Pls my good nairalanders, is it wise for WES to send only result certificate for verification. My school called me and told me that instead of wes to send transcript for verification, they sent only my HND certificate for verification. Do you think they will later send my transcript for verification?. Am in a dilemma now, I applied for credentials evaluation and Nova scotia provincial nominee which I applied to gave me a deadline being 8 of September that my application will be refused if I don't provide my ECA. My school has sent my verification but am worried as they sent only my HND certificate for verification which were what wes requested to be verified

nanonye: At ritalicious, I don't mean to dampen your faith or discourage u but I honestly feel you are a bit late. The latest Cap Update has 2263 at 234 and this is after assessing applications up till abt Nov 3rd week. With your WES yet to be done, it means that the earliest your application will arrive CIC NS will be in February which means there will be over 2 months of applications to open before you. There is no harm in going ahead sha but I strongly feel you should try to prepare a very strong Saskatchewan application because that may be a more realistic route in my opinion. I don't think you need WES evaluation for Saskatchewan so please file your complete application for they asap. Good luck.

you are right. but what about me, i will apply by February ending and my NOC is 2145(petroleum). the cap is just 4. i have gathered all my docs remaining IELTs which will be taken on the 15th of February.

solomonwis: The only person/people that can answer question is WES. Ask your friend you forward his educational credentials to WES for evaluation. Evaluation for FSWP is not on the basis of class of degree but on the basis of equivalency.

House pls, a friend of mine had 3rd class and he is preparing for this year FSWP. His problem is, if he apply for WES evaluation, do u think his degree will be equal to canadian degree since he has a Nigerian 3rd class.

Pls for those of your that pushed their transcript to WES from FUTO, how did u obtain the one U included in your application as I was told that they don't issue transcript at hand.

My dear, doctors are in a higher demand in Canada. Who so ever that advised u not to go to canada, does not know anything about the country. A brother of my who is a medical doctor migrated to canada through federal skill worker program last two yrs and he got job within one month of arrival. Pls open ur eyes and do not be deceived. Canada rules, pls go straight to federal skill worker program and apply because as I write this to u now, ur occupation is listed among the needed profession in canada.

okejji: I have discovered a woman working in the central criminal Registry at Lagbon, Lagos. you dont need to be in Lagos for our police certificate to be done. just contact her she will send you the form to your email, then you can do the finger print and send her your details through courier. She will do it within a day and send it back to you. She just did it for my friend very easy.
her name is Mrs Modupe Jegede (FINGERPRINT ANALYST), Phone no. 08033671031, 08076652645. Her charge is relatively very cheap.
She charges b/w 4k - 6k if you are present in her office. but those outside lagos she might collect more because of courier. others collect upto 18k or even more. so beware. pls tell her that Okoro informed you. so that it can be done with ease and cheap
