,(more of fruits &veggies), drink a lot of water and if you have not started, pls do start taking Pre-Natal drugs especially Folic Acid becos it helps in healthy development of yur baby. Enjoy this period becos it is precious.

@ cuteruth, I understand what you're going thru becos I experienced dat with my first baby. In the 8th month, the doc complained that my baby kept changing position and dat if it did not stay head down, it would be CS. My sister, all I did was to pray and speak to my baby to remain head down and by the time I went for my scan, the baby was head down and remained so till birth. And I also know that babies can still change positions until delivery. The doc could also try turning the baby's position to head down. (I stand to be corrected oh, I no be doctor!)
If you're a christian, I will like to recommend a book for you 'Supernatural Childbirth' by Jackie Mize. The prayers and confessions has helped build my faith from the time I was ttcing to now that am in my 29th week.
