Benwems:Great. |
Fighting between 2 blodas that voted continuity. This is a minor case of 2 fighting. You sure say them no go go court? ![]()

Cannot reach teo pharmacy on phone. I just spoke with them at Pius and Gina (PG Pharmercy), also on akowonjo road. Valcanizer bus stop. They have indirab vaccine. I understand it is 7k.

FreeStuffsNG:So those of us that spend millions paying school fees in private universities I assume will have our wards exempted right? Kindly note that some kids have not in anyway benefited from tax payers resources from birth till now. Not a dime. How will the child's movement now be restricted? |
First time I will use the word stupid on this forum. Those people are stupid. So I will pay 5m per session aside other expenses for 6 years to train my ward in university and you will then pass a bill to restrict my child's movement for 5 year? Absolute madness! |

If you are in Lagos, teo pharmacy on akowonjo road sell. Atleast my Indian friend bought from there years back. Please note that rabies injection has to be taken within hrs of the bite of not it will not be effective and that is a death sentence. If you need me to confirm if they have for you. I could do that first thing day break. |
humberjade:What I meant is that area is to the extreme. Seems to Pass the stage of being called outskirts. As per the second paragraph, it seems to be unsafe to prospect land on the extreme outskirts in the hope over time it will be valuable for use. The recent trend is that those lands usually end up in dispute as the locals end up reselling the land to other parties once the areas starts to appreciate. |
humberjade:Haba, that one is not outskirts of Lagos naa. Before that area will develop, the seller would have reclaimed the land from the buyer. |
Na wah. This one pass 2 fighting. Rest in peace to the dead. |
SaintLucia:Hmm, you might be saying the truth. Because when i had cause to visit the executive Ccu unit at lasuth I never saw a Yoruba patient. It might be coincidence, but my observation. It was igbo men I saw patronizing the place. What does that tell you? OK. Let me tell you if you don't get it. Cash is king! They will take your money as a non indigine and give you first class service over an indigine that has no money! So all the rants of Lagos or some other place doing well by having health facilities is crap. Untill all citizens have acess to great healthcare regardless of financial status, the state has a long way to go. |
Tadadobe:OP, it is encouraging to see you believe naira can appreciate to 250. Anyway, let this evil apc return naira to where they met it. Ie 140. |
razzydoo:UK has the nhs, us has insurance. Maybe when Nigerians hookup with medical insurance very well, it will help. See, you don not want to be in a situation where you have health challenge in Nigeria and not have money. Especially in Lagos. Late November, December I was Ill, if I did not spend money, I blew over 1m. Mind you, I did not do any surgery. Just seeing consultants, medications, tests. Each time I went to hospital ie lasuth, I held $5k in my wallet as "incase incase" , so cost will not be an issue. Issue is how many people can afford the Ccu? Consultant I will see at my beck and call, folks in the regular hospital will get there 5am, wait the whole day with hundreds of patients and might not see the consultant! When they see finally, they are given test to do. Can they afford the test? 20, 50,100,150k test? When the do the test, they then have to come back to queue again to see the doctor. The health sectors is quite crazy, especially with doctors leaving and hence shortage. My advice is live healthy, pray not to fall sick, and if you do, make sure you have plenty money. You can get first class treatment. But it is not for the poor. |
IpobAntidote:Oga, if you don't have money to pay for treatment in Lagos, you will stay there and someone from elsware will survive at your detriment. That is the fact. The equipments might be there, but they charge commercially. |
LeoDeKing:Oga, the issue is can Lagosians afford the healthcare? The facilities might be there, but last I checked they are charged commercially. I usually use the Ccu private unit at lasuth. All the consultants are readily available, nice Ac rooms, fine food etc, humane nurses, elevators, helicopter landing pad etc. But hold atleast 2m to get treated there. You pay consultants 30-50k each time they see you. Deposit for admission is between 500 and 1m. The other day I decided to do "aroro" ie save money, and visited the regular side of lasuth ie where normal Lagosians go. The dental unit. Aside the queue and delays one is not used to, I found out is was still expensive. Scaling and polishing cost me about 10k. To do the dental work I wanted, I was given a bill of 680k! I was charged even more than a regular private dental clinic! Truth of the matter, folks that do not have money are dying like chickens in this Lagos, be you igbo, Yoruba or Hausa. I don't know about healthcare elsewhere in the country as I have not stayed there. |
humberjade:There is no place on the outskirts of Lagos you will see 1m land. I doubt it. |
When will Reno talk about Atiku. Abeg, this charlatan should take a back seat. |
apache4:Bros, that is taking it too far. |
Reno seems to be losing his marbles. |
Madam, unfortunately, most of the advice you will get here is from your son's age mates. Most proper adults will not comment as they will be insulted. |
They have use it to buy benz. |
Na wah. Nothing person no go see in this forum. Anyway happy birthday to you. |
ChineduAPC:Where in this post did you see Obi declared as a corrupt person and tax evader by the US? Or is it not the same post I read? The sensationalism of owning an offshore account is what thrills you, as in it's supposed illegality. Oga, lots of people on this forum own offshore trusts, it is no big deal. As I am today, if I have 10m gbp, proceeds from my business, I will quickly setup a trust that will handle my affairs. You may be supprised to know that it is your bank assigned asset management consultant that will advice and assist you open offshore trust. Nigeria, Nnpc, businessmen, any person of value and networth own offshore trust. They all do. Question you should ask is why icpc, efcc, lastma, amotekun, vio, roadsafety, fire service, red cross, man o war etc not arrested and prosecuted Obi all these years. Afterall he has been in the opposition. |
ChineduAPC:I really wonder where you get your news from. He evaded tax in the US? Do you know how the tax system works? Abi if you are not resident in the US, are you meant to pay tax there. Show where you saw any government listing Obi as one of the corrupt men in the US. Just show 1 link to support your claims. Why will you just wake up and write things from your imagination? Or did someone tell you all those stories in a beer parlor? Do you even understand that owning an offshore trust is not a crime as far as the source is legal? Are you aware that Obi had overdraft in the uk of over 10m gbp. Do you understand what it means for uk banks to advance not just an African, but a Nigerian that kind of facility without ant collateral? Anyway, I don't respect you to understand. |
Oladelepsy001:To say that an accomplished international businessman, that conquered both the private and cooperate world would not have been known is rather ridiculous. Are you aware that Obi was on the board of several blue-chip companies? Aside that, no customs agent, clearing agent or rather anyone in the shipping industry that did not recon with him. Just that you have the contract to clear 1% of his shippments made people multi millionaires. You talk of education and keep propagating lies of a 3rd class. Is it evil to have a 3rd class? Abi is having a first or second class prerequisite for success? If it were, 99% of people will not be in this forum writing 24/7, laying false accusations. Anyway, he had a 2.2. Are you aware Obi was also the DG of the security and exchange commission? Hate a man, dislike him, it is your right, but don't give him name that is not his.

Benwallt:We truelly have mouth as Nigerians. Only in Nigeria will a poor man walk past a mansion, look at it and say the owner does not have taste, that if advice had been sort from him, he could have done a better job. Only in Nigeria will a poor try to advice a rich man on skills of making money, setting up businesses |

Important thing is they are both sounder than the OP. With that, we are good to go. |
b0rn2fuck:So you think say men weh de get second wife or Kids outside de plan am? Because woman weh born for you na second wife and with pikin = second family. Bros, na where man de plan to "knack and cum" inside the totex, complication de enter. The nacking fit sweet hook you, on the other hand she fit put jazz ontop tie you to the extent to go house go taya you. Finally finally if you get money, the ultimate na to take belle hold you. Once a woman has a child for you, you are linked to her for life. Your family will never remain thesame. You children's inheritance will be interfered with. Check out ayeni, the billionaire lawyer or yul, the actor. |
Don't mess with aboki okada riders, all the hear is go and not come. Na them de carry dagger. The day I saw them charge rrs task force of over 30 armed policemen, disregarding the gunshots, picking up planks, stones etc to chase the police to recover their bikes, I knew those were not ordinary Lagos bike riders. See the scramble by the police to jump into their vehicles to flee for their lives. |
Hope they will make her minister for spiritual affairs. Atleast, she and someone have something in common.
|
LegendHero:Na wah. Where were you before 1999 ? Guess a lot of you folks were either born after 1999 or came to Lagos after that date, so it is forgivable if you don't know any better. The president elect was only governor for 8 years starting from 1999 and you attribute him as the alpha and omega? Anyway, some mellenials will agree with you. |
ChineduAPC:But Peter Obi is the only audited presidential candidate. The only one that presented his tax clearance certificate in which for the past 20 years he has paid not less than 50m as taxes yearly. No other candidate including the president elect could do that, rather avoided town halls not different from the blablablu where he will not be asked question such as this relating to taxes. Obviously, do don't expect Obi to run a company in UK and pay taxes to Nigeria. |
