Foreign Affairs › Re: Meet The Men Who Control Northern Mali by nduchucks: 1:27am On Jan 15, 2013
It is quite disappointing that so-called educated people are too lazy to read up on the cause of the conflicts in Mali but prefer to make up their minds about the situation on ground, armed with only their own prejudice and ignorance. SMH

If I reveal to you at the appropriate time that the said importer has a Yoruba last name, I bet many of the comments on this thread will change though the fundamental facts would not have changed.

There is a name for this phenomenon. SMH
Foreign Affairs › Re: Czech Presidential Candidate Has A Full-face Tattoo by nduchucks: 12:53pm On Jan 13, 2013
There is a course titled "Art Appreciation" which most of you people have obviously never enrolled in - this explains your displeasure. Appreciating the man's Tattoo is equivalent to a Nigerian man telling a lily white person from the countryside of the UK, that Ogbono soup looks great and delicious, while the same soup looks like baby poo to the white person. Loving Ogbono is really an acquired taste. shay you get?
Politics › Re: Boko-Haram Member Arrested In Ex-rep’s House by nduchucks: 12:25pm On Jan 13, 2013
I find it interesting that no news outlet has the gumption to report that the "honorable' is a card carrying member of the PDP.

Azazi (RIP) you continue to be vindicated.
Politics › Re: Yoruba Deity Warned Us Of Palace Fire – Alaafin Of Oyo by nduchucks: 2:01am On Jan 13, 2013
donedy: Hahaha.. Based on our written comments, one can easily judge who among us lacks English comprehension. More so, If you had read my initial reply to your comment, you would have known my stance on the issue. My job as your fellow black man was just to enlighten my deluded brother who happens to disgracing himself in a public forum.

Also, I think I've done my job. You can either take my advice or continue on your religious deluded dogmatic-ridden path, which makes you not less better than Boko Horam.
I can see that you prejudged my first post, but for now I forgive you and will give you the opportunity to provide us with some education.

Please explain to me why the Alafin's claim regarding the said Ori should be taken seriously. Please enlighten us about this deity. Thanks in advance. P.S. Its OK to say you don't know if that is indeed the case.
Politics › Re: Yoruba Deity Warned Us Of Palace Fire – Alaafin Of Oyo by nduchucks: 1:03am On Jan 13, 2013
donedy: It's unfortunately that you're still spilling your idiosyncratic behavior, which further worsens your deluded mind. How does Jesus translate to a God if he was a human, fool. Exactly my point, because it was mentioned in the bible and in the Koran, inferiority-minded souls like you will classify him to be true. It's better to worship someone that you aspired to be a supreme being but haven't seen than to worship a mortal like you. Idiots like you will likely worship TB Joshua because he is a prophet.

This Ori of yours is an inanimate object and you people remain delusional if you thing the Alafin heard from him.

You just kept countering your argument by that statement. You must be delusional thinking that Jesus rose from the dead and all he speaks with all those money-chasing pastors. Ewu!
I don't have time to discuss with intellectual midgets. Stop telling bold face lies. All I have said was that your Ori is an inanimate object, probably made out of plywood. smiley All the other crap you are spewing simply shows that you lack English comprehension. You can continue to argue with yourself.

Do you believe that Alafin heard from this Ori or not? Jesus has nothing to do with this issue. mumu
Politics › Re: Yoruba Deity Warned Us Of Palace Fire – Alaafin Of Oyo by nduchucks: 12:15am On Jan 13, 2013
donedy: I'm not saying that I believe the Alafin, but I think you're the one suffering from delusion in this scenario. Had it been he spoke with white Jesus (god), you would have believed him and not call it inanimate. Just look at the inferiority complex of a black man like you.
ode ni e. Who is talking about Jesus here? History tells us that Jesus lived on earth and He is mentioned in both the Bible and the Koran. This Ori of yours is an inanimate object and you people remain delusional if you thing the Alafin heard from him.

@seanet01, you claim that you are an Egba boy but I bet you are oblivious of your own history. olodo

seanet01: nduchucks you must be M.A.D.
How dare you?
You think this is King that will teaches his subjects how to blow up people with bombs?
You are the real delusional one.
Don't dare come here and talk to any Yoruba King like that again.
Ode buruku
This is 2012 and not 12 AD. I'm afraid you too must be delusional if you believe that the inanimate object Ori informed the Alafin of the impending fire.

It is because of the kind of mentality that you have that your leaders continue to deceive you people while stealing the wealth of your children and grand children with impunity.

If you can show us that some Ori informed the Alafin of anything, I'm all ears.
Politics › Re: Yoruba Deity Warned Us Of Palace Fire – Alaafin Of Oyo by nduchucks: 6:37pm On Jan 12, 2013
The Alaafin, who was speaking during the sympathy visit of the caretaker chairmen of local governments under his domain, said Ori, one of the deities affected by the inferno, had told them that there would be a fire incident in the palace and told them to disconnect the wires connecting its room.
E be like say the Alafin has a TD Joshua in the form of a deity name Ori in his palace. The Alafin appears to also be suffering from delusion because he claimed that some inanimate object, named Ori spoke to him.

This Alafin is a confused bushrat in my opinion, a joker.

If this bridge were that important to real men, those men would have imposed a 'self-inflicted wound' to the bridge. I know of at least 5 spots on that bridge where an ordinary N5,000 grenade or rock blasting dynamite would be most effective.

That wound should get you the needed result. Sunnews can report it as an age related collapse lipsrsealed
which thread and why is it edited? nl has stated the rules for participation and unless my thread is in violation of a standing rule , which to my knowledge it is not, i dont see why it is changed. I would like to be educated if there is a rule im violating. if im not violating any rule then my privilege rights is both violated and discriminately picked on.
@ _Negro, give Mukina a break, buddy. Your thread about Chime was re-titled and moved to the Front page for more visibility. This is not a bad thing.

May I recommend that you increase your visibility and participation in the politics section and give the appropriate face to Ndiigbo and her causes. Your leadership is needed as some wayward folks will soon control the agenda, if you do not.

hmmmm. Interesting. I've searched for reasons to discredit the author of the posted article and the International Bank Note Society (IBNS) founded in 1961, but I could not find any.

Most likely the facts as stated in the article are accurate.

Politics › Re: 'Smelly Nigerian': Racist Confrontation On London Train by nduchucks: 10:25pm On Jan 10, 2013
Is this how you people fight in the UK. That girl would not have the guts to insult that boy like that in Texas or Chicago for obvious reasons.

Everyone packed heat when I lived in the US.

On a separate note, that boy was not trained at home about how to be respectful to babes and treat them like precious metals at all times.

This should be a very easy case to prosecute, we've known about this theft years ago. Were it not for the Nigeria factor, Soludo would be found guilty after a very easy prosecution by an ordinary American Ambulance Chaser equivalent.

What great harm is done by the presence of ajami on our currencies to warrant its removal? Are you people complaining because it looks like Arabic and you are transferring your bigotry into the debate?

What's the main reason for your complaints? Frankly, I don't care whether they add Chinese inscriptions to the N10000 bill as long as I can spend the doggone money.
Politics › Re: Why Do We Still Have The Arabic Inscription On Our Higher Currency Notes? by nduchucks: 3:10am On Jan 08, 2013
Deep Sight: This is still beside the point. Why is only one tribe given this privilege, period.
Inasmuch as the said inscription facilitates the participation, in various economic activities which require currencies, of millions of people who otherwise have difficulties because they cannot read except in Ajami, one should not have a problem with this.

afam4eva: Thst's what i'm saying. Those roads and bridges will be very sweet if there were skyscrapers and tall building in sokoto. I just think sokoto is a livable city.

Btw, how's the security situation over there? Any bokoharam?
Sokoto is one of the most secure and peaceful cities in Nigeria. Your chances of dying in a road accident, from police stray bullets, or at the hands of armed robbers or kidnappers are quite small compared to comparable cities south of the Niger and Benue rivers. BH is not very active in Sokoto, the group knows that the day they carry out attacks in Sokoto will mark the end of their existence.

I'm sick and tired of these lying officials. Obviously, the presidency is planning to spend N60billion on the phones (a.k.a 2015 campaign). Apparently they failed to brief Dr. Akinwumi Adesina on their game plan.

The picture below shows Reno Omokri yesterday, defending the N60billion to be spent. SMH

Politics › Re: President Jonathan Lies Again, TCN Faults Power Generation Claims! by nduchucks: 2:42am On Jan 04, 2013
taharqa: My interpretation of what the President said was that Nigeria could produce more than 5000MWs of Electricity BUT (and this is usually a key OPERATIVE word in sentences where it appears) we dont wheel that much to the public cos we cant sustain it.
I actually believe that power generation is not our main power problem. With money and proximity to natural gas, any willing government can buy and install prefabricated power plants within months and generate additional 5000MW. The problem is that, since power cannot be stored, we may end up exporting the generated power because as you pointed out we can't sustain that much power.

The key to the solution of our uninterruptible power supply problem, is the complete deregulation of the power distribution and transmission systems. With these assets in the hands of for-profit organizations, they will be well maintained and power supply will become steady. For now, our experts from Enugu, Owerri, Nsukka e.t.c continue to steal remove copper and other assets from the transmission and distribution lines with impunity. When these assets are completely transferred to private owners, the problem will disappear overnight.

I am not impressed by any purported success in power generation. What we have come to accept as success is actually a disgrace of an achievement.
