeatSeeker:This can only work in situations where the landlord isn't in the state or country, and hands over the property to a particular agent to manage. So if he (the landlord) pegs his 2 bedroom flat at 800k, the agent can advertise it at 1m and call the 200k service charge. But in situations where a landlord/landlady is living on the property or living in the state that houses the property, and contracts an agent to get him/her tenant(s) the best the agent can do is to inflate the commission and not the rent. I cannot tell you that my house is 700k and you'll go and start telling people that it's 1m. I'll just cut off from you contract another serious agent. The keys to the property is with the landlord, meaning the tenant would eventually meet with the landlord for inspection before facilitating payment. So which landlord would allow any agent make almost half of the rent of the house for doing almost nothing? |
Irupetepete:Una Sabi lie for this Nairaland Sha. A landlord would build a block of flats of 2 bedrooms each, ensuit, pvc, tiles, spacious kitchen...etc, and put his rent at 300k? How old are you sef, do you know the cost of building materials in the market? So the landlord wouldn't recoup his investment abi? How much then is self con and 1 bedroom flat? De play. |
chaberry:Where in Abakaliki do you reside? 150k for 2 bedroom flat in Abakaliki. How much is self con at presco, and how much would 1 bedroom flat be? Sufry de lie abeg. |
Bobloco:Bro you see all those 2, 3 and 4 decking at Ugwuachara, NEPA, Pastoral, Eze and Bros, kpri kpri, Udensi, down to works and Cas. The cheapest you'll see 2 bedroom flat there is 400k. And that would be with abeg plus your dialect. As at 2020, houses were still cheap in Abakaliki. But Abakaliki being an emerging market in real estate, coupled with the high prices of building materials, most landlords have tripled their rents. I was shocked when a cousin of mine told me that he's paying 550k for 2bedroom flat at Ugwuachara. I was like for real? Houses have become extremely expensive in Nigeria...most especially if you want a comfortable house. |
JasonNOTStatham:170-300k for 2 bedroom flat in Nigeria? Wake up bro, we're 2024 not 2014. You won't even see a standard 2bedroom flat for 300k in Abakaliki sef. |
Midekin:Even if God gives me a billion dollars, I'll still do a low key wedding. I'm not a fan of loud weddings. Cos I believe that there's more to marriage than the one day wedding event. And yes you're right... not all girls do that. |
Can someone tell this man to leave Rivers State alone and focus on his primary assignment which is Abuja? He has been mute despite all the recent cases of kidnappings plaguing the Capital of recent. One would have expected him to come out on air and assure Abuja inhabitants of their safety but no, his focus is controlling Rivers Treasury. In saner climes he would have been forced to resign, but knowing how Nigerians love to praise and defend their oppressors, I don't see anything of such happening anytime soon. |
If Nigeria draws with Ivory coast, we'll be on 2 points. Then if EQG and GBS draw, EQU would be on 2 points with Nigeria, Ivory coast would be on 4 points while GBS would be on 1 point. If Nigerian defeats GBS, and hope that Ivory coast defeats EQG, ivory coast would top the group with 7points, whole we'll qualify in second place with 5 points. EQG would come third with 2 points while GBS would finish last with 1 point. Super Eagles would definitely turn you to a mathematician. 🤕 |
This one is just escalating the matter. He doesn't know that the longer he remains in hiding, the more her parents and the police would pin her disappearance on him. The best decision is for him to turn himself in and tell them with proof that the girl wasn't at his place. |
Myrepublic:His topic says should I start a business or Continue my education. And he clearly stated that his mom has about 300-400k, if you add his savings and maybe help from concerned family members, he should be fine. |
HateBigots:A grade A striker is someone who is able to sustain his form for lots and lots of seasons. Why do you think Messi and Ronaldo were always winning titles every season. It's because they sustained their form every season. Sadly the only African players I can call a grade "A" striker is Drogba and Eto. Cos they're the only African players who maintained their form all through their career. An average player is someone who's form isn't consistent. He can pick form this season and loose form the following season. The Oshimen you're shouting didn't join Napoli last season. He joined them from Lille in 2020, and had a spell for 2 seasons before making his mark last season. Question is how many goals has he scored this season for Napoli, and what has been his performance for Nigeria this season? If you're honest, you'll agree with me that he's just an average player. |
HateBigots:So calling someone average means hate in your dictionary? You need serious help. |
Absuchat:Lol... heaven is far from you bro. ![]() |
That your 100k cannot setup any of the businesses you mentioned. I'll therefore advise you to go to school. |
Stargangz:The truth is that Oshimen is just an average player. There's nothing special about him. |
Nigeria would win this game. We had quality chances in the first 10 minutes of the first half, but we failed to convert any. Hopefully, we'll sit up in the second half. |
Most Nigerian men are perverts that's why sex is so expensive in this part of the world. And yes people pay up to N1m for sex. I know someone who gave a girl $1k after sex. The guy isn't based in Nigeria. He flew in for the Christmas celebration. |
Nephilim:Go to gbagada instead. Reasons being that. Gbagada is more accessible to the island via oworonshoki 3rd mainland bridge than ikeja. Gbagada is more serene than ikeja. Ikeja is more like an industrial area. Gbagada has more affordable accommodations than ikeja (GRA) |
