Politics › Re: El-rufai’s Religious Bill In Kaduna ‘absolutely Wrong’ – Senator Shehu Sani by neocortex: 9:58am On Apr 11, 2016 |
Chiefpriest1: About this bill, I think people should learn to separate politics from what is rational.
I consider myself a Christian, so I cannot support anything that would hurt those who believe in the gospel of christ.
I 've gone through the bill and apart from a little fine-tuning that it needs, I really don't think it's a bad one.
Some quick questions:
1. How many of you enjoy churches or mosques that are almost making you go insane in your area? Sometimes, it's just 5 members inside a cubicle making your life unbearable.
2. Is the bill only for christians?
3. How much do you like islamic preachers or pastors that preach hate.
4. Shouldn't religion be a private endeavour? Why should a muslim loudspeaker wake me up by 5am or a Christian vigil keep me awake all night.
5. Do you know how many Nigerians with dreams of a brighter future have been sent to their early graves as a result of hate sermons.
Ps: I have my reservations about the licensing thing because it can be abused, though it's not even the government that's doing the licensing.
I believe that there has to be a way of curbing the excesses of these zealots, but dont hate that bill because you hate el-rufai.
By the way, the senator is a political arch-enemy of el-rufai, so must know where he's coming from. Let's not always follow the crowd Have you seen the content of the bill ? because you make so much assumptions. |

I use MTN Hynet LTE unlimited 5mbps (4pm - 6am). It's pretty good and can stream without buffering, but more speed is always appreciated in this era when the average PC game is 30GB Do you mean unlimited data ? |

They are old, obsolette. They were built in the seventies. His conscience tells him HIS PDP did this to him but what to do? KEEP UP APPEARANCES! Blame a one year old regime! Blame a one year old baby for the waywardness of a sixteen year old. YOU TRULLY BELONG TO A MENTAL ASSYLUM. you are worse than a Wailing Wailer. YOU ARE A LUNATIC! seunmsg: The situation of things in Ekiti is really horrible. Fayose, Aluko, Olugbemi, Lere Olayinka etc are all miscreants who should never have been allowed anywhere near a public office in the first place. The mess they are making out of governing the state is disgusting and shameful. Ekiti has moved from being the fountain of knowledge to the fountain of political rascals. I sincerely hope my people will get their priorities right and vote more logically in the next election. This gamble with Fayose is a huge failure. Please tell us your state of origin if you are proud of it ? |

Until we start dealing with victims of certain crimes, we'll never understand the gravity of stupidity and ignorance. Only primitive society punishes victims instead of criminals. enlightenedmind: What are you even saying? God there is really no intelligent person in this country again. My dear. Buhari did not go to beg for loans, he asked for direct loans not through IMF to cut off the IMF routes that leave African countries destitute. He said he was not collecting IMF funds. And he has to find a way to get that money. Now the looted funds is what i am interested in. Nigerians are so lazy. You think your problem is light OR FUEL. Please change your moniker from enlightenedmind to lazymind becuase an enlightenedmind won't be brainwashed into believing useless conspiracy theories. Fuel has never been sold at the right price in did country bcoz PDP looters collect bribes from Western countries to use us milking cows. Don't know about light by I happy for the FX and Fuel. We must refine our own feul even if we have suffer we must refine it then sell. I doubt if you understood what you posted. Isn't it ironic that the same western country is where Buhari is going to beg for loans. The fuel we are currently using please is it being refined in Nigeria ? |
