manny4life: Why do I think you're ndu_chuks?Very good, I have got under ya skin. I knew you are a weaklin. You should think about my comments day and night and it will make you a better person. mumu Stop being paranoid, I don't play your childish games of multiple IDs, ndu_chucks is not a coward, he doesn't have to hide under any fake id. |
Answers: 1. They are only IF the father is Igbo,,,anything short of this, they are not. On, the second part of question 1, they can take part as along as they are Igbo and their so called personal opinion is not detrimental to the Igbo cause,,,,see Okija_ juju for clarification. 2. YES, again see why (though a VERY minute reason):https://www.nairaland.com/1191006/lopsidedness-kano-customs-training-college and https://www.nairaland.com/1184999/northern-senators-meet-over-igbo/5 and https://www.nairaland.com/1182904/petitions-national-assembly-over-army 3. Constantly voting them out, each time the opportunity presents itself, IF they fail to deliever on any of their promises. 4. I've already addressed this,,,MASSOB is irrelevant. 5. NEVER
You have shown that you may actually have leadership skills which may very well be good enough to enable you to win. You sir, are not a coward and I like the fact that you answered my questions without fear and with conviction. Having said that, I call your attention to the remark (ndu chuks= ewu hausa/fulani) in your signature. For this singular act, I say, Egbe ndi Abriba, piafuka gi blokos, Ewu can beer! ![]() Looks like a whole bunch of thrashing awaits you if you win, mumu. |
Policewoman: All hail Nduchuks.Where you go hide since. Biko arrest me. ![]() |
My brother PointB, Ndu_chucks is a case, some how the guy appeared as someone who is suffering from identity crisis.
You area joker. You've been exposed and that is good enough for me. I'm sure you are not suffering from identity crisis since you know that you are 100% Nigerian or is it Biafran? dolo ![]() |
Why are they treating these fellow Nigerians as animals Why da heck did they make them lie down on the ground like dead dogs? This is unacceptable in our country!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! |
PointB: @ndu_chucks,If you people want to be dictators, do so in your neck of the woods. If you do not like the observations of an "observer", that's your problem. Who are you to tell anyone to give anything a rest? I still think your guys have insulted the intelligence of the contestants by attempting to dictate to them who and who not to respond to. You, of all people should appreciate being told the truth. You've said my vote will not count, but to imply thatI should not comment is going over the top. Una say I be observer, I make observation, una come say make I give it a rest - see una lives? PointB, take ya time before I skin you o. |
Ndu_chucks. though i showed respect to you and few others in my comments, stressing that you and few others might come out with constructive questions which might be useful but others may not, meanwhile if we are to ban some and leave some that is totally out of order, however i will like you to manage and accept our decision for now, maybe you can do same when organizing your arewa republic president or Emir. Note, i am here to promise you in advance that i will not question your constitution when the time come.
You appear to be a focused person, so don't change that by trying to join unrelated issues. The issue at hand is your abuse of power and your insult to the Eze contestants. Who are you to tell them who to respond to? You still don't get it. Manage the election process as you have been doing but do not screw things up by attempting micro manage it. Let the Eze contestants pick and choose which questions to answer, you have no business dictating to them who or who not to respond to. Stop insulting the contestants, they are grown folks who know how to defend themselves. Your actions in this case, I'm afraid is silly and dumb. Please take this as constructive criticism, I know your skin is touch enough to handle it, after all, the oily soup lovers call you aj'okuta mamunmi (person wey dey eat rocks without washing it down with water) |
As for the time for Q/A. Be inform that the floor has been officially opened by Her Majesty Eze nwanyi (Ogugua).Dear Biafra Rep, You may now start answering the questions that was raised by igbo posters except questions from non- igbos.
Frankly, I thought some of you on the tribunal are not narrow minded and senseless, but the above comment may cause a rethink on my part. You people don't now how to make well though-out rules but you know how to single-handedly impose your own personal rules on everyone else. Besides, some of the rules you pluck out of thin air are quite dumb. Who are you to tell the candidates which questions to answer? The answers to some of the questions posed by those you perceive as non Igbo may actually be beneficial to Igbos, so why prevent these benefits from Igbos simply because you belong to some tribunal. From what I have seen, the candidates for the Ezeship are brighter than most of you and will outright reject the notion of running away from difficult questions under the cover that they were asked by non Igbos. These candidates are not cowards and do not need your protection from harmless questions - do not insult these potential Ezes. @manny4life, do not insult these candidates, let them choose what questions they want to respond to. You don't get to make your own rules willynilly. dolo. The candidates are adults and do not need any hand holding from you. Your attempt at stifling these candidates is dead on arrival. |
Alfamann: And you are the abandoned son of Eko-IleIndeed. Some people are too paranoid for their own good. |
Questions (1)Ufodu anyi bi ofesi (some of us live abroad) or were born there. Additionally, we may have one parent who is not Igbo and may not even be a Nigerian. Would you consider people in that category as Igbo? Do these people deserve the same opportunities such as participating in this election, without discrimination or ostracization because their points of view, while refreshing may not be in the mainstream? (2)Do you believe that Igbos should spend all their energies in the actualization of biafra? (3)What's your idea on how Igbo should retake our land from thieving governors? (4)Is MASSOB more (or less) useful to Igbo cause. (5)Would you allow your daughter to marry an Alhaji from Wusasa, Zaria, if he is wealthy enough? |
Noiseless2: If you lots have nothing to hide at all, I challenge you to be civil and allow Biafran activists without intimidation and threat of murder just the way your BritishNwannem, you have nothing to fear except the punishment that will be meted out to you by your very own governor, once he finds out that you are taking your biafra crap to the extremes. |
@Syncan, you just proved that you are a sensible man. I say kudos to you. You know what I am talking about. @Biafra Rep, We await your manifesto and hope you do not believe in disenfranchising anyone based on unproven rumours and innuendo. |
Syncan: Kedu ndi o na akpo umu nne ya, o bu anyi ka o bu ndi ugwu? Both are my peeps, olodo. Abi you be bigoted purist ni? |
Ngwakwe: Let me rephrase the question ![]() |
My people, anyone with good heads on his/here shoulders will reject biafra rep's candidacy outright. How can a userids which purports to represent biafra, represent Ndiigbo? Its a known fact that not all Igbos believe in biafra andan Eze who is insensitive enough to be defined solely by biafra is not worthy of the Ezeship. We need bridge builders and not people stuck in the past. biafra_rep should not even contemplate my support in any many unless and until he pledges to change his monica if he wins this election. |
Sorry to read you threatening to move in with your Dad because of your Mother's actions. Ideally your Mom & Dad would be living together, but due to fate, you live in a dysfunctional situation. Since you are 23, I'd suggest that you double up on your efforts to become a grown and independent woman and move out ASAP. May the right husband come your way as soon as possible. Pele o. |
DerideGull: I do not think Dede1 would be highly disappointed with your silly postulation in the above post. You should have equally asked Ngwakwe how many of his\her so-called Aunts and Uncles who did not make back to eastern region in 1966 during and after the despicable act of insanity called pogrom.Mr. Gull, You style of writing is very familiar and quite similar to that of Professor Dede1's. If I didn't know better I would have concluded that Dede1 has been banned by his superiors. www.nairaland.com/attachments/229503_ROFLMAODog_gif3fa44b12f55ba64fc785c3a5794ba92e |

My sentence in Igbo was directed at you alone. Stop pretending to be a dummy, dummy! mumu |
Alfamann: See them coming out of their caves. Who the hell are you to recommend that someone doesn't express oneself in one's mother tongue? Did Ogugua complain to you?I did not expect simpletons to understand the implication of what I wrote. Your superiors get it, it does not matter whether you do. |
May I humbly recommend that those of you hard headed, old fashioned, and ignorant posters such as Syncan, who post only in Igbo, that they terminate this behavior ASAP. This behavior alienates many Igbo youths who were born abroad or outside of the East and thus unable to read or write Igbo. These people are nonetheless as Igbo as Ojukwu himself. One of the signs of political maturity is the inclusion of all constituents in all matters Igbo and ensuring that no one is disenfranchised. Mind you, these youths who are being alienated by the old coots who continue to post in Igbo without any interpretation, are the Igbo leaders of tomorrow. Nuff said. |
Ngwakwe: My Aunts and Uncles that live in the North before the War told me that Nyamiri is what Hausas call Igbos and that it was specifically derived from Nyem mmiri.Ana m'anu! Nwannem, biko hapu Dede1. As for me, I will take the words of your Uncles and Auties who lived in the North, as truthful and accurate, before I take that of a person who probably resided on campus, for military purposes alone in Zaria, as accurate. Dede1 is a well known stubborn revisionist. |
manny4life: ndu chuks,It is very important to show some of the wayward youths on NL that the terms Nyamiri and Aboki, were never meant to be derogative or be used to promote bigotry. Lets hope you've learnt one or two things from the exchange. |
PointB: Thanks for not trying to derail the thread. I am though happy to see Dede1 expose the fallacy in your claims. You people stoop quite low to perpetuation distortion of facts in your favour. Here's what I wrote which you are misquoting in a lame attempt at revising history: My peep have been calling Okoros, Nyamiri way before the war and it was not because they were begging for water. The term was coined by market women because they heard Igbo door to door traders ask fellow Igbos for water when they stopped to visit those fellow Igbo traders who operated stalls at the markets. Why would Igbo people ask each other for water in Hausa? They asked by using the phrase Nye m miri. mumu ![]() |
PointB: My brother 9ja_I_hailPointB, just so you know, I think you are doing a good job here. I have no intentions of derailing this thread no do I have the capability of doing so. I'm just unable to allow Dede1 to pass his lies as truths. |
Dede1: The constant yelling of “Onye Mmiri” by Ndigbo, both young and old, led to the coinage of the term Nyemiri. I guess the dielectrically constraints forced out O, E and one of the Ms from “Onye Mmiri” to give rise to “Nyamiri”Why are you indirectly calling fellow Igbos dummies simply because they lived in the North? Have you forgotten that Ikemba himself was born there? Igbos who live up North were and are smart enough to learn Hausa. The water traders you referred to are called "Mai Ruwa" by all and sundry. Trust me, these water traders did not speak Igbo. When you saw the traders down the road you'd yell Mai Ruwa and they'd bring their goods to you. The resident Igbos were not dumb to the point of yelling Onye Mmiri like mad men when the traders would not understand that its a call for their patronage. In fact most Igbo people called the traders by yelling "Mai Luwa". They pronounced "Ruwa" as "Luwa" just as they pronounced "Toro" aa "Tolo". Even to this day, I wouldn't be surprised if you yourself have trouble with the pronunciation of the letter "R" being the unrepentant revisionist and secessionist that you are. As you told us a few years ago, even the Igbo prostitutes would say "luwa ya zo, tashi" instead of "Ruwa ya zo, tashi" (meaning water has arrived, get up) Dede1, give it up. |
Andre Uweh: Shagari did not resist arrest, and he was spared. Shonekan did not resist handing over to Abacha, and his life was spared. If you are a civilian and you resist military takeover, then something dreadful might happen as in the case of Ahmadu Bello.Your list is incomplete nwanne. Please give us a few names of Igbo Army Officers who were spared because they did not resist arrest during the Nzeogwu Igbo coup. |
Beautiful People, Great Country. ![]() |
Dede1: What an arrant nonsense. The term Nyamiri was coined from (Onye Mmiri) as street name Ndigbo call the Aboki people who carry containers of water on their shoulders as they hawk and sell water in northern region of Nigeria.Goodness gracious!!! Dede1 the resident revisionist rises again. The term Nyamiri was coined as I stated from the Igbo phrase for "Give me water" contrary to your lies which state that Nyamiri originated from Onye Mmiri. Lets compare the two phrases (1) Onye Mmiri ........ Nyamiri (2)Nye m mmiri which means Give me water........ Nyamiri Now, which one of the two is closest to Nyamiri. Dede1, your revisionism fails once again. You are losing your marbles as you age nwannem. ![]() |
