Dude, i will need the total cost of this application per SQM. Labor, material, and installation. I am experimenting on Alternative Surface treatment. Plastering is the cheapest and readily available method, but i believe one should be able to find another materials that are cheaper and still effective for external usage such as Fence wall. [b]What we currently spend on perimeter walling is stupid in my Opinion. [/b]The thing dey always vex pesin!!!

The diff is that the 1st one is
12ft and very straight

The 2nd one 10.5ft looks rough, not straight enough, it’s the regular one you see at every plank mkt

The issue is that, in most western region plank seller association market, they peg it down that there wood size will be 10.5ft long and is killing the Beauty of formwork and others wood work finishings

You can only get special size in few mkt now ( let’s say 10pec) and when you hear the price you will run like USAIN BOLT

The QS some months ago asked me to terminate the contract after seeing his attitude towards the project, but I kept condoling his beggings and excuses.

Decided to change when he couldnt do more than 1 day job out of 14 days given to him by my lawyer to make amends after wasting 4 months plus.

We're a different breed when it comes to tolerance but he took his grace far when he came here to claim only atrium cover was left.

So insulting. (Not new to me though, he often goes abusive when his lies and excuses are laid bare to him).

Alof of elders won't talk on this thread because they already gave him a thumbs down when I enquired of them.

So it's like, "we told you he's a leopard, but you chose to take him to the car wash with the hope of washing off his spots"

Please I need your help and advice both professionally and by experience.

I recently did a 40ft tank stand for a client and there are going to be six(6) 750 gallons. The issue is that the plumber said the client should buy a pumping machine after buying a sumo.

So my question is,is that necessary. Isn't the sumo enough to pump water to the tanks and then gravity will bring it down. The plumber is saying that the sumo can't do that job effectively and should be supported by a pumping machine.

What this literarily mean is that we believe a 10l capacity water heater at N30k is cheaper than a 100l capacity water heater at N120k.

The first thing we always look at is the price tag.

Most businesses understand this simple naija man mentality and this explains why our market is flooded with satchet drinks and daily need items.

Those are my last jobs from nairaland, would have posted recent ones but they aren't online clients. How much person even dey see here wey e no go hear word, these kobo kobo designs someone is using to warm hand while waiting for real offline clients someone will still chop insult on top.

When some of us move on, it is not because we are weak but because we’ve been down that path and we know the resources and effort will probably not amount to anything.

Just we wasting extra money to get someone that won’t still end up paying the debt.

From police collecting money to track down debtor, To police charging for mobilization, to police not being able to detain more than 48hrs, to lawyer accepting money to charge the case to court, to we waiting forever for court to appoint us a date, bavk and forth.

I am now more careful with my resources and more careful with whosoever i sign deals with or give jobs to avoid this heartache

Experience is the best teacher, unfortunately, mine came with a bitter one.

From the young energetic Tiler vouching that the stains on the tiles would go off once the tiles are done (the stains are still there till date) to brick guy reassuring me the bricks would be okay (i sent the bricks outcome here)

Now, if it’s not okay to me.. i do advice them to do the needful immediately.
