Energy prices especially have really gone up. Petrol use to be $1. 90 but now it’s above $3 per gallon.
Electricity bill has almost doubled., if you live in a single family house here and pay less than $350 a month, that is cheap. Raise in home value has impacted tax amount. Even groceries have gone up, in most instances 20- 30%.
All these take big chunks off savings.

Thats too much for electricity except you run all your appliances on electricity and live in the north pole.

Oga if you can start your own thread and post only your work it will take you a long way. You claimed they are your work but now its a different story, how can anyone even trust you? For now that your 20% down will not even fly if you already have this red flags.

You can help yourself buy listing the name of the people you have worked for, since you said you have work for a lot of people here and also back it up with pictures to convince your anticipated customers.

I can even remember the last time I closed my kitchen door in my personal 3 bedroom flat.

Its still going to be functional without a door but I would install a kitchen door for my tenants since you dont know the preferences of your future tenants and again kitchen gives some form of privacy especially when you have a visitor in a small apartment like the one you described.

Its like kitchen cabinets without door, its still going to be functional but all your garri, maggi and co will be exposed to whoever walk into your kitchen.

Then you that legitimately bought and shipped yours from North America and paid all the fees from shipping to clearing at Lagos port will be at a loss because the Cotonou / Lome Axis boys will sell the same vehicle as yours at a give away price.

Yahoo boys / money launderers often use Car export business to move ILLICIT FUNDS to Nigeria, so if you are doing car business to make money, they will run you out of the business

Its a very useless business to venture into. You will enrich mechanics and panel beaters plus whoever is selling the cars for you while you dont even make a dime out of the whole thing. Your only profit is the name "am a car dealer"

After staying in several serviced apartments and hotels, I've come to the perfect conclusion that simplicity (perfectly done) is the true luxury, it is not about those golden chairs (taste different sha) and those plump rock standard Chandelier (that you will get tired of seeing after 1 year) or those Italian golden POP.

Just a well done Simple finishing by a good and creative interior designer and I am good to go.

I was about to go with the crowd with those Royal chairs untill i saw some beautiful simple designs like the one you posted here. Am going for simplicity with touch of class. Again i love streaching my back on my couch, i cant even do that with Royal chairs.

My brother, its a dead car or nothing. I cant even ship my used car i bought from the dealership to Nigeria because the dead cars in Nigerian market will not allow you sell it. The only car i ship to Nigeria for use when am visiting is another dead car with good cosmetic condition. That way i can sell it at a competitive price before leaving. I have a low mileage 2012 Honda i bought for personal use and for keep but unfortunately my wife said its too small for family use, unfortunately selling it is a big lose because its not a dead car.

I also bought something similar just this Friday at abayomi iwo road in ibadan and it’s Turkish door made by Anotec . I got it for 160k. How come this prices are way ridiculous or are you online vendors ripping people off ?

Its ok if you dont understand. Doors comes in different qualities, just make sure you are buying the right quality for the right price.

I bought something similar to this design for about 700k..
