So also is sharing of assets mostly gotten during the marriage, earnings of which he was able to get while she took care of the home etc. If it is only for child support, how come husbands or rich wifes pay out millions and billions to their spouses during separation? How come will Smith cannot divorce Jada pinket? How come sir paul Mac cartney had to pay Heather mills 48m and further 70k monthly in child support?.

If you are referring to a bungalow below is a rough guide (location-ogun state)

Size of plot - 36 x 9m ( half plot)-324 sqm
Cost of half plot - 600k - 1.5m depending on the are

Size of building - 25m x 7m (3 bedroom bungalow- one unit)= 175 sqm

Current reality is that 1sqm = 200,000 naira

Therefore cost of building= 175 x 200,000 = N35,000,000 (external works inclusive with average material finishing for the building)

Add the cost of land -1,500,000

Add contingency- 2,000,000

Total - N 38,500,000

Note that you can reduce the rate to 1sqm = 150,000 but not advisable

She may even get a judgement that places him him debt from future earnings. Eg, if she gets a judgement against him for eg 20m. He might claim no assets to pay, that does not stop his liability, just that there is no physical assets to garnishee.
In that case, his future earnings could be intruded on. His club could be instructed to pay into court coffers to pay his igbese. His inheritance from his mother should she drop dead in 10 years time could also be claimed on to cover his debt.
