i don't think rita is very close in beauty to rai if they are not equally as pretty.
i meant i DO think rita is very close in beauty to aishwarya.
CelebritiesRe: Rita Dominic Vs. Aishwarya Rai by nene1(op): 9:54pm On May 24, 2009
aishwarya has a prettier face, but rita definitely has a better body and smoother skin.

How can u compare rita to world's most beautiful woman?? undecided
i agree the aishwarya is very gorgeous, but she is not the most beautiful in the world. i can say there are a few other actresses like bipasha basu who are just as beautiful.

ur damn right!! lol. BUT WHY RITA DOMINIC? huh is she dat pretty? lol. plus last year, Rai was part of VH1's most beautiful women alive count down and placed in da top 10 from 100 of actresses popular in da US.
dat aint da only thing i said. and the "nationality" thing was to say the movie roles they play. . . culture.
i was only talking about their looks, not their acting.
CelebritiesRe: Chamillionaire Is A Nigerian by nene1: 7:57am On May 23, 2009
yes girl you're right. doctor and lawyer are like the best professions in the african sense and i think just in general as well. but athletes make more money though lol,
CelebritiesRe: Chamillionaire Is A Nigerian by nene1: 5:38am On May 23, 2009
chiogo:
I guess. But I do know people born here by two Nigerian parents who plan to play professional basketball and such.
true, but being an athlete is wayyyy more respectable than being a rapper. not in the same eague. but yea there are already plenty of nigerians who were either born here or raised here and are professional athletes.

all the talk abt him getting with a nigerian sister is one big load of bullshit

men of means are searching for a quality woman of class, status, beauty and

great personaity
. the last time i checked this qualities are not restricted to only one

group or nationality of women, moreover its a free world
ok, but there are plenty of naija women and other african women with these qualities you state unless you're trying to imply that only oyinbo or non-naija girls have these qualities. that's how you made it sound.
CelebritiesRe: Rita Dominic Vs. Aishwarya Rai by nene1(op): 3:51am On May 23, 2009
what do you mean that they can't be compared b/c they are of diff. nationalities? you just did my saying aishwarya is prettier.
CultureRe: Igbo Kwenu! kwezuo Nu! Join Us If You're Proud To Be An Igbo Guy/Lady by nene1: 2:25am On May 23, 2009
What does Igbo kwenu mean? I always wondered what it meant. I'm not igbo but I must say igbo mean are handsome though, especially some of the football (american football) players.
CultureNigerians Who Can't Pronounce Their names by nene1(op): 2:20am On May 23, 2009
I have been reading some posts on nairaland and they have mentioned some mixed race nigerians/africans abroad who cannot pronounce their own surname. what kind of nonsense is that? is this true? have any of you ever heard of anyone who can't pronouce their own name no matter how long it is? At least if you don't marry someone from your culture, you can at least teach your children the basic things in your culture such as knowing how to say their own frikin name!
CelebritiesRe: Chamillionaire Is A Nigerian by nene1: 1:53am On May 23, 2009
sorry i meant to say he WOULDN'T turn out that way. meaning as a rapper. he would be doing something more useful with his life.
CelebritiesRe: Chamillionaire Is A Nigerian by nene1: 1:46am On May 23, 2009
I was surprised too when I found out he was nigerian, but it is only his dad. His mom is an akata. That explains why. I don't think if both his mother and father werer nigerian/african he would turn out that way.
CelebritiesRe: Omotola or Rita Dominic - who is more beautiful? by nene1: 1:44am On May 23, 2009
i mean omo looks very ordinary without makeup. so many other actresses look better than omo. she also has a huge nose and very small eyes. she is not that special. im surprised a lot of people are saying omotola.
CelebritiesRe: Omotola or Rita Dominic - who is more beautiful? by nene1: 1:40am On May 23, 2009
omotola is pretty, but an average pretty girl like you see everyday. she is overrated. rita dominic on the other hand has flawless skin (no i'm not saying it b/c she is light b/c they are both somewhat light-skinned). she has extremely smooth skin. Even though she puts on make up, but her skin is still quite a bit smoother than the other actresses, b/c they all put on make up. Now you don't see a girl that pretty every day. Even though Omo has 4 kids, but she is not all that pretty to me. She looks very ordinary with makeup. But Rita looks gorgeous with ot without makeup. Even in movies where she plays village scenes and has a wrap on her head you can still tell she is very pretty. SO IT IS RITA HANDS DOWN!
CelebritiesRita Dominic Vs. Aishwarya Rai by nene1(op): 1:35am On May 23, 2009
Both women are gorgeous (in my opinion), but who do you think looks better? Only Rita and Aishwarya. I know there are other gorgeous actresses out there, but I'm only talking about these two. Let me know what you guys think. If you don't like either actress their is no need for insults, just don't comment then.
RomanceRe: Naija Men Vs Akatas by nene1: 1:29am On May 23, 2009
naija men are very sexy. have any of you heard of Nnamdi Asomugha or Osi Umenyiora?
RomanceRe: Nnamdi Asomugha Or Osi Umenyiora? Girls, Who Would You Choose? by nene1(op): 12:04am On May 21, 2009
mmunive21:
I think Nnamdi will be with an African girl. He is very in touch with his roots, both of his parents moved from Nigeria to USA when they were in their college years, he also visited Nigeria a lot when he was a little boy and now too. He doesnt seem like hed be with even a white girl, he said he didnt like blondes in an interview and FYI YES he is IS single. I know this for a fact. He is very handsome and comes from a smart family, everyone in his family has more than one degree except him (he only has one from ucberkeley) and he isnt someone to go back on his roots. I dont see that. Yet it is kind of sad because I am half white and half black and I think I'd be perfect for him wink haha
you're right he does seem to be in touch with his roots though, but you know how black men get when they have money. well i hope he chooses me lol, just kidding i wish. do you have a link to the interview?

and well maybe if you're half-naija so it's not like you're exactly white.
RomanceRe: Naija Men Vs Akatas by nene1: 12:01am On May 21, 2009
naija of course. they are both overrall equally as good looking, but naija men have culture unless they are completely americanized. anyway, i say naija men hands down.
FamilyRe: Why Do Most Nigerian Men Treat Their Wives Like Maids? by nene1: 11:51pm On May 18, 2009
@Orikinla:

That was well said. I notice that nigerian men act differently with western women. They do certain things such as cooking, that they would never dream of doing if they were with a naija woman.

wow i already have replies. i just posted a few minutes ago and there are already a few replies. do you just sit and wait for my replies? anyway, i'll respond when i feel like it. i need to go work on graduation preparations. good luck with your useless lives i'm going to med school!

othello, you write good english, but there is no need to waste your time on nairaland. i don't have time to write proper punctuation and all that just for an online forum. i save that time for my classes. you could write a good book. use your time wisely instead of taking my words to heart. calm down bro. it is just an online forum u don't even know me.

badriyyah, you are just a half-caste. and please you could rip at me? be my guest. lol,  u had me laughing so hard with that one. you should try being a comedian that makes black & white jokes.  plz shut your half-breed ass.

na2day- i have nothing to say to your stupid ass. you are just plain stupid.

anyway, i hope you find something better to do with your lives, while i'm in med school. that's the best profession one can do in my opinion.

best,

love,

nene1

Badriyyah:
Nene1 what have you done for Africa?
ummm let me see, i will graduate from college at the end of this month to go to med school so that one i will go back to practice in africa. that's something we need. doctors, not people who will make half-caste children.

by the way, what does this have to do with the topic? it's not as if you are doing anything meaningful for africa. but then you're not african, you're a half-caste.
RomanceRe: I Love White Women And I'm Not Ashamed by nene1: 10:30pm On May 17, 2009
how do you know i am americanized? now you are the one ASSUMING. i could easily say you are white-washed since you like white women. i know more about my african cultures just as much as those living in africa. i am proud of who i am. no matter how long i live in america, i will never forget who i am. besides i know my mom's culture better than some of those whose parents are both nigerian. there are some kids living in africa who love to copy america as they see it on tv.

0thello:
Nene1 you're only half Nigerian by blood and most of all completely Americanized. I could be using that as the reason for your stupidity however I'm not going to stoop to your level. You're not defending Nigerian women because NOBODY is insulting NIGERIAN women.

ONLY YOU have insulted Nigerian MEN by exclaiming that the ones who decide to date, marry, or have children with foreigners are some sort of "sell outs, or "garbage". Quite ironic because if I were to use that logic your own mother is a sell-out and piece of garbage. You think your daddies black foreign ass is enough to avoid the label? Simply put anybody can set ridiculous bars like you have. Luckily the world isn't based on how some Americanized tramp feels.

Nobody is here cursing black women, Nigerian women or even African women. However there are a list of morons with you as their leader who disgrace Nigerians. I suggest you all seek therapy or at least get hysterectomys.

You keep saying what I'm saying is like "reading a book" and yet all it does is testify to how weak your own arguments are and own inability to retaliate without stupid statements like that. You absolutely have nothing “helpful” to say, all you do is sling insults at mixed-race people like your ugly moronic, militant ass was crafted by God himself. You really do not to get the f**k off that pedestal because lowly Americanized bitches like you really aren't that high up on the list of social incompetence. I have no idea what kind of short books you've been reading but I know they supply those books to kids who ride on the "short yellow bus" to school.

I'll repeat: NOBODY on this thread has insulted Nigerian women. he only person who has insulted Nigerian women is your mother, because she felt the need to have a retard like you disgrace Nigerian women's names and honour due to lack of education, intelligence and logic. You are the only disgrace I see to Nigerian women, the only person I am ashamed of being linked to.
you have been hurling insults as well. i am disgraced to share heritage with a piece of shit like you. you insult my two black parents for marrying each other, yet it you have no problem with a nigerian man with a WHITE WOMAN. africans like you are the reason why africa won't move forward. you respect whites more than your fellow africans. you are just a waste of space. you refer to my father as "black foreign ass" yet you would never dare insult a white man like that. aren't you a black man just like him? go back to worshipping your white masters.
