Education › Re: NUC Will Effect UNILAG/MAU Name Change by nerodenero: 9:37am On Jun 01, 2012
ikee: UNILAG Now MAULAG.,well there's no point on protesting. seems some studends are rushing to that university because of it's classic Name. Hmm, I think GEJ, while seeking for favour and popularity has now met hatred and condemisation
I like the part 'while seeking for favour and popularity has now met hatred and condemnation'.He only played politics with renaming that institution.Students make una go chill o,Oga Jona no go reverse dis one o

Education › Re: Oluwaseun Alamu Emerges Best In Africa At World Science Contest by nerodenero: 9:37pm On May 31, 2012
engineerd: Just a hint of the intellectual superiority of the Yoruba race! The Northerners can keep bombing one another in the North while my butt sniffing, hairy ape looking neighbors in the east can remain in their jungle. Long live SW Nigeria and parts of the North!
Bros, abeg quit this tribalistic attitude. It was a Nigerian that won this competition and not a tribe. We have heard other tribes brought glory to this country,so why segregate.
Romance › Re: Do Faithful Men Exist? by nerodenero: 7:18pm On May 30, 2012
Just as some men are unfaithful,so does some women but still,we have faithful men and women.I think in most cases, good people fall into the wrong hands and this at times makes the individual feel insecure and have a generalised ideology. It is a choice thing.I can decide to be faithful and caution myself towards achieving it and can also do otherwise. It is all about accepting responsibities and being the best we can be.
Politics › Re: Jonathan's Plot To Disunite The Southwest by nerodenero: 3:52pm On May 29, 2012
bayooooooo: Of all your posts on Nairaland, this is one I agree with you 100%. It's a good move but still not enough.

We need a day, a federal declared public holiday for MKO.

For people making case why Harvard has not be renamed Bill Clinton, Harvard is not University of Massachusetts or a Federal University. Besides, Clinton did not lead any struggle. May 29 is a perversion of the truth, the real democracy day is June 12.
I may have personally preferred naming Uniabuja at the centre of the capital after him, Unilag is just fine.
Let us be sincere here. The yorubas had over yrs been bittered at the way OBJ's administration had overlooked or failed to recognise MKO Abiola's contribution to democracy. For me,we might not be too happy with GEJ's administration or that he named UNILAG after him but I think this recognition is long overdue.
Politics › Re: Igbos Unite For 2015 Presidency by nerodenero: 2:05pm On May 27, 2012
I think it is high time the Igbos rule this country but sincerely most people dont trust you guys. For me,I dont really care who becomes the president for as long as he can provide basic amenities and restore us to the rightful position the country truely deserves.Again,I strongly support that the Aso rock seat should be kept away from the north because since they had it,what did they do with it?They couldnt develop the north let alone the country.

fijiano202: not all men cheats cos i can honestly tell you i dont do that, have date someone for 4yrs without even kissing or touching another gurl
Can you prove this?Do you have evidence to backup your claim? If you dont have, that means you have just told a lie irrespective of if you are telling us the truth or not.

Politics › Re: Jega, INEC boss, Escapes Mob Attack In Jigawa by nerodenero: 8:53am On May 20, 2012
Inasmuch as I dont like the way and manner Jonathan handles the affairs of this nation and that PDP should be held responsible for taking the country backward but I dont think Buhari is an option at all.Let us not deceive ourselves, those statements made by Atiku,Buhari etc ignited the last riots in the north and 2015 will not be an exception if FG doesnt act fast.Above all,I think the country needs a change. We need young, vibrant and purposeful leaders.Let it be known that we are tired of all these leaders.

European Football (EPL, UEFA, La Liga) › Re: Cristiano Ronaldo: I'm Better Than Messi by nerodenero: 3:51pm On May 19, 2012
Funny enough, both Ronaldo and Mourinho cant vote for who the best player is.Since they cant vote, the only way out is to talk themselves through the press so that this kind of news can make front pages and again, the press cant influence the votes.I feel for Ronaldo, thrailing an Almighty midget for some time now isnt easy but take heart as I think 'the midget deserves it again'.

I have seen this Zakzaky sect before. They gather annually in Zaria.Their presence was always highly intimidating, dressed in black clothings and have members join them from neighbouring countries causing several hours of holdups.I just pray boko haram dont claim responsibility because if they do...I pray for christian brethrens residing in Kaduna and Kano.I believe God will always keep His own.

Romance › Re: Help,i'm In Love With A Married Man,can't Seem To Let Go.how Do I Get Out by nerodenero: 7:12pm On May 07, 2012
I'm not a saint and I also do the things young people do in the name of love but I try to be modest in my actions.I think you should consider the consequences or should I say the end result rather the rocking my world and the bleepings.Assuming the man's wife finds out, catches you in the the act with her husband and decides to go for the killer i.e. pouring you acid or stabbing you. Will these equate to the rocking my world and the bleeping? And to the man,I pray he changes because I believe such a man will find it difficult to forgive his wife if she does same.Babe, borrow ur sef brain, leave d man alone o.U go get ur own man o.Good luck!

Politics › Re: Boko Haram Lagos - Abuja Threat: Should Jonathan Appear On AIT? by nerodenero: 12:32pm On May 05, 2012
Boko Haram is not only against western education but majorly, they want to Islamise the country. Now,should GEJ grant this discussion and he is told their demands, can GEJ grant this? The answer is no.Again,if he grant the discussion and Boko Haram still goes ahead and bomb Lagos and Abuja, then he would succeeded in rubbishing the office of the president. In my own opinion,GEJ should not grant this at all rather effort should be intensified to hold a sovereign national conference as proposed by southern leaders.
Sports › Re: Rashidi Yekini Is Dead? by nerodenero: 11:34pm On May 04, 2012
I remember Tunisia 94 when Super Eagles played Ivory Coast in d semi-final and gangling Yekini stood up to take the last spotkick. We were all celebrating before that kick and behold he despatched d ball into the net. That was how convincing this man can be infront of the goal post.Your goal against Bulgaria in USA 94 is still fresh in my memory, though you are gone but your exploit in the round-leather game lives on.Adieu Rashidi.

Politics › Re: Transparency International Writes Jonathan On Corruption Rate . by nerodenero: 10:44am On May 02, 2012
PointB: If some of the posters are not doing so out of pure hatred or plain bigotry, they would agree that GEJ regime has been largely transparent in exposing some of these scam. Who will have any idea of the sleaze in the oil industry or pension scam if GEJ had simply ask for his cut and that of his lieutenants.

By allowing various organs of government including the now loud-mouthed House of Reps free hand to do their jobs, Nigerians are now better informed. Presidents like Obj would have covered most of the sleaze, by sacrificing a few who have fallen out of his favour.

I thank president GEJ for his unusual courage and wish him goodluck and he systematically confront the behemoths called corruption in this cesspit of a country. I hope to see the indicted prosecuted and punished. Beyond that I want to see oil blocks which were awarded to cronies of past regimes revoked! They are part of problems.
Well stated and on point too but can the present administration prosecute these over-grown thieves?
Romance › Re: Is It Okay To Attend An Ex's Wedding? by nerodenero: 8:14am On May 02, 2012
I dont know how long you dated this lady but assuming while you guys were dating, you were privileged to meet her family. Then at the wedding, mayb in the church, this family members now sees u.What readily comes to mind is that your mission is to destabilise the wedding. They will invite you outside the church, embarrass u and if possible threaten to cause harm if u distort d wedding.Bros,be wise!
Romance › Re: Is It Okay To Attend An Ex's Wedding? by nerodenero: 8:05am On May 02, 2012
I think it isnt advisable for you to attend. The questions are; if she luvs you this much, why didnt she marry you?Or is there something you are hiding from us.Again, will your presence at the party add any glamour to her wedding?Do you intend to crash the wedding by attending?Answer all these questions and if your answers are positive,u can attend but if otherwise, bros, borrow yourself brain, your presence isnt needed at all.Go look for your own wife!Na advice,I no mean to insult u.
Christianity Etc › Re: Bishop Oyedepo's Proposed Canaan City In Pictures by nerodenero: 6:34pm On Apr 30, 2012
Inasmuch as I dont like criticising pastors but the way and manner they enrich themselves at the expense of church members is jst too alarming. Why build a University and mansions when many in the church cant afford it?God is watching and will definitely reward all men according to his deeds.
